First of all, I don't care if you go over the same script with your customers, Kiran (what's even worse is, this is the owner) If you say there's a window of time between 2-4, the expectation is that it would be much closer to 2:00 rather 4:00. Whether or not that is the case Miss 15 years of sales experience, you clearly need to get coached for customer service etiquette. You NEVER blame the customer for any fault esp If there has been some sort of misunderstanding, and just simply service the customer the best to your ability, rather give excuses to how hard it is to run a business etc etc. You have a running business, so run the business with business etiquette. I quote, "there are a million other people who would want my business, we'll just cancel the appointment!" She decides to cancel nearly an hour after the cleaners were to be here, mind you after we set up our day for cleaners to be here since we are trying to be safe as possible with COVID, our two dogs, and our busy work schedule. There are also hundreds of other cleaning services in OC that understand customer service etiquette. Folks that really value their customer base and potentially recurring customers. Don't give me your sob story about being a single person operation. I've been in business for over 20 years and have had some hardship myself, but I do not empathize with businesses that do not value the core value of running a business, Customer first!! Here's a little advice to you Kiran, no one cares about your sob story, they care about getting the best service to which brings customers back. I repeat DO NOT use these people. I needed some help with a deep cleaning on my home as I was in a bad car accident not too long ago, and unfortunately my house was taken over by dog fur and laundry. I couldn't get ahead of it. But after having Diana and Gabby come help me, they got literally everything done that I just couldn't do myself! They did an amazing job! From beginning to end I've had a wonderful experience working with Got It Maid. My message through yelp sent late one evening was answered almost immediately by one of the owners Kiran. She was helpful in getting me information on their services ($65 hr / 2hr min) and was able to fit me in their schedule right away. Sandra and Theresa showed up on time, prepared and got right to work. I only had to explain once what I was looking for and they were all over it. Let's just say they killed it! They checked in with me all throughout the process to make sure I was happy before they moved on. I very much appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism as well as their time management. A few things to keep in mind: - If you use a credit card, you'll incur a 3-4% charge, so have that cash/check ready. - If you do use cash, make sure you've got correct change as those ladies are there to clean and focus on that, not make change! - The team comes with their own equipment / supplies but if you need your fans cleaned, make sure you've got a step stool etc on hand. - No Fuss, No Muss which means no contract etc, the team is in and out. But not to fret, Kiran was able to email me a receipt no problem. read more

I was hesitant about having someone else clean my house, but my husband insisted we try Got it Maid before a big party and I was hooked instantly.  Denelll is absolutely my favorite!  She must be one of the best as she usually has someone with her that she is training. She is a hard worker, very trustworthy and extremely professional.  She arrives on time, always greets me with a smile, and introduces me to any new people that will be assisting her.  They always do an excellent job of cleaning my house quickly and thoroughly, and I find the price to be quite reasonable, which is good because it leaves room for me to tip Denell and her assistant.  They are also flexible when you need to the change date or time of your cleaning. There's a reason 'Got It Maid' has 5 stars. They're simply amazing! It's hard to find someone hardworking & trustworthy to clean your house nowadays. We had tried many cleaning ladies from word of mouth from friends but none of them compared to Got It Maid. They sent two ladies to our fairly large house. They did a very thorough job of cleaning our home. Our tiles were clean from the mess of 7 people constantly going in and out. Our countertops were sparkling. Our carpets free of dust and crumbs. They did an amazing job! They really make sure to clean everything you ask them to do! Instead of hiring private house cleaners, I'd much rather hire and recommend a professional company like Got It Maid. They get the job done. The arrive on time. And they don't take the whole day to clean (like our previous house cleaner). I hired Got it Maid to clean my brother's house in Long Beach. He just remodeled his back house so that he can rent it out on Airbnb. Kiran's team was amazing. My brother was texting me all day about how spotless his house was, how nice the cleaners were and how they even did his dishes. I had hired them to do a move out. I had nothing in my apartment..... it just had to be cleaned before inspection. The woman on the phone explained to me I had to be there during the cleaning. I explained I work and unfortunately I can not take off to watch the cleaners but I will stop by. I got a break from work and the first thing I did was come there half way through. The carpet was filthy. I asked was the carpet not cleaned? She said we don't clean carpets. I called the owner and she right away put the blame on me bc I was not there first thing supervising and I could have prevented that. I don't get it, these reviews have to be fake. I have never written a review before and don't care for being confrontational at all but after inspecting my home further after Got it Maid left the more upset I became. Maybe you all would appreciate being fair warned. Here is our experience. Since we are planning to put our home up for sale, we wanted a "deep" cleaning. We have a regular housekeeper but wanted a crew to come in and do the kinds of things she doesn't normally do. I saw the great reviews and thought I would call "Got It Made" for the job. I had requested specifically that I wanted baseboards, cabinet faces, doors and light switches, fridge, oven and chandeliers "cleaned" not dusted.... We have a regular housekeeper but wanted a crew to come in and do the kinds of things she doesn't normally do. Just prior to the week we had Got it Maid come in, we had already had the carpets steamed cleaned, windows washed. Our 2200 sq. ft. home was a bit dusty with normal cleaning needed but that was about it. I am a bit of a freak and like to pick up before the housekeeper comes. I never have them do laundry or change the linens. They came in and worked for 5 1/2 hours, after they left I had gone around straighten pictures and checking out the place This is what I found- Kitchen cabinets were not wiped down, neither were several doors and switch plates. Chandeliers were feather dusted only (still dusty), wet bar was not cleaned, kitchen sink was still dirty. I will give them that they did vacuum under the beds (awesome) and a nice job was done cleaning the oven. But, for $357.50 I was hugely underwhelmed and grew to feeling more ripped off for everything I had found undone. Being a trusting soul without checking things out before they left I even gave them a tip... after all they were here for "5 1/2" hours.... right? I'm such an idiot! Paying a ridiculous amount of money that my regular girl does for 85$ in 4 hours all by herself. UDATE: Somehow this review was posted before I had finished editing it. As I was doing so a call came in from one of the owners, Roy. He was extremely concerned with what I was writing and wanted to make things right. So much so that he called while he was with his wife at the hospital. He really does care about his clients and the service they provide! He offered to re-clean giving me 3 hours at no charge. I very much appreciated the offer. Thank you Roy, you are very good with customer service, so kudos for that! Hope your wife is well.... Professional from my first message till the very end. I was so pleased to find a service where I actually spoke to a human being over the phone. And a nice one at that. I speak to either Brittany or Kiran and they are both lovely. They always get back to me in a timely fashion when I message them through phone or through the yelp app. They always send out the best cleaning crew who leave our home feeling fresh. They don't try to milk it either, that's what I love about them they actually hurry to meet their 2 hour limit. They don't play games. I wanted to wait for a while before giving an accurate review, after almost a year of good service (it took me a bit longer but here I am.with an even more accurate review) I can say with confidence that what I Ive seen in the last year is great service ran by great people who are dependable. So glad I came across them. I am pleased to leave this review for them. I only wish the price was a little lower so I could use them on a weekly or a two week basis. This most recent time was for a friend who was hospitalized and Daisy and Sandra came right in and got to everything I needed to have done for my friend. They asked about any specific areas that I wanted them to focus on and they listened. They got my bathroom more clean than I have ever seen it. They also cleaned everything else and nailed it.
