I understand I am paying for convenience but tonights experience showed zero appreciation for a consistent high tipping customer. I accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery in the app. When I realized the mistake (after an hour unfortunately) I immediately called the restaurant to correct it. The woman who answered put me on hold then came back on the line and casually said she was too busy to change the order to delivery newly offering "yea it's been sitting here a while". No attempt to help no manager offer nothing. Just too busy. After hundreds of dollars and reliable tips the least I expect is basic customer service especially when fixing a simple app mistake would have taken 30 seconds. Instead I was dismissed like an inconvenience. This level of indifference is unacceptable. If you cannot accommodate a long term customer who has helped keep the lights on you do not deserve the loyalty. I will be taking my business and my tips elsewhere. Disappointed long time customer.
