    Beef Koobideh / کباب کوبیده

I drive by this place daily so I decided to try it out. As the name suggests, this is strictly a pick-up only concept. There is no indoor dining - no problem! I ordered the beef koobideh ($14.99). I didn't realize how good of a deal it was until I received my meal 20 minutes later. WOW huge portion sizes! Especially with all the saffron rice they give you. There's enough rice to make 4 meals out of it all. The beef was so juicy and flavorful. I ate around lunchtime and it kept me full until around 8pm. I finished both beef koobideh's and half the rice they gave me. I went home meal prepped and used the remaining half of the leftover rice for two of the meals I made at home. The only thing I wish they'd do is maybe slightly less rice and throw an extra roasted tomato or charred onion in there instead while keeping the same price. I will be back next time I'm craving affordable quality Persian food.

Finally had a chance to stop by and try the food at this place. I must say their Koobideh combination was good, plus it's reasonably priced. The staff were nice and friendly, and the service was great. Got our take-out order pretty quickly. The place is neat, too. We'll definitely come back and try the other items in their menu.

I had a great experience. This is a takeout only restaurant. Prices are very cheap. The plate I ordered was with two kebabs Crispy rice. And two kinds of rice, one yellow and one white they were both fragrant and yummy. Two kebabs were juicy and perfectly seasoned. It came with a side of roasted tomato. The guy at the cashier was extremely friendly.

Entrance (2/20/2025) - really nice family owned restaurant

Gem of a Spot Food: The kabobs here are amazing--super juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked just right. I've had both the chicken and the beef (Koobideh), and they're both legit. You can tell everything's fresh, and the rice is always perfect. It's simple, satisfying, and hits the spot every time. Price: Very reasonable, especially for the quality. You're getting delicious Persian food without paying crazy prices, which is hard to find around here. Ambiance: Like the name says, it's truly grab and go. No dine-in, just a family-run takeout spot where you can see the family working together behind the counter. It's got that genuine, homey vibe that makes you want to support them. Service: Always friendly and fast. They recognize returning customers, which is a nice touch. You can tell they care. Location/Parking: Super easy to get in and out. It's in a small shopping center just a block west of Corbin on Ventura, and there's plenty of free parking--huge plus. Overall: Great food, great people, super convenient. I've been back a few times already, and it's definitely a go-to when I want something tasty and quick.

Food and service... 10/10. The Beef Koobideh and Chicken Kabob were so juicy and flavorful plus you just can't beat the price. The basmati rice was so good and the tomato brings the right sweet balance to the meal. Yall need to come try this spot !!! Definitely will become a regular.

I don't think I can recommend this place enough!

I love this place! Their prices are very low for such good Persian food, and the food is authentic and delicious! I've been getting the beef koobideh and the chicken kabob, and I keep coming back. The staff is also very nice. Yesterday I was having a very hard day (I just found out my cat has cancer) and when I got home I realized that they had given me tahdig in my order. If you're Iranian, you know that this is like giving someone gold. As kids, we always fought over who gets the tahdig. I'm not sure if they knew I was having such a hard day, but it really lifted my spirits when I got home. And it was really good tahdig too! Caring staff, excellent food, a true Persian-size plate full that can last several servings for less than one Chipotle burrito. Highly recommend!

A lovely and friendly family, a very clean and organized kitchen, very reasonable prices. The food quality is truly excellent -- the koobideh kebab smells just like the ones in Iran. یک خانواده دوست داشتنی و خوش برخورد ، اشپزخانه خیلی تمیز و مرتب ، قیمت ها خیلی مناسب . کیفیت غذا واقعا عالی . کباب کوبیده با بوی کباب های ایران .

A Taste of Persia! I recently dined at GRAB&GO KABOB and it was fantastic! The food was fresh and bursting with authentic Persian flavors. The homemade doogh was a standout--refreshing and a perfect complement to our meal. If you're craving delicious Persian cuisine, I highly recommend GRAB&GO KABOB. You won't be disappointed!

Food was good, portion sizes were great and flavor was there. Wish some sauces were included and you don't have to buy them but all good

We ordered the sour cherry limeade, sooo refreshing! Barbari flatbread fresh and warm Eggplant gheimeh , the eggplant was roasted to perfection served with rice soo incredibly flavorful. Manama fried potatoes service with lemon wedge and a dip - you have to eat it all together well paired, potatoes had the perfect softness and crisp. Mirsa ghasemi - roasted eggplant Mix this with the smashed green olives on your babari flat and yes! The tomato Persian cucumber salad was also refreshing, wth great flavors and crunch. This place has been pretty constant of patrons dining. Seems like a real popular place. The employees are friendly The place is clean which makes it easier to dine in.

Turmeric Braised Chicken - The dish was a bit on the basic end, not a lot of seasoning but you could taste the tumeric. Chicken was tender but slightly on the drier side which was a bit surprising considering it was dark meat (6.5/10) Kofteh Tabrizi - The tomato taste was prominent in the broth but the meatball itself was overly salty. The flavor was one note, I can't see myself ordering this again as I've heard this dish should have more complex flavors so I was disappointed (5.5/10) Kotlet Plate - As you can see from my picture, the kotlet was burnt beyond repair and I could taste the bitterness from the overused oil they used to fry it. I did like the yogurt spread and the pickles that came with it but I did not like the kotlet at all. We didn't bother asking them to replace it (4/10) Mirza Ghasemi w/ Barbari bread - The star of this whole experience was the Mirza Ghasemi, the roasted eggplant and tomato spread came cold and it was the most delicious thing we had. One of my friends vacuumed it right up before the rest of us could have seconds. Bread was a bit dry but it was a great vehicle for the Mirza (8.5/10) Lamb Gheimeh - Lamb was tender and it had some nice spices infused in there but it didn't wow me in any way (7/10) Sholezard - Our waitress brought over some complimentary Ceylon tea with the Sholezard which was kind. This rice dessert was not too sweet. The warmth and saffron ended our meal in a comforting way. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't get it again (7/10) +1 star for the service

That's why I was excited to bring my girlfriend and her friend here today. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. Our waiter, Amir, barely checked on our table. His greeting and every interaction with us felt monotone, rushed, and completely lacking any warmth. There wasn't a single smile or welcoming gesture throughout the meal. At one point, I walked to the restroom and, on my way back, saw the same waiter enthusiastically speaking Farsi and providing attentive, friendly service to several other tables. The contrast between how those tables were treated and how we were treated was impossible to ignore. Based on my experiences here, it certainly felt like customers who are Persian or speak Farsi receive a much warmer level of service than those who don't. The food is still good, but service is a big part of the dining experience. I left disappointed, especially after recommending this place to others. Unless you speak Farsi or are Persian expect mediocre to poor service. This shoutout is for you Amir! Hopefully management reads this review.
