If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The food is delicious and the drinks are extremely well-crafted--beautiful, upscale, and clearly made with care. Our bartender Kai (hope I'm spelling it right) was beyond helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Do yourself a favor and order a John McClean--you won't regret it. The pasta is delicious, the bread is amazing... honestly, everything we tried was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

This place is cool. Reasonably priced, delicious pasta dishes served in a graffiti themed atmosphere. The place has the feel of an old bar ormusic venue that was convertedto a restaurant, which i appreciate. The Rasta Pasta was great!

Visiting our kiddo at UNT and he brought us here. Apparently this is the night spot but also has good food and he wast right. Food was yummy! The bread rolls were bomb, we really liked the stuffed mushrooms but everything else was good too. We sat downstairs which was a cool vibe. Def recall a place like this when I was in college so I get the decor. I'd recommend this place but also come with an appetite. Portions are nice!

My friend and I came here recently in the afternoon. We were seated quickly and served by Morgan. Morgan was knowledgeable about the menu, including offering recommendations. The interior of the place is clean with a welcoming atmosphere. I went with the pesto margarita pizza which was delicious and filling. Graffiti Pasta offers quality and quantity which I'm grateful for. My friend enjoyed her pasta dish as well. I would recommend coming here if you happen to be on the square or in Denton.

My husband and I recently moved to Denton & this was our 1st visit to GP. We had an awesome experience! Our server Faith was friendly, knowledgeable & had great suggestions. All were delicious! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Love love love all the graffiti art! My family of 4.5 stopped in Denton during a road trip and found this hidden gem. Since we were on the road, we didn't get to try any of the alcoholic beverages but they had a nice drink menu and bar area. We ordered the bruschetta combo (mushroom and tomato) and they were sooo good. We had the chicken spaghetti bake, mac attack, pasquini linguine, and my daughter had a build your own chicken fettuccine alfredo. Everything was delicious and prices were budget friendly. Vibes are perfect for the college kids too.

The food was amazing. The portions are good and reasonable. The ambiance was so great, gave me a hipster artsy arcane like vibe. The bathroom were individual gender neutral bathrooms. Our server was really nice and she attended us well, overall would recommend. I still think about their Mac and cheese to this day xx

This was my first visit, and Morgan made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional as I explored their gluten-free options. The portions were very generous--I ordered three meatballs even though Morgan recommended two, and she was right! The three meatballs with gluten-free pasta alone were easily more than two servings. Delicious food and wonderful service. I'll definitely be back!

Cool ambiance. I had the house salad with the red wine vinaigrette which was perfectly dressed and had lots good flavor. Blue milk cocktail was fabulous, ideal for those that like coconut and Star Wars. Rasta Pasta was delicious! Staff was friendly, and worked together to ensure everyone is taken care of. They were busy but nothing seemed like a long wait. The high top seating even has purse hooks. Definitely a hot spot for Denton locals and I can see why.

Always a favorite. Highly recommend making a reservation friday and saturday night. Quaint edgy atmosphere. Our goto apps are calabrese caprese and table bread (great for dipping in the sauces). The baked ziti (pictured) is a favorite along with the ozmo zoodles with chicken. If you ask for coke you will get generic cola so be advised.

my only complaint about the stuffed mushrooms is that an order doesn't come with 20 of them

The food or service was not very good. We had a party of about 12 and half of us didn't like our food and we all had a different dish. The meatballs were very good though but I had to send my chicken spaghetti bake back. It was hard and not flavorful at all. Also the waitress told us "Coke" products but then another food server told me it's a local brand and that's why it doesn't taste like the name brand soda. False advertising and lowered expectations because the drinks even the tea were horrible.

Food is overpriced, it isn't bad tasting. Staff is horrible. Very rude in a niche sort of way. It's too millennial in there for Denton.

Good food, but understaffed terribly. Lunch rush and there's only 1 waitress working. I felt bad for her.

    Is it handicap accessible?

From what I could tell, it did appear so. The front door is on ground level and the bathrooms were overly sized. The table I sat seems like it would be accommodating. You may want to call the restaurant directly for any specific needs or… Read more

    Can we bring kids here?

Yes, though it may not be the most kid optimized place in terms of their enjoyment. It's noisy enough that no one should be bothered by energetic kiddos.

The overall vibe has changed, and not in a good way. There seems to be a clear tension in the space that makes it uncomfortable to be there as a customer. From what I've observed, the current manager creates a very unpleasant environment. She consistently appears angry, tense, and overly controlling, and it visibly affects the staff. The employees often look uncomfortable, uneasy, and as though they are being constantly micromanaged. It's hard not to notice, and it completely changes the energy of the place. As someone who has spent money here and genuinely liked coming in before, it's frustrating to see management have such a negative impact on what used to be a welcoming environment. A business like this depends heavily on atmosphere, and when management makes both employees and customers feel uncomfortable, it reflects directly on the entire experience. I'm honestly surprised this hasn't already driven more employees away, because it is definitely pushing customers away. I hope ownership seriously reevaluates the current management situation before it causes even more damage to the business.

Full disclosure: We are Mexican food snobs. Highly critical of everything from the chips and…read moresalsa to the tortillas and the red and green chiles used (if it's spelled with an "i" on the menu...chili...huge red flag!). First, the atmosphere is very inviting for both a gathering of friends, but also a family could have a great meal there without feeling like you have to yell or compete with a happy hour crowd. The decor is chic and the mural in the rear part of the restaurant is amazing. We generally do not get cocktails often, but with a 1/2 off happy hour, we tried two different ones and both were amazing. One had a chamoy straw and I wish I could tell you what they were called, but I can't remember - just go with what looks like the most complex flavors and you won't be disappointed. We had the empanadas as an appetizer...excellent flaky crust, great filling; the fajitas, another great pick; and the short rib enchiladas with a pipían sauce...think spicier mole and not as chocolate-ly. I used to have pipían as a kid and this is a pretty good representation. If you like spicy, ask for the spicier salsa which is still not killer spicy (I could have used more heat) but the morita chiles speaks to the kitchen's knowledge of Mexican chiles and how to use them. Well done.

The drinks were also good! Now- the food. I hate to say this but it was very white washed mediocre Mexican food. And I had such high hopes because of how beautiful the inside was. The queso fundido was the best thing we got. But everything else was just "meh". Then we got the tres leches for dessert and it wasn't even wet which sealed the deal for me. It's acceptable, but you can go two blocks around the corner and get GOOD Mexican food.
