Unfortunately the customer service is trash because the pizza is amazing! We were kicked out of the restaurant at 10:12 and they closed at 10. Our half full drinks were thrown away and we were told to get out because the restaurant was closed. We got our pizza at 10:01. We got kicked out so fast my friend left her phone. So I have been meaning to write a review on this place forever. Well let me get to it, this place has some damn good pizza. I love pizza and I try to give every place a chance. U can't go wrong with pizza, but over the years some places have. I prejudged this place at first. I thought it was going to be some cheap pizza off the rack type pizza. Well I was wrong!!! First off it's huge, "that's what she said" sorry could not help myself. They provide a generous amount of toppings now that are fresh and the crust I inhale it all I spare no crust , Now order ahead this place is really busy. So it can take an hour, "you can't rush greatness" it's worth the wait if u order at the window. They also sell it by the slice. If you're in Oakland check this place out. I finally got around to ordering from Grafitti. I ordered online and asked for a underbaked pie so that I could finish it and eat it hot. I am fussy about pizza, have been underwhelmed with East Bay pizza and prefer very thin "floppy" crust. This is not that, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I had a pepperoni pizza with fresh basil and it was really yummy with quality ingredients, tasty dough and excellent fresh tasting sauce. Nicely done Chef Molina! I will be back soon. read more

I love their pepperoni pizza slices! However, if you get a whole pie, it tastes slightly different. The slices have a thinner crust compared to the whole pies, which I like better. Covid-specific note: since the very beginning of SIP, they've been super safe. At first, they only allowed one customer inside at a time. My granddaughter saw a review of Graffiti Pizza on Tik Tok and asked if we could try it. I'm so glad we did! The pizza was delicious! The Fresh ingredients are plentiful and the crust is perfect - not too hard, not doughy. We ate our crust as well as the pizza. Just be aware: their medium is large, the large is an XLarge party size. I made that mistake the first time, fortunately we loved the pizza & it didn't go to waste. I highly recommend Graffiti Pizza, especially if you aren't thrilled with the better known chains. read more

I was in town for a conference and found this spot after doing a late night Yelp search. This was one of the only spots open late night, so we ventured over. OMG! How lucky were we. We seriously debated ordering Domino's before we came here... but I'm so happy we made the short trek.There were plenty of options to choose from and we devoured it all while standing up. The young lady that worked the counter on 05 August 2021 around 12:30 pm is rude and nasty. I purchased a slice of pizza and a bottle of water. The water was for a person in need on the outside of the business. Before she could give me my change, I took the water outside and added an additional $ and asked for a Root Beer with my order. I took the bottle of water out to the person and returned. She rudely said, "what was this for" (regarding the money), I said for a Root Beer, she replied VERY RUDELY "oh, I didn't know what it was for. I said, I'm sorry that you didn't hear me ask for a Root Beer and by the way, you can keep the money because you are rude. She said whatever "lady", I said, it's MRS. MY LAST NAME! Truly one of the greats in the Bay Area. And certainly Oakland. Very consistent with just the right dough-to-sauce-to-cheese-to-toppings. The dough has a sourdough kind of texture to it which really goes well and all the ingredients come off as high quality. Any pizza they do with ricotta is also a big treat. My favorite combo is 1/2 the Yards (a pesto piece) and 1/2 Cloud (sausage + ricotta + spinach) -- for ~$25 for a medium it's far above quality compared to many other places and is enough for two people solidly. The staff is always really welcoming and super nice and the wait time for turnaround is extremely reasonable. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I'm in the mood for pizza at home or before/after a show in the area when you need a solid pizza at a reasonable price. read more
