I took my 7 year old for a combover haircut, and told the barber to do a medium fade. Very common haircut. Well, the barber went beyond a high fade and looks nothing like a combover. For $25 I assumed they would easily understand what I wanted, and not to mention but my boy had his hair combed so you could see the hairstyle he uses. I had been coming here for 3 years but their prices and the constant mess ups have now pushed me to look elsewhere. My cut today took the dude 17 min and charges the same as a place where they really care about your cut or can even pretend to be interested in you as a customer. He didn't ask how I wanted the back and just rounded it. Most of the time they leave my hair sticking up at the top. Idk why I still tip them. They've remodeled the store but their barbers are still trash with the exception of 2. They hire new people all time and hire really terrible ones if that. Even worse, Sunday-Monday are their worst barbers everyone complains about as they themselves say. It's an utter disaster and the only reason they are still here is because there is no competition nearby. Everything else is gonna have to be a 20 min drive for me now. read more

Came here on a busy night but was fortunate that everyone had standing appointments and were waiting for their specific dude to line em up. I was seated right away and was addressed right away. Cut cost $20 which is slightly higher than i usually pay but didn't have an issue because of the time he took to get his lines right. They also had the UFC fight showing which was a huge plus for me. I totally agree this establishment needs adult supervision and might possibly by the worse barber/salon in Orange County. 7 males plus 1 additional walk around person were cutting and only one guy sitting on bench. Sat 33 minutes until I realize - I'm not the right ethnicity. One by one as each of the beauticians finished cutting they walked to the back and stayed. This left only two cutting hair. Obviously they were unsupervised this day. Small word of advice - how foolish to attempt to judge and individual based upon appearances - be careful - you do not know who works for what agency of the local government or is related to which city official. If this cliquey salon makes that much money - maybe you need a visit from the local Health board cause it's dirty and unhygienic. Salon attitudes in a barber shop? Go figure. Take you money and your time to a clean establishment that understand some people's time is more valuable that the money in their pocket. read more

I've been going to this barbershop for over 2 years and they usually do pretty good haircuts and the price isn't bad but today was some bullshit. For the last couple of months I've gotten the same haircut and beard and mustache trim and I usually get charged between 27 to 35 dollars depending on who it is but I go in and get it but I'm charged 45 dollars by Johnny !!!?? How?? And he only lined up my beard and not my mustache , also didn't trim it and still charged me 45 and he did a less work then JR who cut my hair last time and who did a way better job then Johnny. I rarely give one star but they deserved it for lacking a system. I tried to squeeze my haircut between my two appointments and walked in here and asked 'how long is the wait time?', one of the barbers said there are only 3 people in front of me and showed the 3 guys waiting and told me it will take 20 mins. I quietly sat and watched them taking their buddies who are coming after me...until probably 3 became 10. After that I told them 'what's going on?' and was told that these other guys have appointments. 'Well that's fine. But do you have a list of those appointments? I don't think so because if you did you would have told me 10 people in front of me instead of 3'. Obviously there was no explanation. Then I walked to the door and the barber next to the window told me not to leave since it was 'now' my turn. I waited a little more and was told that someone is ready to take me. This was the barber who originally told me 3 people and 20 minutes story and he was coming from taking it easy and joking around and maybe using the restroom. I told him the same thing before I sat his chair. After I sat down rudely he said ' OK then I am not taking you'. Then I had to leave frustrated after waiting 40 minutes and no haircut. The summary is if you do not want to wait longer be a buddy of at least one of the barbers. Otherwise don't assume that there is an order just because you wrote your name on the paper. read more

This is the best barbershop I have ever been to! I have been going here for a few years and never once wanted to go to a different barbershop. On a daily basis I usually come to Granada square every other week. They can do practically any type of haircuts; tapers, fades, comb overs, and etc. For a fresh clean cut is 12 bucks which I think is great deal for a place like this. Everyone here is very friendly and easy to talk to. My barber Pedro knows how to give a fresh cut,, especially with comb overs. I have been going to him for awhile and he never disappointed me. He's the second seat, but all the other barbers do just as great. I have known the owner Martin for awhile now and he is a great owner. He always cares about his customers, and is very friendly and helpful with any questions that you might have, same with all the other barbers. read more
