When they see kids, they ignore you, don't even acknowledge you were there before other clients. I was there today. Only about 3 or so barbers were here. One just sitting on his ass on the phone the whole time. Keep in mind I have a 5yr old so he gets impatient. Took in total over 2 hours for my son to finally get a haircut. My husband didn't even wanna cut his hair. He was over it at this point. Some barbers don't even have a license and still cut hair. If you're a lesbian.... don't ever bother coming to this place. Actually if you're a girl. My girlfriend usually comes to them, we've never had a problem with them until today. We got there at 4:20. waited and waited. This guy got done cutting hair and my gf didn't wanna get her haircut from him so she waited. But before that he glanced over at her & glanced at the guy and asked him if he was ready. Like we weren't sitting there. ZERO stars, I've come here for a while since moving to OC from Long Beach. Decent haircuts but service is horrible. First it's a long wait, they make you sing in and they have no clue on how to follow a simple sign in list. Barbers take their friends and family first, my usual wait time is 1 1/2 hours. Today I walked out, last time I step in that place. When they finally call you up for a haircut, then barbers are having a full on conversation with each other, so no respect for the clients time. One other issue is the fees, I get charged $16 one time, then $18, then $20, then $16... super inconsistent so I'm not sure if certain barbers are playing people or what to think of that. Don't get me wrong, I pay $20 plus tip usually I give $10 tip in Long Beach but at least it's not shady and great haircuts. My time is more valuable than money, so don't waste your time and go elsewhere... me I'll be doing the drive to Long Beach instead since I have plenty of family there I'll plan around my haircut until I find myself a new barber shop in the OC. Granada Barbers, get your stuff together you have no customer service what so ever! read more

Prices are crazy high for a cut you can get anywhere . Went last week for a fade and the barber started lining up my beard . I assumed it was for better service but when it was time to pay the total was 34. I asked why so much and he said because he lined up my beard as if i had told him to do so? Very UNPROFESSIONAL place, a few days ago I went in with my friend who needed a haircut. While waiting I heard a barber talking about gay people in a negative way and it wasn't just one comment, he kept on speaking on it. I did not get a chance to get his name cause they kept on calling him P-DOG. He was a bit tall and scrawny with a beard second to last chair. My friend that got the haircut is gay and he felt a bit uncomfortable as well. I am a straight woman but I do believe that people should be treated and respected equally no matter of their lifestyle. I know the difference between joking around and being serious, and this guys comments were not jokes. I will definitely not be coming back nor recommending my people to a place that is disrespectful to any community of people. Finally a shop where after a cut, I don't have to trim or adjust when I get home, which is what I've been doing for years! The two previous reviews seem correct in that the shop seems to specialize in fades, but they do fantastic, professional "business" cuts. It's hard to balance a modern look with a conservative business style, yet my barber, Martin pulled it off! He asked, how I wanted my hair cut, but more important, he listened. I've been coming here for awhile now and have nothing but good things to say about this place. I would highly recommend Diego and Frankie, the other barbers are good too, but these are the two that I usually stick with. They are both perfectionist and I have never had one complaint about a haircut that I've gotten from these guys. They take the time to get to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. The prices are also great. I used to pay almost double plus tip at a barber shop in Fullerton, but there was no consistency, and it just wasn't worth the money. This place needs some reality check, they need to realize that not everyone that walks in is trying to walk out with the side fade. We get it you are in Anaheim and everyone here is about that stupid haircut, but not me. Ive gone to this location 3 times, I like to give everyone a chance, but every time I go they mess up my hair. I show them a picture, and remind them of what I don't want, and they say yeah yeah I know. I hate that every time I walk out, its not what I wanted. I asked for a specific style, and I walk out with another style. They have no experience in lining up a beard, they do one side higher and the other lower, and do not look alike, and get mad when you ask if they can fix it. They are inappropriate when it comes to their conversations about their personal life as well. They talk about how they cheat on their wives or gf with other girls, and how everyone had sexual encounters with the same girl, what kind of conversation is this? When you have little kids as customers, and specially mothers taking their kids. I also witness where some customers came in to talk to the owner i believe about how one of the barbers did something wrong, and they were threaten to get sued by that customer. In the end, if this location wants to continue being in business, they need to change their behavior and listening to customers, if not be ready to see a decrease of customers. read more
