When we first moved to Greer about 3 years ago I tried 3 or 4 Chinese places and this one was the best out of the bunch. It was still only a 3.5 star at best back then in my opinion. But it served it's purpose for when I didn't feel like cooking. However over the last year we went from ordering a couple times a month to never. The food just flat out tastes bad. The meats taste as if they have turned and the chef uses sauces and flavors to cover that up but it doesn't work. The cuts of meat all have that cartilage chewy white stuff in them that makes my wife sick to her stomach. It just seems like they are using poor quality meats and veggies and still charging 10 bucks for a dinner portion. I'm just not sure how they don't realize that customers don't like poor quality cuts of meat. read more

Wanted to try a new Chinese place. Decided to eat in. Very slow service. There was maybe 6 people there (decent sized restaurant) and the awkward timing of getting my drink and appetizer made the experience weird. Thought maybe something happened in the kitchen or that maybe the server was cooking. Nope. Same thing with my entree. So slow to the point that I paid for my meal and asked for the remainder of my meal to go. Food was good though. read more

We just moved to this side of town and was thrilled to find a Chinese restaurant that had really good food and delivered. After about 2-3 months, my son and I ordered lunch from there one day. My son picked our food up this time because it was quicker. About 15 mins after returning, he came upstairs and told me his rice was nasty, that it had a bug in it. He then got the bug and showed me it was under a layer of the rice. When I called and said something to the owner, he got ill with me!! For what reason I haven't a clue. We took the rice back up there, complete with bug. When the girl at the register saw the bug you could see a look of familiarity on her face. She had seen these before. The owner got so mad with me for bringing his product and bug back that he told me he does not want to do business with me anymore. Duh, like that was in my next day agenda. Having seen a review from 2015 that the owners packed up and left, our visit there for lunch yesterday makes more sense. This restaurant sits in a seedy shopping center that has seen better days, and the restaurant definitely could use a facelift. Judging from the number of tables inside, it must have been thriving at one time. The food was OK. There were two people on staff, the cook and a server (who was eating lunch when we arrived). Aside from a guy who came in for take-out, my husband and I were the only diners in the establishment. The food is TERRIBLE!!!!! Ordered "Mandarin Chicken" and when my husband went to pick it up, they FORGOT to put the sauce on my chicken!!! They called us, told us to come back, and then they gave us "Honey Sauce" for my chicken in a cup! By the time my husband turned around and finally got home, my chicken was watery and the sauce that I poured all over my chicken was the wrong sauce and tasted like flavored water!!!! When I called them up and told them that the food was terrible they told me word for word....."oh well"!!!!!
