One of the major project he did for me is to replace both my air ventilation in both my bathroom fan. They both had given up and it's just flat out old so it was time to upgrade. He did a fantastic job on those 2 units. I also got him to redo my bathroom tub caulking . The previous guys claim over 9 years of lifetime, it was less than 10 months. So don't buy into those who offer these crazy lifetime on your bathroom caulking. TK did my tub caulking and told me the truth, "maybe a year " he said which is exactly what I got from the previous people that claimed 9 years ‍.
