The baristas told me that their chai leans toward the sweeter side versus the spicier side, so I opted for an iced sugar-free vanilla latte, which was not overly sweet. I also tried the beez neez (latte with honey and cinammon) another time and enjoyed it! They offer 2% milk, which I don't always find at coffee shops. Since it's in downtown Plano, there's street parking, which wasn't difficult for me since I came at 8 AM. I believe there are parking garages located nearby.
