We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. They explained that the ignition components installed previously had contributed to additional engine issues and showed me the parts they had removed. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated after paying so much for the original repair. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this shop. I expected quality parts, honest communication, and a lasting repair, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Long story short, I had a blown head gasket and decided it was time to make some upgrades. Ordered a set of cams and some intake parts to replace stock; two months and 13 cam timing codes later, I had the car towed from that shop to Car Guys new location. The immediately dug into the engine and found exactly where the other shop went wrong. They took the time to walk me through and explain everything that was diagnosed through their troubleshooting process. They retimed my cams and the engine runs like a top. I was thoroughly pleased and will never trust anyone else with my car.

Over the years, his business grew and he was able to afford covering and then eventually moving to another place to rent that allowed him a sort of building and office. Now he is at a nice location with much nicer facilities and I am so happy for the growth of his business. When you honor God and treat customers right, doing a fantastic job, God blesses you and that's what's happened to Jason, Kyle and Danielle. I am so happy for them. They do quality work and stand behind it at a fair price. They are honest mechanics, and I know it's really hard to trust most people these days. There are tons of nice things I could write, which I have in other reviews, but I'll just keep it shorter and end with, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for car repairs.
