    Great Floors Lynnwood location
    Eric L.

Literally walked in looking to buy flooring today... Waited for 3o minutes, not one person approached me and not one customer in the showroom other than me. One gal stuffing her face at her desk. Walked out and passed two employees, not even an acknowledgement I was even there. These people clearly have better things to do than help me with flooring. Will for sure be sharing my experience with others besides here on yelp and obviously will never step foot in another Crap Floors store again.

Beautiful, new LVP flooring and base board

We just recently had new floors put throughout our entire house. From the sales staff to the installation of the floors it was a great experience. Jim did an amazing job of finding the perfect product and finding every way to make the job exactly what we wanted Dan did an amazing job installing the new floors and it was done in a very timely matter. We couldn't be happier thank you Jim and your staff for helping us with this project.

I had a random request for a smallish piece of linoleum to use as flooring for our pet's pen. I went to a couple other flooring stores in the area and they all turned me away because linoleum is "phasing out". I mean, I still see them in bathrooms/laundry rooms of new home builds so they gotta have them somewhere! I went into this store and the associate Bobby was able to help me and offered a few options they had! We worked with the person who would cut the linoleum down to size (Ary) and he was also very helpful! I definitely got what I needed and appreciated the help of these two gentlemen. If I have any further flooring (or countertop) needs in the future, I will definitely be back!

Worked with Bobby Sajutie at Great Floors in Lynnwood when we needed carpet for our hallway and stairwell. He was very helpful and patient when we changed our minds, helped us get the most out of our square yardage. The installation was very good also.

When they called back, they were apologetic that the earliest time they could talk to use was two days later, at 9am on a Saturday. I honestly expected at least a week to even hear back from them, so that was a pleasant surprise. Chase, who came to do our consultation, was great. Very professional, very nice, and very well prepared. Chase took all the relevant measurements of our bathroom and then sat down with us to show us all the options of what Bath Fitter could do for what we wanted. He brought samples and sample plates so that we could see and feel what the options were for color and texture were for the surround. He had small fixtures in different colors so we could see how they would go with the surround, and glass samples for the doors. Once we had our options squared away, Chase told it we would receive a call in about five weeks to schedules, once all of the parts had been manufactured and received. He gave us our total for everything, we agreed, and signed the paperwork, and paid the deposit. Almost exactly five weeks later, I got a call to schedule our install. I was asked if Bath Fitter could come over two days, one for tearout, one for install. I said sure and they were very easy to schedule with, allowing me to pick the days (Monday and Tuesday) so I wouldn't have to miss time at work. I then received a followup call last week asking if it was okay if they came earlier on Monday and did everything in one day. Of course I agreed and was told the team would show up between 8am and 10am, with a phone call ahead of their arrival, and they would be finishing up between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. This morning (6/20/22) the team of Daryl and Chris arrived at 8:45am. I showed them the bathroom and they got straight to work. It was a great sight to see that old bathtub leave the condo! To our great surprise, they had torn everything out, redone the plumbing, and installed the new shower in just over three hours! Including brand new hardware and safety rails that are actually attached to the wall instead of just in the fiberglass! Daryl gave us the grand tour and everything looks fantastic! The only downside is that one of the corner shelf units we ordered wasn't available, but once it is, we'll get a call to schedule that piece of the install at no extra charge! We're incredibly happy with Bath Fitter!

Recently, water accumulated between the old and new bathtubs, so I went to Bath Fitter to ask what to do? The answer was that they would send someone to my house to repair it for free! Gage's craftsmanship was great and he was also very nice. I give him a big compliment! Bath Fitter's after-sales service is so good that it leaves people worry-free! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends!

Eagle Remodel & Construction - New Seattle Master Bathroom Renovation

We hired Doru and his team at Eagle Remodel and Construction for a complete, down-to-the-studs…read moreremodel of our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the result. This was my first time hiring a contractor. I had previously acted as the general contractor for our other two bathrooms, and my husband and I did those remodels ourselves, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted--and also plenty of lessons to learn along the way! One of the biggest advantages of working with Doru was his pricing. His quote was extremely competitive compared with other contractors in the area, some of whom quoted us 2-3 times more. We did have to manage purchasing our own cabinets, tub, tile, lighting, fixtures, etc., but that gave us the flexibility to shop at our preferred stores and save money. **A couple of lessons I learned:** Make sure you have all of your materials onsite before construction starts. There were a few times we were waiting for items I had ordered, which slowed things down. Had I used some of Doru's preferred suppliers, that probably wouldn't have happened. Also, if possible, I recommend having someone home during construction. I couldn't be home because of work, but my husband was, and that worked out well. Doru was consistently on time--sometimes even early--which is rare in the construction industry. He's also incredibly versatile and was able to handle a variety of jobs himself, including light electrical work such as changing light types and wiring and installing/replacing electrical outlets. The only time he brought in an electrician was for our heated floors because they required additional breakers in our electrical panel. And by the way, **I highly recommend heated bathroom floors!** They aren't hot; they're just comfortably warm/room temperature, which means no more freezing feet first thing in the morning. The project started with demolition, which Doru completed in just **one day**. From there, he handled the framing and coordinated his regular team of skilled subcontractors. One thing I appreciated about Doru is that he genuinely wants you to be happy with the final product. He doesn't try to push his own design preferences on you. When I asked for his opinion, he would explain the pros and cons of different options, but ultimately left the decision to me. I changed my mind a couple of times during the project--including the ceiling lighting and tub surround--and even though those changes created additional work, he made the requested changes without charging us extra. His team was excellent as well. Emmanuel, his tile professional, did an incredible job and really made the bathroom come together. He also installed our cabinets and crown molding, and his attention to detail was impressive. The drywall professional was extremely fast and efficient using Quick Set 5. We did need a second trip because of some ceiling corrections, but overall the work moved along quickly. Our project took about six weeks from start to finish, although some of that time was due to delays with materials I had selected and our family vacations. Realistically, I think the actual construction could have been completed in around four weeks if everything had been onsite and we hadn't had scheduling interruptions. What really stood out to me was Doru's follow-through. He has checked in with us multiple times since the project was completed to make sure we're still happy with everything. We are! I actually made one poor choice myself when selecting our tub faucet--it takes about 20 minutes to fill our large tub. Doru even offered to come back and replace it once I find a better faucet, which says a lot about the kind of contractor he is. **If you're looking for a highly skilled, dependable contractor at a competitive price, I would absolutely recommend Eagle Remodel and Construction.** I think they're an especially great choice if you're comfortable purchasing your own tile, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tub, etc. and want more control over your budget and selections. If you're looking for a completely hands-off experience where you walk into a showroom, select everything through the contractor, and have them handle every purchase, a larger remodeling company may be a better fit--but you'll likely pay significantly more for that convenience. For us, Eagle Remodel and Construction was absolutely the right choice. We love our new bathroom and would hire Doru again without hesitation!

The team worked efficiently, skillfully, and ahead of schedule! It seems like Eagle Construction can build anything you ask them to. Doru is someone I can trust. He stayed in close communication throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions. As someone who pays close attention to detail, I especially appreciated his precision and craftsmanship. I am so glad we went with him, and his pricing was fair. What stood out most was his honesty and thorough approach. We had reached out to several contractors for quotes, but Doru was the only one who took the time to measure our space accurately and fully understand what we wanted. He never pressured us into additional work and instead offered thoughtful guidance and expert recommendations. Despite working quickly, the final result was of quality and what we envisioned. I would absolutely hire Eagle Remodel again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented work, and people you can trust.

Drew, Alex, and Kate were all outstanding from start to finish. They were fair, clear, and upfront about scope, timeline, and budget from the very first walkthrough. No surprises, no hidden costs, no vague answers. When we asked detailed questions about framing, tile installation, and material compatibility, they answered with confidence and honesty -- including telling us when something wouldn't work or wasn't worth the spend. That kind of transparency is rare. The design documentation alone set them apart. Kate put together detailed material specifications, as-built plans, new floor plans, tile wall elevations, and full-color mood boards before a single tile was laid. Everything was organized, professional, and gave us complete clarity on what the finished rooms would look like. It made decision-making so much easier and eliminated the anxiety that comes with a major renovation. What impressed us most was how collaborative the entire process felt. Drew and Alex weren't just executing a plan -- they were thinking alongside us, offering suggestions that elevated the design, flagging potential issues before they became problems, and making sure every detail was right. They treated our home with respect and our vision with care. I did EXTENSIVE research before hiring Eastside Kitchen & Bath. They exceeded expectations. No crazy/scary remodel stories you hear -- if you have an older home in Seattle and want a team that understands the character of these houses while delivering a high-quality result -- Eastside Kitchen & Bath is who you want. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.
