    1/4" interlocking gym floor

Went to GF in search for flooring material for our home gym. We were greeted by a nice salesman who was new to GF. Despite being new with the company he was clearly a pro in the industry. I cannot remember his name, but he was super helpful and helped recommend the right flooring for our needs. The flooring was delivered to their showroom within the next week, and were able to pick it up right away. My husband installed the flooring himself, with ease! Great experience!

Literally walked in looking to buy flooring today... Waited for 3o minutes, not one person approached me and not one customer in the showroom other than me. One gal stuffing her face at her desk. Walked out and passed two employees, not even an acknowledgement I was even there. These people clearly have better things to do than help me with flooring. Will for sure be sharing my experience with others besides here on yelp and obviously will never step foot in another Crap Floors store again.

Beautiful, new LVP flooring and base board

We just recently had new floors put throughout our entire house. From the sales staff to the installation of the floors it was a great experience. Jim did an amazing job of finding the perfect product and finding every way to make the job exactly what we wanted Dan did an amazing job installing the new floors and it was done in a very timely matter. We couldn't be happier thank you Jim and your staff for helping us with this project.

I had a random request for a smallish piece of linoleum to use as flooring for our pet's pen. I went to a couple other flooring stores in the area and they all turned me away because linoleum is "phasing out". I mean, I still see them in bathrooms/laundry rooms of new home builds so they gotta have them somewhere! I went into this store and the associate Bobby was able to help me and offered a few options they had! We worked with the person who would cut the linoleum down to size (Ary) and he was also very helpful! I definitely got what I needed and appreciated the help of these two gentlemen. If I have any further flooring (or countertop) needs in the future, I will definitely be back!

Worked with Bobby Sajutie at Great Floors in Lynnwood when we needed carpet for our hallway and stairwell. He was very helpful and patient when we changed our minds, helped us get the most out of our square yardage. The installation was very good also.

When they called back, they were apologetic that the earliest time they could talk to use was two days later, at 9am on a Saturday. I honestly expected at least a week to even hear back from them, so that was a pleasant surprise. Chase, who came to do our consultation, was great. Very professional, very nice, and very well prepared. Chase took all the relevant measurements of our bathroom and then sat down with us to show us all the options of what Bath Fitter could do for what we wanted. He brought samples and sample plates so that we could see and feel what the options were for color and texture were for the surround. He had small fixtures in different colors so we could see how they would go with the surround, and glass samples for the doors. Once we had our options squared away, Chase told it we would receive a call in about five weeks to schedules, once all of the parts had been manufactured and received. He gave us our total for everything, we agreed, and signed the paperwork, and paid the deposit. Almost exactly five weeks later, I got a call to schedule our install. I was asked if Bath Fitter could come over two days, one for tearout, one for install. I said sure and they were very easy to schedule with, allowing me to pick the days (Monday and Tuesday) so I wouldn't have to miss time at work. I then received a followup call last week asking if it was okay if they came earlier on Monday and did everything in one day. Of course I agreed and was told the team would show up between 8am and 10am, with a phone call ahead of their arrival, and they would be finishing up between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. This morning (6/20/22) the team of Daryl and Chris arrived at 8:45am. I showed them the bathroom and they got straight to work. It was a great sight to see that old bathtub leave the condo! To our great surprise, they had torn everything out, redone the plumbing, and installed the new shower in just over three hours! Including brand new hardware and safety rails that are actually attached to the wall instead of just in the fiberglass! Daryl gave us the grand tour and everything looks fantastic! The only downside is that one of the corner shelf units we ordered wasn't available, but once it is, we'll get a call to schedule that piece of the install at no extra charge! We're incredibly happy with Bath Fitter!

Bath Fitter was easy to work with right from the consult through the end of the installation - our representative, Chase, was friendly and prompt. We were also surprised that they were able to get the new shower done in one day and with only one guy working on it! Pricing was much better through Bath Fitter than the other company who quoted our project, despite using similar materials. We are planning to use Bath Fitter again for our other shower and bathtub in the near future!

As someone who pays close attention to detail, I especially appreciated his precision and craftsmanship. I am so glad we went with him, and his pricing was fair. What stood out most was his honesty and thorough approach. We had reached out to several contractors for quotes, but Doru was the only one who took the time to measure our space accurately and fully understand what we wanted. He never pressured us into additional work and instead offered thoughtful guidance and expert recommendations. Despite working quickly, the final result was of quality and what we envisioned. I would absolutely hire Eagle Remodel again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented work, and people you can trust.

Eastside was straight forward with their pricing and were very responsive during the estimation process. I explained to Drew that they would be remodeling the bathroom with our only shower, and he was sure to squeeze us in in order to expedite the process. Overall the project was well managed - because we were out our shower, Drew was focused on getting us a shower as quick as possible, something my wife certainly appreciated! The team, including all of the sub-contractors that Drew brought in were skilled at their job and friendly. The bathroom looks great - it is honestly the nicest looking room in our house now. I don't remember who I spoke to but I do remember that he said I would likely not choose them because they wouldn't be the cheapest. I don't know how or why he came to that conclusion in our brief phone conversation, but I told him I wasn't looking for the "cheapest", I was looking for the best solution. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.

TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.
