    Garlic cheddar rolls
    Vincent M.

We were visiting Warrenton and wanted to grab some baked goods before heading out. The breads looked amazing and we went with the garlic cheddar rolls. The sweets selection had a bunch of "bars" and I saw there was a bread pudding option. I pretty much knew I wanted some, but they gave a sample and I had to get two. They were AMAZING. We also got a brownie and a mocha chocolate scone. I wish I lived closer because I would be here regularly!

It is not the same. Yes, everyone is super nice, but pricing of a brownie $5 and it ended up being dry. The lemon raspberry muffon $6. $11 for 2 bakery goods. hmmmm I bake from scratch and have my own recipes so sorry I won't be back. Sadly, I went to bunco and a gal had entire pan of brownies. They were moist and incredibly chocolatey. Everyone loved them. And she said she used 2 $2 boxes from the store. Sadly, disappointed.

Saturday when I was out with my daughter we came into Great harvest. I needed coffee badly and since there was a little line, we looked around real quick. Nice racks of bread and cobbler. I bought the cheesey jalapeño bread and once at the counter I added a hot caramel latte. Yes. Even though it was 100° I still drink hot coffee. Can't stand cold brews/coffees. This was a really great cup of coffee. I drank it all. It's such a small shop though. When paying I feel like I'm pushed out the store trying to get my receipt and put my wallet away. I shouldn't have to do that outside on the street.

Delicious bakery! We enjoyed a specialty sandwich on the grain bread. Oatmeal raisin cookie was fantastic! Friendly staff! Outdoor seating

The Bottom Line: I'll be honest, I stopped by thinking it was a local business and not a nation-wide franchise. However that doesn't mean this Main St. corner shop didn't have the local charm and the freshly made goods to earn top marks in my book. I was driving through town and I stopped by for lunch. I got the Steak and Cheese and it was one of the freshest sandwiches I've ever experienced. The sourdough bread tasted like it just came off the baking racks. Here's a tip: There's a public parking lot in the back!

So first off all I'm a pig bc I just ate at a restaurant and I had to get coffee and dessert, so stopped at GHB, and I'm sitting outside at one of their cute coffee tables. Amazing first impression, Mer took my order she's so nice, happy, welcoming, amazing sincere attitude and just ordering made me happy for the whole weekend, so thank you Mer, you're awesome and you will get very far with your good spirit. Everyone there is so friendly, my latte tastes amazing, and Mer Mer me try the pumpkin muffin, so delicious. Naomi made my latte, not sure what she put in it but it's the best latte I've ever had, much better than a $20 Starcrups latte, and she made it with oatmeal milk, Fancy!!! And delicious... I'm assuming all their bakery products are as good, they bake them fresh and they do an amazing job. I was just stopping by but now I'm in love with their awesome tastes, and their welcoming spirit. So I will have to drive far again just to come here, get a dose of happiness and something sweet. They also have sandwiches but I have not tried those yet.

I'm not big with salted caramel items, but their salted caramel cookies are the exception. Their peach bread also is so darn good.

Our waitress seemed friendly enough as she engaged in conversation with us about our dog and asked if she could have a milk bone and we said . She went and got water for us, which came in a nice bottle, but was then served with two nasty plastic cups that had spots all over them and chips around the rim. It took a while for her to come back around to take our drink order but when she did, we ordered specialty drinks, my husband got the Southern Jam which, after one step I could tell by the look on his face, he was disgusted by it and I got the mocktail Farmer Tan which was spicy and hard on my throat, I guess it was the chipotle. We weren't super hungry so we only ordered appetizers. We got the melting pot fries and the hot shrimp and crab dip. I guess they're trying to be unique by using Chick-fil-A fries because that's exactly what they tasted like and you could barely taste the truffle or the Parmesan. The shrimp and crab dip came out and was a bright orange. It almost looked like it was supposed to be a buffalo dip. We've never seen any type of crab dip like this before. It had absolutely no flavor. We couldn't taste any crab it's only big chunks of shrimp, but again after three servings of it, there was no flavor and it was impossible to wash any of this food down with the nasty drinks. There were three other tables filled while we were outside, and the sun was beaming down. One of the customers got up and tried to turn the fan on with no luck. It didn't work and it seemed like the waitress had disappeared. We didn't see her in a while. I'm finally I had to go to the bar and ask for the check myself once she came out with it. My husband gave her his card and when she came back, we discovered that we had been rung up with someone else's bill, which was $30 more than ours. I then went up to the window again, and the bartender was ringing up somebody else so he couldn't help me and told me that the waitress would fix it. She then came out with the correct receipt, but we still had no evidence of the the wrong charge on our card which my husband checked his account and had already been charged for. So I went back up to the window again and asked for a receipt showing that the credit was made or avoid or something, and the waitress was getting flustered because she didn't know how to do that and had to call someone else over to help her. They said they've avoided the transaction, but couldn't print anything out showing it just said the charge has been made so now we have to monitor our account to make sure that this was indeed credited to us. After having a horrible food experience, and then being charged for the wrong bill, we will never be back here again. Oh and we never got the milk bone for a dog either. UPDATE: I see the owner has responded and I do understand how a bank works because I used to actually work for one. # 1) I have not been calling you. #2) The majority of the review was about the food, drinks and service. Get your facts straight before you do a public unprofessional response. All the more reason to not recommend this business to anyone. The right thing to do would have just been to apologize for the bad experience like any professional business owner which you're clearly not.

I'm also a big fan of prosciutto and arugula pizzas, and Licorice Pizza's version is my favorite. Somehow all the ingredients are arranged thoughtfully so the whole pizza can be eaten bite by bite, rather than getting large pieces of prosciutto or arugula that slide off. A drizzle of oil makes all the flavors shine. We were taken care of by Cheyenne, who did her best by us despite it clearly being a busy night. I appreciated her checking on the pizzas for us unasked when they took a little longer to arrive. She also had a great sense of humor that delighted our whole table. Despite the record-themed decor, something about the ambiance does seem lacking, although maybe I'm just remembering the way the Black Bear looked when I visited in the past. That's worth overlooking for such delicious pizzas. The daily specials and happy hour deals are worth looking into when planning a visit, too. Last thing I want to mention, I came here with my parents, who tend to get cagey at "hip" places, especially at bar areas that can get a little loud. They were totally on board with everything, and as locals I expect to hear them come back soon for more pizza.

There was booming music playing as we entered, and our server met us at the table we selected to get us oriented. She was very personable, brought menus, and was attentive as we worked through our long overdue desire for food and drink. The drink menu wasn't huge, but had a nice, safe selection of beer and some festive holiday drinks. For food, lots of appetizers and mains, but we focused on their tasty-sounding pizzas as calzones. Our beer, cocktails, and pizzas came out quickly. Hot. Delicious. Our server checked in frequently and was very high energy. Cute place with solid food and drink choices as you take a break from shopping on Main Street.
