My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

It's a choose your own adventure when getting your own utensils, You order and pay via a computer kiosk and takeaway containers are extra $. A tip is part of the process. The tofu is straight out the container. If you ask to heat it in a grill the response has been that the food has already been prepped. $6.50 for a boiled prepped chicken breast ON TOP of the near 10 bucks for salad and carb. Today got the healing soup. It was weightwatchers 80's soup with cabbage, celery, canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Not bad, but not healing or worth 6 bucks for a cup. The noodles are nice and bouncy, but aside from the oil to keep them sticking, you have to pay for any seasoning (dressing, Sriracha etc). I have come back the last half dozen times and it hasn't improved. I'm sorry to say I will no longer be a patron. The prices are not reflective of quality or service. The attached photo is a $20 meal - cup of soup, side of noodles and a hot tea.

Our server kept forgetting a few of the items we asked for. It wasn't terrible, but it did slow things down for us. To be fair, he might have been juggling a lot of tables. I would still come again to eat the AYCE BBQ as it's convenient.

I don't say anything i just hold up the fork with the baby bug on it she goes ahead and tells me " We don't have bugs here" what are you kidding me mmm mam there it is right there on that sweet and sour, she says what do you want me to do about it i simple say i just need a fresh plate well she gives me RIF RAF and says " U already ate u don't need another plate????? Wow.. So as we go back and forth she finally gives up a plate of food. So as i turn to leave she yells out i hope you choke on that food. The worst I've ever eaten. We decided to get some take out last night as we were busy with a project at home. Called in the order, picked it up - it was quick. I had the Moo Goo Gai Pan. It was loaded with water chestnuts which I love so I thought, "This is going to be good." It was the absolute blandest Asian food I've ever eaten in my life. Not exaggerating. I doused it with one packet of soy sauce, then another and another. It was still bland. It just didn't have any flavor to it at all. I tossed half of it down the drain. The egg roll was OK. I had a fantastic experience at The Great Wall on Friday nigh! The food is absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It came out nice and hot. You can really tell they care about quality. On top of that, the new management is doing a great job! The new owners are so sweet. I can't speak for their delivery service since I have always picked my order up. But no complaints on the FOOD. I'm from the North East and this is the best Chinese food I cam find around here. I deducted a star because they ALWAYS forget to give me a fork, they close when I'm on lunch, the customer service is terrible (besides the little lady in glasses) and due to the overwhelming comments on poor delivery service. read more

I'm a big fan of the spicy beef noodles. Love the bouncy chewy noodles with the fresh bok choy. You can see the photos I took the soft, long cooked braised beef cuts. I am very surprised the beef is very tender extremely tender and love the the big cuts of gelatinous goodness. Tendons for capital T for tender. The broth has a strong beef flavor and overall great dish. The pad Thai on the other hand, it's a good attempt at Pad Thai but in my opinion is too sugary. Love the noodles with the peanuts on top. You have the soft noodles with the crunchy peanuts. It adds a nice contrast of crunchy and soft at the same time. You can see the sliced carrots and the beef. I also added chicken. It's a good dish, but it's in my opinion missing more bean sprouts and it needed more tamarin sauce. More fish sauce, and it would've been nice to add stirfry basil so you could taste the basil leaves when you stirfry it. It's also missing eggs. Maybe I didn't see any of it. I didn't taste any eggs or it was just covered in sauce, but who knows it was still good. I ate the whole thing.
