Great service from the moment you walk through the door. No wait, even for a holiday. Holiday and dinner price is $16.99 for adults. Waitress was very sweet and attentive to us and our toddler. Under 3 eats free I believe. We have a 1 year old. He even enjoyed trying all the food! The place is very clean and spacious. This has become my families go to when we are craving buffets. The lunch is definitely cheaper but missing a lot of what they offer for dinner. The food was good with the exception of the crab legs I'm not sure what the issue was exactly but it seemed really mushy to me. The breads were over cooked mine was hard as a rock. How ever the food was good and cooked fresh. I didn't care for the ranch it tasted like mayo. The service was really good the lady was attentive. She was there every time we needed a refill or plates removed. The price was reasonable however we can right before dinner but it was still lunch but it was not explained to us that only lunch items were available to us unless we paid an additional feel of about 3 bucks. This wasn't an issue but it was not communicated to us it didn't make sense knowing we would have no way of knowing that. This was our first time coming here to this establishment in Plano, it was clean with friendly staff. The waitress was on point. The ambience is casual. They have great food variety but it could be a little bit hotter heat wise because some food is barely warm, and some stuff was hard and dry. The seafood soup was good as well as the hot wings. The salad bar has a lot of variety. They had good size crawfish that were actually good in size and flavorful. The grilled cheese salmon is a little crispy, I don't believe it needs the cheese but it's good. The baked catfish was seasoned with lemon pepper and had a good taste to it. This restaurant is not clean, the employees are very rude and disrespectful. And the food does not be fresh, if you pay for a soda during the buffet you can not switch flavors. Also they have a leek by the booth in there on the right side when you walk in, water leeks on the customers, they talk about there customers eating to much and they does not get your finished plate, when it's time to pay they ask for a tip and if you do not give a tip they starts talking bad about you. This is definitely one of the very top Chinese buffets I've ever eaten at. I tried jalapeno chicken, barbecue on a stick, Michael's chicken wings. All three were absolutely delicious and perfectly tender. I would have ordered these ala carte at a restaurant they were so good. The entire restaurant is very nice and clean. They frequently clean the restrooms, as someone was already cleaning it less than an hour after they had opened. The servers, or attendants, are absolutely great. They are always watching over you to make sure you don't need anything at all. Better than the servers in regular restaurants that I've been to. Met my friend here for lunch since we both were in the mood for an Asian type buffet. This is a large stand alone building and the parking lot is full! That's a good sign that the food is probably good. Just stepping into the seating area I knew we had chosen well! The varies smells of food cooking was crazy delicious. I was ready to jump into this buffet! Everything was clean, organized, and full of beautiful colors. I hate being wasteful when it comes to food. I was specific about what I initially placed on my plate. I know that my eyes have always been bigger then my stomach. Our waitress brought us lemons and water. We've started off well. The servers are hard workers, they kept our table free of dirty plates. Make sure to place your fork to the side for reuse. I started with the steamed catfish, shrimp ceviche, and a chunk of salmon. The Beef Egg rolls are the best egg rolls I've found in DFW so far!! Food can be hit or miss but overall better than Buffet KING. Not as big of a variety as Buffet King but Beef dishes are much better and meaty with good flavor compared to King's rubbery mystery meat. Food is best when first opening for lunch and Dinner time change over, other times some dishes are watery/soupy. Atmosphere is cozy and relaxing and I prefer to eat here for lunch during the week and Buffet King on Fridays for the Mongolian grill and seafood. Service is good and attentive. But now I don't know if it's political or what that gets people to think "hey let me take my sickness to a buffet restaurant and infect as many people as possible." But I was seated far away so I did my best to ignore it. And still I wondered why I came here. Then I make my dessert round and there's a child licking the spoon for the chocolate pudding and no one is stopping her--not the employees nor the mother right beside her. This was by far the worst asian buffet I've had the misfortune to stumble into. One pan of orange fried chicken bits has cold food on the top of it. Apparently, not only was it left over but they had missed warming that up and the steam table isn't meant to reheat whole pans of food. Finally found the rice cooker bucket and it had a 2" thick lump of white pasty stuff that you had to hack a clump out, which I believe was left over from lunch. It didn't even break up with a fork afterIsatdown with it. Yuck. Mongolian beef didn't taste like Mongolian beef but the limp and mysterious batter fried meat strips were "interesting". They didn't appear to be meat or taste like meat at all. To add insult to the the experience, when I pointed out the issues up to the attention of the restaurant management on the cold food I was told that I was "wrong". Try ANY OTHER Chinese buffet than this one. They were at least accommodating of my request to pay for a partially eaten plate of miserable Mongolian beef since I refuse to leave without paying, and honored my request to pay for the entre' instead of the buffet. Take intial small seevings and taste your food if you eat here as you may want to walk out and go somewhere else and it could save your appetite for the alternate choice venue. read more

Our server was great about refilling drinks, taking away plates, and extra napkins. The manager of this restaurant only cares about money (obviously). I had stop for lunch and even though I was standing right there in front of him, he ignored me because it was only me. (For one person). This is one of the disadvantages of going out ti eat alone. Unfortunately, some businesses like this one only care about money; bigger groups of people mean more money.
