My favorite is the thai peanut wrap with tofu or chicken. Okay, I'm doing good and being a healthy queen. ...Then comes the fried green tomatoes. I simply can't resist. Especially with the chipotle mayo. I believe the breading is corn meal/corn flour based which adds a really nice hearty crunch. The tomatoes are slightly tart and delicious. Super sad! This was one of my favorite places to eat. Being vegan the choices are great. Today is my birthday, we left the Disneyland park to come here for linner! Not sure if new owners or management but definitely was not worth the money paid! Sauces all tasted different (vegan ranch, peanut sauce, and teriyaki). Portions definitely are smaller and I only ate half of my food not to save it but because it wasn't good! I took a bite of my granddaughters bowl and the rice was bad. This place is such a hidden gem! There is an extensive menu ranging from wraps, bowls, salads, and they even have burgers! I got their Chicken Caesar wrap and it was one of the best wraps I've ever had! The chicken was seasoned well and there was just the perfect amount of dressing in the wrap. I also tried some of the crispy tofu cubes and will come back to get that again. The tofu cubes was so crunchy and seasoned so well that I could eat it on its own. It is hard for me to eat tofu sometimes, but this is one of the best tofus I've ever had. I also got the watermelon mint lemonade which was very fresh and felt like I was drinking straight from a watermelon! It's sometimes hard for me to want to eat healthier, but the fresh ingredients along with the quality of the food makes eating healthy more enjoyable. Simple concept: Health-centered fast-food with fresh ingredients and a heavy lean on high quality vegetables. I was feeling pudgy and lazy that day. So a quick Yelp of healthy fast food brought us here. First thing I noticed was they had this cute outdoor seating area covered with a wall of plants and picnic décor. It felt like a welcoming escape, a strong contrast to the concrete strip mall this spot was located on. We go inside and sus out the menu a bit. I get the tofu thai wrap and cucumber ginger mint lemonade. The missus gets the grilled chicken ranch wrap and watermelon mint limeade. Both wraps are okay. I feel like they're a bit small, considering mine had no meat and a wrap is over $10. The peanut sauce is a highlight, the tofu is good, albeit sort of dry. The chicken wrap I feel is a miss, you can get better value at Chipotle. Service is similarly just okay. The cashier girl had an annoyed scowl and matter-of-fact tone in her voice. No matter, I was just there to order, pay for my food, and go. Overall, they accomplish what they set out to do, but nothing about it stands out among the sea of healthy alternatives. It's fast-ish food so expectations aren't high. I'll probably end up coming here again and trying something else that other reviewers might recommend. read more

My first impression is that the food looks NOTHING like the photos when I ordered online for pickup. None of it looked appetizing. The Chile Verde Bowl was very plain. It had majority rice and tofu, very little beans/corn/veggies and very little avocado. Again looked nothing like the picture. Crispy cauliflower was very breaded and oily, but the vegan ranch was great. Ranch wrap was flavorless! Tastes like tortilla and lettuce with nothing else. I was very disappointed. So with a sigh, I said fine I'll give it another try. I got a chimichurri salad bowl with steak and chicken and it was so flavorful! The chicken was tender but a few pieces of the steak were a bit tough. Next time I'll probably do double chicken instead. What's funny is it kinda reminded me of my mom's bo luc lac (Vietnamese shaken beef) because of how the juices from the meats soaked into the greens and the tomatoes! They are located towards the street and a bit hard to find with the plant growth somewhat covered their business sign from some angles. On the bright side, plenty of parking and a good amount of indoor and outdoor space. At this cafe you order at the counter and seat yourself. Surprisingly I saw meat options on their menu, so there are options for the meat eaters. I had their Vegan Char Burger ($11.55) which does not come with sides, so I added a side order of Sweet Potato Fries ($4.55). They gave me a number and I also asked for a water cup. They have a self serve drink station, refill yourself if needed. Unfortunately when I sat down the table was extremely dirty with debris from the prior diner(s). At this point I was the only customer in the restaurant so they were not too busy to keep the place clean. I could have moved but I really liked that spot for the vantage point so I cleaned the table myself with my wet wipes. The food was slow to arrive but delicious when it did. The Vegan Char Burger has the beyond meat patty with vegan cheddar, caramelized onion, grilled mushrooms, arugula, tomato, pickle, vegan dijonnaise in a sesame seed bun. Yum!! So much flavors I honestly forgot I was eating a vegan burger. It really needs a side for a complete experience. The sweet potato fries came out on the soggy and not crispy enough texture. Probably wouldn't get this as a side next time. A vegetarian and vegan friendly favorite and a healthy spot even if you don't have those dietary restrictions. We came at an off hour around 2pm on a Sunday. Plenty of seating, including some booths, and a covered patio muzzling the Tustin St. traffic noise. It's the typical fast casual place: place your order and pay at the counter, grab a number, make your drinks, and head to a seat. I had the chicken curry and my friend had the tomato bisque. We both shared sweet potato fries. The curry was flavorful, but the onions were sliced so thick, it was not pleasant to try and maneuver around. The sweet potato fries had the requisite taste, but not as crisp as I would like. Overall, the extensive menu piques my curiosity to return again to try other items.
