The first car they gave me the message section lit up with all sorts of brake malfunction issues and to contact the dealer. Luckily I was already almost home. I called them in the morning and told the I want another car and to have someone bring it to me. I refused to drive it to them since it was break issues. The car they brought hadn't been washed at all. The outside was beyond nasty. When I returned it, I put gas into it so it was where I knew I got it. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop and Greenleaf was the rental agency that Hyundai connected me with. I had never heard of them to this point, but the car provided was clean and in great condition and Victoria did an amazing job answering all my questions, working through the paperwork and getting me going. I was told at the car dealership doing repairs that greenleaf is who they use for rentals as they have a great discount in place for the dealerships customers and they would pick me up - so I agreed. When I arrived to the rental location they had only a few cars and the warranty on the car repair would pay $50 a day which left me with a Toyota Camry with 50k miles on it at a discount rate of $50 a day. The car was given to me very dirty which was questionable as they only rent cars and should have them clean and ready - I had to wait for it to be vacuumed and sanitized and then doing the walk around the rep said he could go wash it for me but I didn't have time to wait and felt this should have been done already. I wasn't happy with the car and I checked the Enterprise rental website and found for less than $50 a day I could get a luxury small SUV - Cadillac or Audi - so I called green leaf and told them that I would stay with the Camry but would need a discount or a upgraded vehicle for the same price and was decline. Mainly they don't have many vehicles and they don't have good prices if this was a discount because of the car dealership I would hate to see what the regular prices are! so I went back next day returned the overpriced car and walked across the street to Enterprise and got my luxury small SUV for $46 a day! Enterprise also will pick up and they will take you back to the dealership when you pick up your car and don't charge. Sorry Greenleaf - I will be an exclusive Enterprise customer for life and will let the dealership know of the experience and what they are recommending as a discount was not seen by me. read more

First off, this loaner/rental place was not even on my radar. This is what the service shop paid for due to this company having barely any SUVs. I got a Kia Forte, 601 miles on the odometer, tires were severely overinflated at 67 PSI per tire, recommended on the door is 33, more than double the recommendation. This led the car to be all over the road and a very harsh ride. The car was dirty, they just vacuumed it as I showed up, it wasn't apparent. The manager was rude and dismissive when I brought it up to her. My rental agreement also said a full tank, I checked the car out with the customer service agent brought this up as it had less than 7/8th of a tank and asked for a more accurate rental agreement, she refused. If 0 stars was an option, I would give it. read more

This place is a joke, they don't know what they are doing here they are rube and have no respect for customers this is not a why to run a business what joke Phil was the person helping the other lady that did not know what she was doing on the computer they kept getting logged out of their computer from other people very frustrating after a half an hour of sitting there very rude people they walk the cars without letting you walk them with them to verify there is no damage they tell you take pictures and video if you would like this is not the way to operate a rental business I have corporate accounts with enterprise in budget and I have never dealt with anything like this before. read more

My fiance and I rented a vehicle on thursday because 1 of our cars were down. They didnt inform us that they were closed on saturdays, so we were basically charged for the whole weekend on friday without even knowing it. I called and spoke to the sales clerk and she said I could have googled to see when the hours of operation are( which i felt was kind of rude and unprofessional) I've rented cars from alot off places and usually they let u know the weekend policy before u actually rent the car. I will never rent from them ever again.We ended up paying twice as much than if we would have if we would have been informed prior to renting from them...never again read more

This rental car company is ridiculous. I have had the most unpleasant experience the past two times I have used them and I only use them because they go through dealerships when people are getting their cars worked on they coincide with the dealership and allow people to rent cars when their cars being worked on for an extended period of time however this company fails every time to either give back the hold that they placed on your credit card they will not release it for like a month or this rental car company assumes you still have the car and charges you an extra $952 when you don't even have the car. This company called me today January 3rd and said to me we're trying to authorize your card for $952 however it's not accepting it can you please return the car? I said to the lady who is the district manager who apparently doesn't have her girls organized at this location I don't have the car anymore you guys have it and she says no we don't and I said well I dropped it off at the dealership just like I was told that I can either drop it off at the dealership or I can drop it off with you guys. And she says well we never picked it up apparently so you assume that I still have the car you guys should do a courtesy call and say hey do you still need to rent the car? Instead of fraudulently charging my card $952 when I did not authorize that charge. Anybody who reads this please do not rent a car from this company and if you do make sure after the fact you contact not only the car dealership that you dropped your car off at to make sure that her girls picked up the car and call the rental car company like I did and told them I dropped the car off come pick up the car and make sure you report it to the BBB to let them know that this rental car company is a hoax and also to report it as fraud. The girl in question her name is Shane she apparently has an attitude and doesn't want to address the situation at hand she wants to continue to say she's sorry she's sorry but sorry don't cut it after so many times. Shane needs to be fired. And the district manager because she refunded me my money she thinks she did me a favor she had to refund my money I did not authorize her to use my card so she would have been in breach of contract and she would have been charged with fraud also.
