I read really excited to try this place but the food was really bad. The shawarma wrap lacked flavor and the fries were undercooked. The wrap completely fell apart when I took the first bite. I didn't finish my food because it tasted so bad. I am used to places like the Kebab Shop and Dish Dash that are very flavorful and the wraps are well composed and this just doesn't measure up.

Order for take out. The burger was dry and bland. The sweet potatoes fries were good. The sandwich was just good but nothing great . Probably won't order from there again .

Got a chicken shawarma wrap to go and it was so good!! The wait wasn't that bad, only ten minutes and lots of seating inside. Great service and the food tasted fresh! I think it's a perfect place to grab lunch and maybe even dinner. The place seemed clean and spacious. Will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Mediterranean (possibly with North African influence) dishes made fresh to order with decent portions and flavorful sauces served with neighborly hospitality at this mom-and-pop shop that's been a popular spot for the community for the last 4 years. Greens N Grills has popped up in my searches for years but we didn't get around to trying it out until recently and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and service, which probably played a huge role in its longevity in this often overlooked mall. Sharing a lot awkwardly organized with parallel parking spots as well as rows of standard perpendicular ones, this bustling side of the mall houses a few eateries and service establishments frequented by locals. Although typically quiet, during peak times for lunch and dinner, the indoor and outdoor seating area is occupied (during our visit, it was nearly full capacity due to what seemed like a visit from a co-ed adult recreational sports team). Despite the crowds and freshly made dishes, this small shop sure keeps up with their orders for their to-go and dine-in orders. Their menu highlights their wraps and signature plates loaded with schwarma (chicken, lamb, steak), kebab or falafel. Other entrees include crepe, chicken wings, and grilled fish or steak. Alongside, you'll find authentic sides such as baba ghanoush and desserts like baclava in addition to freshly-made beverages to quench your thirst. We ordered a few items to sample and from their presentation and taste alone, there's no doubt we will be coming back. Most important though, get their sauces (garlic/thoum, cilantro/zhoug, red chili/harissa). Algerian lamb schwarma wrap - if you're craving a grilled wrap on the heavier side, you'll want to get it Algerian-styled which is loaded with fries. This lamb variation was meaty and paired well with their sauces. Plated on a wooden board and clearly showing its char marks, this piece of work will have you salivating while it engulfs you with its spiced aroma. Texmex cheese steak crepe - this colossal pile of veggies and meat wrapped in a light, thin crepe had good balance and again, was a good candidate to smother in their special sauces. Required a fork and knife to consume. Baba ghanoush - despite not being a fan of eggplant, this variation topped with delicious olive bits was probably one of the best I've had. Wish there were more pita bread to dip it with (came with four quarters) but we were fine with just eating this up by the spoonful. Falafel - these freshly fried morsels were extremely crispy on the outside yet still moist on the inside. Their method of flash frying meant these freshly fried bites were even more appetizing as you caught a whiff of them as they arrived to the table. Fries - crispy, seasoned fries served with an orange-colored dressing dipping sauce similar to thousand islands satisfies all the snackers at the table. But truth be told, the fries went with all their sauces. Lemon mint drink - this newly introduced flavor was refreshing and the hint of mint was a perfect pairing to the zesty citrus. On a hot day, this was perfect! Conveniently located next to the register, you'll also find a water and utensils station for all your dine-in needs. It's clean and well organized - likely a good reflection of how well they maintain the rest of the place, the kitchen included! My tastebuds were happy and the staff certainly complemented those positive feelings with phenomenal customer service. They know how to bring in new customers and retain them. If you're a local, this is one you'll want to bookmark as I get the feeling if you come often enough, they'll probably make the effort to remember you and your "usual"! Overall, Greens N Grills may not wow you in its name, but if you can get past the front door, your impression will completely change as their food and service will absolutely win you over. The meals are a bit pricier than most but you will get decent value due to the quality and portions you're paying for. Dine in or take out, the food quality is just the same! If you're looking for a balanced meal with protein and the greens, give Greens N Grills a try!

This is my go-to place for a quick healthy lunch on weekdays when I either pick up or order food on Doordash in the middle of a busy work day. The food is consistently tasty, healthy and the portion sizes are huge. I normally get the salmon plate which comes with a big piece of grilled salmon, hummus, pita, a side salad and three dips. They have an option of getting either rice or fries on the side and depending on how healthy I'm feeling that day, a choice is made :) Have not dined at the restaurant so can't comment on the ambience much. Check this place out for a reliably delicious meal !

MY TIP - GOOD STEAK MEANS GOOD LUCK AT THE RACETRACK I've eaten at Green N Grills twice. The first time I came here was two weeks ago during the weekday for my lunch. During this first visit I asked the cashier if she recommended either the lamb shawarma or lamb kabob. She said that customers tend to order the lamb shawarma than the lamb kabob. I ordered the lamb shawarma platter. In addition I choose a side order of falafel. The seasoning on the lamb shawarma was too grainy for my taste however the lamb itself was tender and not gamey. I enjoyed the rest of the platter. The vinaigrette on the salad was light not tart. The rice complimented well with the rest of the dish. This lamb shawarma platter was a hearty, filling dish. The falafel was just ok. The second time I came here was the Sunday after Christmas. When I go to bet on horse racing, for brunch I order steak and eggs. For gambling I'm superstitious - if the steak is cooked to my request and delicious I win at the racetrack. The last two times I ordered steak at a sports bar and diner the steak was overcooked even though I requested medium rare. The last two steaks left a bad taste in my mouth. Not surprisingly the last steak I ate for brunch I lost money at the racetrack. During this second visit I came here before I gambled. I order the grilled NY steak platter. The cashier asked how I want my steak cooked. I was going to say rare with the anticipation that the steak would be served medium rare. As the cook's job is to grill your steak to your desire, I said medium rare. For beverage I ordered a cappuccino because if I don't have coffee in the morning I have a huge headache. When the steak arrived I could smell the smoky aroma from the grill marks. It has been a while since I could smell that smokiness from the steak as steaks I've eaten are grilled on the gas-grill stove or oven. At Greens N Grills I was delighted with the aroma of the steak. However was the steak cooked medium rare? Yes the steak was grilled medium rare. Even more impressive is the NY steak was a thin cut. I didn't mind as the two steaks I ate at two different places had a thicker cut yet were both cooked medium well. Was the grilled NY steak at Green N Grills the best I've had in a long time? No but it was better than the last two steak I ate. How did I do at the racetrack that afternoon? I ended up winning a $115. When I go to Green N Grills again I will try other items such as the kabobs. However if I plan to go to the racetrack I'll come back to Green N Grills for the steak.

    Chicken shawarma loaded fries

Tasty good food. I finally tried the (chicken) shawarma loaded fries. It didn't disappoint. All the flavors of a shawarma - garlic sauce, grape tomatoes, etc... - mixed with well seasoned chicken all in a bowl. The name says loaded fries but maybe it's the chicken that's loaded!

Here's the honest truth 2 star for the following: 1. Food and prices= 2 stars. it was pricy at about $20 a plate. Im from LA and kebabs are different in every aspect. Size, flavor and tenderness, which this food had none. It had no flavor and the beef was hard and kebabs were very small. The food took about 20 minutes to come out (I guess it's a norm since the cashier did ask if we wanted to wait) 2. Facility and staff= 4 stars. It's nice and clean. Very well presented and the staff is very nice All in all, I would not come back to this place. The portions are extremely measured and the food did not have taste. I was thinking as I was eating, I thought the kebabs i cooked were bad Judge for yourself, hope you have a different experience

Super solid spot for Mediterranean food! I got the 3 meat combo platter and all the proteins were cooked to near perfection. I got the chicken, beef, and lamb meats combo. The chicken and beef were oh so tender. The lamb was actually not gamey at all either. The rice was well seasoned as well and the bread was soft and chewy just the way I like it. Their hummus was so good I nearly polished it all off my plate. I honestly wanted to lick the plate clean. You can never go wrong with Mediterranean food! Simple eats but delicious flavors I highly recommend this place!

The restaurant is in a strip mall, so there is not much ambiance, but food is very good. The lady who took our order was super sweet and she was very attentive even though we sat outside. I enjoyed the salmon and my friends enjoyed the chicken plate. I would come here again.

Freash out of traffic and both my car and my personal fuel tank were on E. So looking to spend a few shekels. Opted out of the greasy yard bird. I wanted something different. Over to my right I see this spot an let me say, I think I called the right audible. The baklava was soooo good. The combo plate I had was delicious, everything tasted so flavorful. So many different flavors that blended so well together . I will let the pictures speak. The Woman that took my order was very helpful. It was also a quiet place.that allowed me to peaceful enjoy the wonderful food.

This review is long overdue, but I feel obligated to share our experience so other families know…read morewhat to expect from Kabob Fusion. My family and I, two adults and two young children, came here during Ramadan for iftaar. Before arriving, I specifically called ahead to ask whether we needed to come early because I understood restaurants can become very busy during iftaar time. I was told that arriving 10 to 15 minutes before iftaar would be perfectly fine and that our food would be ready around the time of breaking fast. Based on that reassurance, we came about 20 minutes before iftaar expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the moment we walked in, it felt like we were invisible. The restaurant was crowded but not chaotic. We sat down and waited while servers walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us. Eventually, I had to flag someone down myself just to place an order. I even asked directly how long the food would take because we were fasting all day and had two small children with us. The server confidently assured us the food would arrive around iftaar time. That never happened. When iftaar finally arrived, all we received were dates and water. No appetizers, no main dishes, nothing. We continued waiting while table after table around us received their food. Meanwhile, our children became increasingly upset and hungry. Anyone with young kids knows that after a full day of fasting, asking them to wait another 20, 30, even 50 minutes is nearly impossible. Our kids were crying, exhausted, and confused as they watched other families eat while we sat there with empty plates. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of honesty and accountability. Every time we asked about our order, we were told, "It's coming soon." Then eventually the server disappeared entirely for nearly 20 minutes and avoided us altogether. A woman later approached us, but instead of apologizing or taking our concerns seriously, she became dismissive and defensive. By this point, nearly 50 minutes had passed since we ordered, and she still insisted we "shouldn't complain" (in Farsi) because the food would come "soon." That response was honestly more upsetting than the delay itself. A simple apology, honesty, or basic compassion toward a fasting family with small children would have gone a long way. We eventually left the restaurant feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. What saddened me most is that this happened during Ramadan, a month centered around patience, generosity, hospitality, and good character. In Afghan culture and Islamic ethics, guests are supposed to be treated with dignity and care, especially during iftaar. Halal is not only about the food being permissible. Halal is also about honesty, fairness, respect, and how people are treated. Sadly, this restaurant failed in all of those areas. We will never return, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a welcoming family environment.

We usually go to De Afghanan for our kebab fix, but decided to give this place a shot since it is…read moreso much closer to our house. We drive past this place all the time and I somehow only registered it as a pizza shop, I didn't realize they had a whole Afghan menu. Overall, a worthy substitute, especially for the added convenience. Rating Breakdown: 1.5/2 Stars for Taste -- We ordered the potato and squash bolani. You can choose spicy or mild. Word of warning, even the mild has a slight kick and the peppers are distributed haphazardly throughout. I gave my kid a bite after taste-testing for spice and she started shrieking. My bite was non-spicy...hers was not. We ended up doing visual inspections inside each piece just in case to look for the telltale red flakes. My favorite was the squash because of the hint of sweetness, my sister still loves the classic potato. I wish the outside was crispier, but my order was takeout and I'm not sure how long it sat in the pizza box for. I also read in other reviews you can order extra crispy so I might try that next time. The green sauce the bolani came with is spicier and more watery than De Afghanan. We also ordered the chapli and beef tikka kabob. The chapli was our favorite --the patties were huge! The beef tikka kabob had a slightly offputting mushy texture in the middle, but the flavor and char were overall good. You can choose between brown and white rice and I opted for brown because the server told me it was more popular. The rice is perfectly seasoned, much more evenly spiced than what they serve at De Afghanan. My favorite order of the night though was the eggplant borani. SO good. I could eat a bucket of it. 1/1 Stars for Value -- It was $13 and $14 for normal and squash bolani, respectively. The kebab platters were a little shy of $20 and the boxes were generously packed. It was $10 for the eggplant appetizer, although next time I might splurge $3 more to get it as a platter with rice. 1/1 Stars for Customer Service - I called the order in instead of ordering online and they charged us the in-store price, which is nice. The website prices were on average $3-4 higher. Bonus star because I'll definitely be back for that eggplant. I'm also interested in trying their Afghan breakfast. I'm very sad that they no longer sell sabzi since that is one of my all time faves.

It was delivered with two ground beef skewers and rice as pictured. But also came with a salad, some flatbread, and a nice condiment. Not too spicy for me. Just delicious. For a drink I had Coke. Clean tables. Clean bathroom. Also used as a storeroom But completely understandable in a restaurant of this size. Total was $23.20. I think it was worth every penny. I recommend New York Pizza and Kabab!

DeAfghanan Cuisine is my go-to spot for bolani. No matter which variety I order, it is always…read moresatisfying and full of flavor. I usually get my food to go because the restaurant can become crowded, and I prefer enjoying it somewhere more relaxed. My favorite way to do it is to pick up an order, take it to a nearby park, and enjoy the food outside. It makes for a simple and enjoyable meal without dealing with the busy dining area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good Afghan food, especially if you enjoy fresh bolani.

We came in on Saturday at 11:30 to an empty restaurant, but by noon it was packed. We ordered the mantu, bolani, a few kabobs, and the lamb shank challow. The appetizers were great - the mantu had a great flavor and felt very hearty. The leek and butternut squash felt homey and warm - our waitress said they were her favorite, and were so glad she gave us that recommendation! The leek paired nicely with the yogurt provided, as it was a little spicy and had an aroma pretty similar to chives. The squash bolani was slightly sweet, and almost felt like an in-between for dessert. Having both was a nice contrast. By far the murgh (chicken) kabob was our favorite skewer, as it was the juiciest meat, and quite tender. The table ranked the chaplee (ground meat, with a hint of spice) next in terms of flavor and texture, and teka (tri tip) was slightly more dry and bland compared to everything else. The lamb shank was quite tender but smaller than expected for the price; it still had a nice homey flavor though I prefer when restaurants provide more of that braised juice to go alongside the dish. I don't eat cilantro, so had requested there to be no cilantro in any dishes, but they said they couldn't remove it from the salad, so was a little sad about that. We also had to request for Overall, would highly recommend the chicken kabob and bolani - would love to come and try other appetizers too.
