Went on Monday but they were busy so we sat in the bar. Had a super nice waitress, but I think she was a little too busy. The service was "fair" but not for her not trying. She had a lot of people/tables, so it is what it is. Menu, prices and specials were all very fairly priced so that was a plus. Got my salad first, unfortunately the plate was so dirty that when I picked it up to move it in front of me the underside had "dirty hands" residue of something chunky/gritty. You could also see the greasy fingerprints and smudges on the top of the plate form being handled by people. So that was NOT good. Hated to bother the waiters when she was so busy but I was not going to eat off that plate! She eventually brought me a new salad on a CLEAN plate. Next came dinner plates. Bummer, the food runner brought my husband Salmon but he had ordered Steak. I had to eventually eat because my food was getting cold. He got his dinner when I was almost finished eating...slowly. The manager brought it out and apologized and asked if there was anything we wanted to make it better. That was kind of wierd...felty like he was asking us how to resolve the problem. Anyway, No, husband just wanted to eat. The food was all VERY GOOD! Very flavorful, I enjoyed my Chicken Feta very much. The chicken was cooked perfectly, was moist and the sauce was very tasty! Hubby's steak was cooked to his liking and he enjoyed everything on his plate. That's great news! We forgive our over-burdened waitress for mistakenly putting in the wrong order...it happens. We chose to take our dessert home-Key Lime pie. I did not taste it but Hubby said it was a 6/10. When we got the bill, which took quite a while (again, way too busy waitress) we noticed the manager had removed husbands steak dinner from the bill as a courtesy, which was very appreciated and a polite thing to do for us. We will definitely go back because th food was actually very good, fairly priced, the manager gave us a courtesy and righted a problem, and the over-burdened waitress will hopefully have less tables next time. I say give it a try, for sure! read more

Great service. Food was worthy of mention and priced appropriately. Had a sirloin steak; my tablemate had their filet. Quality was good on both. Really seemed like standard chain restaurant presentation andprice was a bit more dear than I think it should be. Desserts were mediocre at best. Skip them. GFs always choose Grillsmith for GFs birthdays because everyone can find something they like and price is reasonable. Both outdoor and indoor setting are spacious and comfortable. It is a restaurant to socialize. A fact I agreed with. I have ordered several dishes that covered the choices of meat, seafood, and greens. All of these dishes were lack of flavor. For example, the popular Sesame Ginger Salad with tuna has great presentation and generous potion of greens, but the flavor of ginger and sesame was missing. This location is awesome. Staff is very accommodating both hostess and weight. Staff were very helpful. Our alcoholic friend enjoyed the slightly heavy pours from the bar. Our appetizers came out very quickly and on point the highlight being there shrimp appetizer. Everyone else's meal in our party was just as we had asked, and it was cooked to perfection. They even made a nice little to do over my wife's birthday, which was a pleasant surprise and not over the top. read more
