Wonderful service! We were greeted when we arrived and the baristas were kind when I requested more chai in my chai latte. Their chai is made from a powder, so it is sweet, but the same amount of chai powder is used in a small as a large. To me, the large was not strong enough so the barista happily helped me out. I love great service! They also had a clean bathroom available. Cute and peaceful interior which made it nice to take a short break while enjoying my drink.

Very conveniently located from the C & E trains. Right around the corner from Bibble & Sip, Chipotle & Dunkin Donuts. Nothing fancy for their pastries + drinks but definitely no crazy prices either. Just your simple, delicious bites and drinks. Won't break my bank account for a hot caramel latte & chocolate chip banana bread in Hell's Kitchen/Midtown West. Nothing can beat the comfy & cozy vibes inside against the freezing cold weather once you step foot outside. The cafe is decently-sized kind of space. Perfect spot to work on your laptop. Accepts credit/debit card and cash as payment. I'm not sure about other forms of payment though. Very fast service from friendly staff. Dairy milk substitute is an extra 75¢, adding a pump of flavored syrup will cost another 75¢. They do have wall outlets but you really gotta search/bolo for them because they're hidden in a corner or that not all of them works properly. There's a restroom in the back, although you might've to ask the staff for the passcode. There're actually different types of seating: metal bar stools, long black leather sofas, single armchairs, a green bench, and even a huge, fancy red-velvet throne chair. Hopefully I can sit on the throne next time. They seem to sell black tees (merch) hanging on the wall. Novels are sitting on the shelves as cafe decorations. Underneath the shelves, there's a small self-serve area with a water tap + cups, hand sanitizer, and bottle of simple syrup if your drink isn't sweet enough. There's a bar height table of plastic utensils and sugar packets right next to it. Love the black-and-white chalkboard-like wallpaper of the NYC skyline and scenery, adding more personality to the cafe. Staff keeps the place quite tidy and clean, I don't see too much littering or people leaving garbage/a big mess behind when they're ready to go. This Ground Central location will become my usual spot from now on whenever I drop by the neighborhood.

Minimal food selection but great coffee!! Fun staff, great ambiance and groovy background tunes. Check it out if you're in the area!

Recently came by to try a coffee from ground central and it was great! They have so many plant milk options and syrup options. They even have a pumpkin flavor for fall! I ordered a large iced pumpkin Oatmilk latte and asked for it less sweet. It was absolutely perfect. It had a perfect subtle pumpkin fall flavor and I loved the Oatmilk they use! The inside is super cute and the back is lined with books upon books in a cute full wall shelf. The baristas were super friendly and quick too! I'll definitely be coming back here for my morning coffee:)

Note: the address is 50th (next to Urban Hawker) but it's on 51st street side. Cute latte art heart. Ordered the mocha here (they supposedly use dark chocolate). The people were nice. Unfortunately the chocolate amount used is very minimal and is overpowered by the bitter coffee. I would not personally get this again - will stick with my go-to mocha from BB given they use real molten chocolate for their mocha's. Tastes like a normal latte, unfortunately.

Below average matcha latte. I don't like giving poor reviews, but unfortunately, this matcha oat latte was majority just oat milk. There was barely any matcha flavor, even when mixed with the powder that settled at the bottom. Oat milk itself is not naturally as creamy as normal (fat free, skim, whole, etc.), but this tasted extra watery, probably because there was too much ice in the drink that melted. It was $7, so hopefully they can improve on how they make this drink. The service was fast though! The cashier was friendly taking my order and practically no line at 7 am on the weekday that I went. I got my drink within 5 minutes. The place had multiple tables and even a couch. It is a nice cafe / spot to do work in. However, I didn't see many outlets, so probably should come with fully charged devices.

Amazing coffee and croissant! Service was great and the staff is very friendly. Smaller inside but love the atmosphere.

Good cup of coffee. The place was clean, service was fast and friendly. This is nice and close to my hotel, so I'll be back.

Really nice vibe overall! And good looking pastries. My friend got a cappuccino with lavender syrup that tasted amazing and I got a Matcha that honestly tasted horrible and had no matcha flavor. Service was great and fast but I just don't recommend the matcha.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
