While visiting NY, I was trying different coffee shops. I stopped in here in the am to grab a latte. It has the NY feel to it. It was a good coffee. SYOY!

hot cappuccino with cinnamon & almond milk MAN what a great coffee!! perfectly steamed milk, beautiful latte art (which i guess technically cappuccinos shouldn't be able to have latte art but i did not care it was perfect), & i don't know what i expected but i didn't expect it to taste SO good. barista took great care of making the care of making my drink. small space, i think this is more of their "grab and go" location & they have a larger one nearby. i'll for sure be back !!

Stopped in for a quick coffee and was so impressed- the flat white was perfect. Smooth, rich espresso with velvety milk, balanced and not too bitter. Accessibility- 2 steps, unsure if they have a ramp

Quaint place decked with art and modest vibes near Times Square! I ducked in here last minute as I was waiting for a friend. I ordered a beet latte customized with soy milk and was pleasantly surprised by the earthy sweet taste. Service was quick and friendly. Most people came for a drink to go but some popped in a for awhile. It is not a coffee shop that gets too busy indoors so you can find your peace here.

Aside from their oh-so-delicious coffee drinks, Frisson on 44th offers breakfast sandwiches if you're hungry. Try their BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese sammich), it comes with a croissant-like[1] bread that is so buttery good. Billie and team rock! Thanks to the team for somehow remembering me. [1] Yes, croissant-like! The bread works well with the ingredients and doesn't just collapse like a croissant roll might.

Superb coffee, hospitable staff in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Broadway Star hangout. Great soundtrack and Bohemian vibe. Try the Kouign-amann. Has anyone seen Adrian?

This place is adorable! I was in desperate need of a pick me up coffee in the Hell's Kitchen area, and I stumbled into this cafe. It's very cozy, and has cool options like açaí bowls, breakfast options, customizable smoothies, and of course coffee and matcha. I ordered the cortado for $4.50. The barista put a little heart on the top which I found endearing. Although I took the coffee to go, I would definitely like to sit down with a book and try something else off of their menu!

Frisson Espresso -- NYC, I'm in love! First time at Frisson Espresso and I'm already planning my return trip. Savon, the coffee artist, turned our lattes and cortados into foam masterpieces -- the kind you almost feel bad drinking... almost. And the BEC? HUGE. Delicious. Totally shareable. Shout-out to Briana, the master chef with the kind of smile you can feel through her eyes -- she made our breakfast unforgettable. NYC may be the city that never sleeps, but with coffee like this, I wouldn't want to anyway. I'll be back!

Wonderful service in a cozy little nook of a coffee shop. I loved the attention to detail on each cup made. My fiance told the barista that we wanted it to go since he's always so practical and thinks we might not finish the drinks, but the barista noted that I was taking photos and switched the last two drinks to dine in. He crafted a beautiful piece of work on my matcha latte and did the same for my future father-in-law's latte. The matcha flavor was strong and wasn't overwhelmed with the milk. They said they ship their coffee nationwide which is pretty cool. They also had some nice merch for sale on display. Highly recommend stopping here for a cuppa!

The staff, the product... beyond. I am happy to share this little gem on West 44th Street in Hell's Kitchen. Every staff member makes a mean coffee and smoothie. Check out the chaga chai and Spicy Mango smoothie which is topped with Tajin. I am fond of the entire team. Special shout out to Briana, not only is she very kind, her knowledge of coffee and her product is very impressive. A true professional and rock star. Shout out to your leadership as well. I am more than happy to make my 30 minute walk from home to visit Frisson Espresso on West 44th Street.

Amazing coffee and tea selections, and they offer more than what's on the menu! For example, we ordered dirty chai latte and matcha latte, both of which are not on the menu. Meanwhile, love love the food/snack options, some of the unique treats that I have never seen before. Tried this savory spinach tart, it was eggy and not too hard, very tasty, perfect for an empty stomach! The gentleman at the counter was pretty helpful and friendly. Despite of long lines, we got our drinks pretty quickly. The ambiance is chill and friendly.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
