Tony came by the house because we were having an ant problem where they were coming through the electrical sockets in the kitchen. He went above and beyond and scraped away the old ant gel, actually took off all the electrical sockets on that same wall and put the ant killer inside the socket instead of outside, so if they did come back - they wouldn't be out all over the kitchen. He also did all my counter tops, under cabinets, along the floor, and then sprayed on the outside wall of the house. On top of that - he had a great attitude and was very professional. I tried to cancel my service after 8 years and they continued to charge me, saying that the service can only be cancelled after the end of the month. When I called to cancel they didn't tell me that, they were very rude and brief. Then I got a bill and they charged my credit card. When I called back they told me that they can only cancel at the end of the month. They were super rude on the phone and eventually agreed to prorate my charge. We've been using GPC for a little over a year and I've noticed a HUGE difference. Our oldest daughter is extremely allergic to mosquitoes. So I contacted Guarantee pest control and Sergio, the tech who showed up told me that he was going to use three different products in 3 different ways to treat my colonies. I called Guarantee Pest Control when I found an unusual looking bug in my house. Upon inspection, it was determined it was a Rover Ant, which is unusual to the area. Everything I read said they are hard to get rid of. After Guarantee Pest Control sprayed, I had fewer bugs immediately. I can't recommend Guarantee enough - you don't usually get service like this in Los Angeles. First of all, Arthur is a doll. I discovered a meal moth situation right before I was about to leave town for several months. A lot of exterminators don't even want to deal with meal moths, but Arthur called me back within thirty minutes, was incredibly knowledgable about the bugs, walked me through what I needed to do to prep for him, and even though it was the end of the day on a Friday, showed up within an hour to help me out - and then charged me even less than he quoted over the phone! He also used the greenest product possible to get the job done. They came over and didn't even spray the windows. I saw absolutely zero difference in the amount of spiders. Not to mention, when I called and complained, they said they would come out and put more traps out ($30 via amazon for the traps btw). Be very careful and conducting business with this company. They do not have very professional systems in place to ensure proper billing in addition to just randomly showing up at your house to service their rat traps. They consistently builder me for services they claim to have Rendered Even though there is no access to my property without being let in. When I disputed their bills they just went on to send them to an outside debt collector without ever notifying me. Horrible customer service. read more

They should change their name. There is no guarantee, from Gaurantee Pest Control. I hired them for a rodent problem. They sent someone who did the minimum work and was not well trained. I was told he would deal with access problems but turns out that was an extra charge. They never got the rodent and still demanded over 400$ for almost no work. Art and his team are the best! They helped us out with a rodent problem that my elderly parents had. Access points sealed off, traps set, weekly checks on the traps, and Voila! No more attic bumps in the night! Then, we called on Guarantee Pest Control again because my parents had strange small itchy bites on their arms. We put out sticky tape at the edges of their beds, and when I showed the moltings stuck on the tape to Art, he immediately told me they were bed bugs! Ugghh! He came and thoroughly cleaned each bedroom. He sprayed down all the mattresses, box springs, bed frames, headboards, ceiling fixtures, outlets, floor moldings, window sills, you name it. After everything dried, we put the box spring and mattress covers that I had purchased from a mattress store. We never saw those disgusting bed bugs again. I had a horrible infestation of moths in a wool area carpet. When I called a carpet cleaner, they recommended calling an exterminator first.
