Without a doubt our favorite restaurant in Montauk. Always great service and food…read more Amazing place to eat with incredible sunsets!. Our fav's the calamari sushi roll, cauliflower side and the traditional lobster roll! In the summer the wait may be long but if plan it correctly, you can enjoy the musical entertainment first and then dinner! A two for 1 deal!

5 + location and view…read more 4 minus overall No reservations, so depending on time of year you may have to wait for a table. We have been here a number of times and usually enjoy our meal and experience. They have Good sushi selections and usually have nice fresh seafood selections. We had Tile fish prepared with escarole, white beans, and crispy leaks. Quite good! We also had wild Alaskan salmon that was somewhat disappointing. Id skip that! Was kind of dry and a bit fishy. Not terrible, but not really exceptionally enjoyable either. Service was good! They definitely work hard! They were washing down the table next to us as we sat down which is fine. Unfortunately, they were using some kind of solution that smelled like dirty or rotten damp rags. Unfortunately the smell took a while to dissipate and impacted our party's experience. It also probably reduced our ordering of pre-meal apps and drinks, not intentionally, but because it wasnt appetizing. We will probably return, because our experience might have been off a bit because they are not in full season yet.

Stopped by for a quick pre dinner drink and snack. It was rather packed for 5pm so we opted to dine…read moreinside as it was a bit windy to be seated outside. They definitely seemed to have newer staff/be understaffed as it took awhile to place our drink and food orders once we were seated. We ordered a round of drinks, the pineapple vanilla daiquiris are fantastic and my official go to drink when here now. The elderflower martini was good but nothing special. We ordered a bunch of appetizers for our table: clams casino, baked clams, New England clam chowder, fried calamari, and the fried blowfish special. The chowder here is good but definitely needed some additional salt and pepper, but was reasonably priced compared to other restaurants here. The clams casino could have had more clam and less breading but the flavor was decent. The baked clams came out in three larger shells, and the breading honestly tasted like thanksgiving. It was an odd flavor combination but it worked very well. The fried calamari was probably my favorite and the breading was crisp yet minimal with a kick to it. The fried blowfish was decently prepared thankfully we ordered it without the buffalo sauce it came in. It took awhile to get our servers attention, as we had three different ones throughout the course of the meal. We had some completely different younger girl come to check on us and take our second drink order. It took awhile to get the check and pay. But overall a solid 4/5 experience.

Wasn't impressed clam chowder was too salty and the oyster crackers were stale. Server reminded me…read moreof the overly excited waiter on the old movie office space with all the flair lol, but nice location.
