I like the food but not crazy about the service..today I ordered a salad..got meat..had it before and it's great..ask for oil and vinegar...they're out of vinegar...huh?...I offer to go to Publix and buy vinegar...it's in the same mall..she says that's ok..I don't want this salad without oil and vinegar..hold on..the manager comes out with a huge bottle of vinegar..which is half up..I'm told the truck just came in...they were too lazy to fill up the bottle..she also told me there were a lot of things they ran out of today..I'll bet..4 stars though..it's a great salad read more

First thing we are met with is a worker who clearly doesn't want to work there. She is giving us an annoyed and bored face as she is adding the toppings to our gyros. To top it off I ask for the taziki sauce and she puts a different sauce that is very spicy and I spend the whole meal struggling to eat the gyro. Food is always fresh and delicious. I love the Spicy chicken gyro with honey mustard tzatziki sauce which is amazing. I wish I can give it 5 stars because the food is great but the customer service ehhhh not so great ! Actually it's really bad !!!! the two lady employees are just the rudest employees. They don't even let you talk when you're telling them what toppings to put on your food. And when you do tell them what to put on it they just throw it however and with an attitude. I can't even tell you how many times I've passed this little gem on the way to the grocery store or the pharmacy...now that I finally tried it, I am kicking myself for having taken so long to realize this place existed. Super fresh food! I had chicken on a pita. The pita was warm and soft, very well made. They have a variety of toppings to choose from. I went a little heavy on the olives and and feta...but who doesn't love olives and feta? The staff was cool and courteous, which I can always appreciate. I didn't get a chance to look at the whole menu, but they seem to have a decent selection. It is in a super convenient location, I'm not sure how I've missed it all this time. I always order the same thing (Rice bowl with gyro meat and assorted toppings) and they get it right every single time. There's always the same girl working there and she's amazing. It's incredible that a place I loved and been Loyal for many years has take things down in a really bad level. I went to eat today with my wife and son looking for the amazing gyro and support the community, as we go inside there's only one guest waiting for the food that he had order, the cashier takes my order, and as he's building my gyro he drops the fries, I'm looking at the lettuce extremely rusty, the meat it's coming out of a container that has been kept dry, instead of serving me fresh meat from the roasting stand, in addition the fries are over cooking and as I mentioned that to the cashier, he tells me "what are you talking about bro"?.. wow, to that point I just took my food and left outside the dining tables which after the first bite we had to throw away the food. Again, this is a serious way to compromise a business, how can we help you or keep our loyalty if we are getting this bad experience? read more

Probably won't be eating here again. Tried several times to have order delivered through Postmates and Doordash and received a "order cancelled" due to communication problems with Gyroville. Called Gyroville and they could not explain it. Frustrated, I placed my order over the phone and went to pick up in person. It was only then that they explained that they were only accepting orders through Uber Eats even though they had signs posted in their restaurant advertising that they use Postmates and Doordash. I guess it was too difficult to explain over the phone. Now the food. I have never seen gyro meat sliced so thin. So thin it hardly had any flavor. Even though they assured us that the sauces they gave us were tzatziki sauce for our gyro platters, it had the color of Hummus? I was a bit confused with the menu at first but understood that you can 'make your own' meal or use one of their featured options. Choose from a gyro, rice, or salad. The meat and chicken are very well cooked and prepared. Following your choice, you can add a variety of vegetables and sauces. Overall it's a extremely balanced and healthy meal. The Food: I got a gyro and it wasn't the best gyro I've ever had, but it was worth returning. The meat was a bit too salty which led to the 4/5 instead of 5. The pita was warm and fresh and tasty. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I ordered a rice bowl with gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta, and original tzatziki sauce - delicious! Extremely fresh, and it was packed with a ton of meat. I couldn't finish it on my own. My husband ordered pretty much the same thing on the pita, and he says it was delicious. We ordered a side of French fries, which are hand cut, and a spinach pie because of the reviews. Again, nothing to complain about. Both were very delicious. I was skeptical about the fries at first, but they were perfect. Finally, the service was quick and cordial. We will definitely be coming back often! This is a very bland tasting wrap with the typical Kronos gyro meat that everyone uses. Their supposed difference is that they offer multiple tzatziki sauces and hummus and toppings. It is just no better than any other Greek Gyro place I've ever been to. I would only go back.if I was DESPERATE for a Gyro and there was no other place to go closer to me. Very pleased to see they have brought back the salad bowls to what they used to be. I've been to this location many times and it's always very clean. The staff was super nice. This restaurant I just wish was better, since it is so close to my house, and because it's hard to find fresh gyros in the Kendall area easily. My main complaint comes from the people who work there, and I hate to have to say that. The staff quite often seems disengaged, and hardly cleans the bathrooms. I've walked in multiple times, and heard multiple complaints. Once when I was sitting and eating inside the restaurant, one of the girls who was sweeping the floors with such fervor that the pieces of dirt and food were flying through the air and hitting my feet. I was in a "what!?" shocked state and simply had to get up and leave. The food seems fresh and good, but you feel a little queasy eating it because everything around you is in such disarray. I'd recommend the owners look into the cleaning practices if they want to keep good business. read more
