I came into the store fully prepared to buy multiple items and would have gladly spent considerably more. Instead, the employees' behavior completely discouraged me from continuing to shop. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the store lost out on a much larger sale because of the way my daughters and I were treated. Customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected--not scrutinized and judged. Had we been treated with kindness and professionalism, I likely would have purchased several additional items and returned in the future. I also noticed several other potential customers walk into the store and quickly leave without making a purchase. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people choose to shop and spend money, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit.
