Habibi's is located in a small plaza with Bundoo Khan and is across the street from Cal State Fullerton. They have a large parking lot that is shared with other businesses. They offer coffee, matcha, specialty lattes, and teas to drink. Their food options include Arab flatbreads and a few dessert items like knafeh, strawberry nutella pie, cookies, danishes and croissants. All the food served here is HALAL! Orange blossom latte ($7) - This was made with espresso, orange blossom water and orange blossom cold foam. It wasn't overly sweet and had a nice floral and citrusy taste to it. It was perfect for a hot summer day. Overall I was impressed with the friendly service. The drinks here are unique and reasonably priced. I did wish they had more dessert offerings. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try the knafeh which looked great, but the rest of the other dessert options seemed just ok. Hopefully they can expand on this as the business grows. Habibis is located across the street from Cal State Fullerton. Theres lots of parking nearby & theres lots of seating inside and outside. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. All the pastries looked really good but I ended up going with the turtle cheesecake & Basterma Flatbread. I also got a Habibi House Latte & my brother got a strawberry matcha. Im not much of a matcha guy but the strawberry foam on that was fireee. The cheesecake was creamy and soft & the basterma was good as well. Habibi's is a student-friendly cafe that has some of the best matcha in the area. There's enough seating inside for studying and getting work done, as well as outdoor seating by the street for the same reason. Their strawberry matcha and butter pecan latte are my favorite drinks of theirs, and I don't enjoy matcha that much. It is delicious and flavorful. The cream is phenomenal and makes the texture of the drink awesome! The prices here are pretty steep (students in the area get a small discount), and I'd like to try the food that they offer as well. Passion Fruit Matcha: 10/10 My friend got it without the passion fruit purée because he can't have a lot of sugar, but it was still great! They even checked up on customers, asking if we wanted water or needed anything. Ambiance: 6/10 It's very aesthetic and very clean, including the restroom. I will say the music is very very loud. I came to study and I could hear the music through my noise cancelling headphones. There's limited seating inside and I only saw one outlet. First of all, the vibe here was great. I love entering a place and feel warmly welcomed, Habibi's definitely brought that. They also had some coffee samplers to taste, although I already ordered the Orange Blossom Iced Latte (it was refreshingly good!). My bf got the chicken chipotle melt, he really loved it. I loved my harissa basterma melt, this is my first time trying it and was shocked when I tasted the flavors of the dried, cured meat. The highlight for me was the knafeh, I can't even begin to describe how happy I am because it's been years since I ate one. When they said this was the best coffee spot in Fullerton, I laughed. Ain't no way I said to myself. Boy was I wrong. This place from the moment I walked in felt like I was home. The smells, the colors, the smiles from customers, the warmth of the staff. It felt not like a business but felt more like I was seeing a cousin. And then you get to the coffee. It's not a big menu but each one sounded delicious. We went with the strawberry pistachio latte and the toasted butter date latte. The pistachios one was delightful. It was such a good balance of flavors that each sip felt a bit different. It's a bit sweeter than the toasted butter date latte but you won't get diabetes from it. The toasted butter date latte was homey. I was weary of the flavor together because I'm not a fan of toasted butter or dates but it was gave me a sense of security with every sip. read more

First time coming to Habibi's this past weekend and I loved my experience here! It's located right off the exit of the 57 Fwy and across CSUF. There's ample parking as well. The interior is gorgeous! The music is LOUD so if you're looking to study here, I suggest you go somewhere else. I had the orange blossom pistachio latte (around ~$9 with oat milk) and it was delicious. When I try new coffee spots, I like to try it a few times before leaving a review whether it's good or bad, however, my one and only visit so far at this establishment exceeded my expectations and had a spectacular time! Here's what I've tried: **Habibi House Latte: I opted out for oat ilk because the flavors sounded better with it. You can taste the cardamom and cinnamon infused within the drink. The cardamom cold foam was a nice touch with a great consistency. I went for the full sweetness and I'm glad I did because this drink has a subtle sweetness which I love. (5/5) **Desert Pear Lemon Mint Refresher: It was a little heavy on the mint side but overall flavor was good and very refreshing! (5/5) **Double Chocolate Chip Cookie: Delicious! No complaints. (5/5) When I first arrived, the girl working immediately greeted me and asked if I had any questions. I inquired if the Habibi House Latte was on the sweeter or more subtle side to which she said it was more sublte. She was right and I was glad I ordered it without any adjustments except for oat milk instead of whole milk. I've been to a lot of places where the baristas will say it's subtle on the sweetness when it's actually not. I ordered and was given a receipt with a number on it. It was busy inside so I expected to wait a few minutes. They apologized about the wait but I was honestly fine but appreciated the heads up. When my drinks were ready, I did tell what seemed like the owner of the shop that I had interest in their flatbread dishes but was too full at the time. He then offered a cookie to which I accepted. That was not necessary but a nice touch. From start to the end, the customer service and hospitality was on point across all of the employees I interacted with. I was initially a little disappointed at their opening time being so late but I understand why. I'll just have to visit this place on Sundays to avoid the students as it's one of my days off. A very nice Cafe right across CSUF. They are open till late, have a nice ambiance and best of all, have some really good items to try. The kind gentleman in the front gave me a taste of their Karak Tea and it was so good it threw off the drinks I wanted to try. Only wish they would do it by the pot and serve in glasses but maybe it will some day. Along with that I tried the Habibi House Latte served on ice. It comes with cardamom foam which just adds a very nice aroma to it. You have to have some sweet with these delicious drinks so a Knafe that they make fresh per order was the perfect choice for it. For college students attending classes (specifically CSUF students), this is the perfect place to get a quick, filling meal in between classes, considering it is right across the university. Even if you aren't looking for food, their coffee selection is so delicious! The foam top for their Toasted Butter Date Latte was so delicious! I've also tried the rose top latte and that was good as well but my favorite is definitely this Orange one with Oat milk. The level of sweetness and ice is also perfect and requires no adjustment at all. They also offer a variety of flat breads and baked goods which make this a great coffee spot to meet with friends.
