I was not expecting to like the coffee here as much as I do. I never imagined that orange cream foam could taste this delicious. I've also tried the rose top latte and that was good as well but my favorite is definitely this Orange one with Oat milk. The level of sweetness and ice is also perfect and requires no adjustment at all. They also offer a variety of flat breads and baked goods which make this a great coffee spot to meet with friends. I've been here multiple times since finding this new spot and it's on my weekly coffee rotation. Visit them and try it for yourself you'll be glad you did. read more

Absolutely obsessed with Habibi's! I don't think I've ever seen a more aesthetic coffee shop in Orange County. Whoever designed this space deserves a raise -- every detail feels intentional, transporting you straight into a modern Middle Eastern café. The staff was so warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I tried the Vela collaboration passionfruit matcha, and wow -- the passionfruit flavor was bright, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a touch more matcha; the flavor and color were on the lighter side, so it didn't quite come through in the overall profile. Still, I'd 100% order it again on a day when I'm craving something fruity and not too caffeinated. Can't wait to come back and try more drinks! read more

Rich, velvety, and not overly sugary like most date based drinks tend to be. The toasted butter note adds a subtle depth that works well with the espresso. Smooth, satisfying and unique. Guava Danish - Buttery, flaky, and generously filled. The guava is vibrant with a touch of sweetness and tartness and pairs beautifully with the cream cheese. Would definitely get again. Za'atar Flatbread - Freshly baked and generously topped with za'atar, then garnished with cherry tomatoes and mint. The tomatoes add a juicy, tangy bite that lifts the whole thing, and the mint brings a refreshing finish. My friends and I got 2 bastermas and their pistachio honey labane, and we all thought they were reasonably priced for how yummy they were! They were overly salty or sweet and are great options for people who are trying to stick with healthy options. Long overdue review for one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. You know those coffee shops where the espresso tastes more like a suggestion? You won't find that here. Every coffee I've had here has been delicious, full-bodied and flavorful. My personal favorite is the Orange Blossom latte, but the Toasted Butter Date latte is also excellent! Habibi's also has Middle Eastern inspired dishes and decadent desserts and pastries. I love the Harissa Basterma melt and the knafeh. Everyone here is always friendly, greets you, and is willing to provide recommendations. So happy Habibi's is in the neighborhood! read more

Very flavorful and not really sweet which is the way I like it. The desert drink was very refreshing.. the hint of mint adds so much flavor. I never had basturma but it reminded me of pastrami. I was originally going to give this place 5 stars, but I'm deducting 1 star due to customer service. The person at the cashier was nice! However, while I was sitting down & drinking my matcha, another customer entered. The cashier was kindly conversing with the customer, but proceeded to ask the customer if she was a student (from what I saw, the customer did not show a student ID) and gave her a student discount. I was a little hurt because I'm a student & I wasn't notified about any discount. The incoming customers were treated the same, where the cashier was conversing and proceeded to give the ones who said yes to being a student, a student discount.
