He gave us a quote "on the spot", no smoke and mirrors or I'll get back to you. Pricing: I bid out the job to several companies and B.Z. was VERY fair and worked with us on all my options. Responded to any/all changes until we reached the actual setup I wanted. Customer Service: Guys were respectful and even had a sense of humor. There was also a mixup with the expansion tank given by the supplier; was smaller than what I ordered. When I noticed and let the guys know; Bryan himself showed up to deliver the correct size tank. He/they didn't choose to try and sell me on why it doesn't matter or any other bs. I truly appreciated the just get it corrected approach Bryan took. The install: Work began the next day after I signed. Clean install, they addressed any code violations and all seems well so far :) We will be using B.Z. again in the future and would recommend them to friends as well. If my experiences change I will be transparent so everything is accurate. Really hope this helps someone when they need it.
