A nice place with good service and yum food. I have tried their cheeseburger combo, lamb and chicken combo with salad ,fries and rice, chicken and lamb tikka kebab combo, all is good. Parking can be slightly challenging in the evening hours but if you can find a spot I would suggest giving them a try. The chicken and lamb tikka combo takes about 15 mins , but it is well worth the wait, and the rice that comes with is delicious. The employees here are friendly and have no issues with them. They have some more stuff that I have yet to try but it is great to know a place like this not too far from home and not having to run to Jackson Heights , Queens where parking can be even more of a challenge or traffic just getting there is a headache. read more

The Boyz know what they're doing. Lamb gyro has been one of my all time favorite foods for most of my life. The gyro here is awesome. The price is right. They're very fast and no nonsense. My parents are also pretty picky about takeout and generally order out once or twice per month, but they must have had halal four times this past month. The red sauce is no joke. I think the chicken over rice is really good here . Happy they are in the neighborhood because it's hard to find tasty halal food , I prefer this over the ones in Manhattan . This is one of my favorite halal places in Queens! You also get a lot for ur buck. Their chicken salad is like no other I've ever seen. Their chicken over rice its super good. Dined here for lunch today after a long day in school. Just stepping into the restaurant immediately made my mouth water because of the amazing smell of chicken and lamb in the air. Ordered a mixed platter (Chix-Lamb + fries + hummus) for only $6.99 and was packed with amazing flavors. I highly recommend mixing the meal with white sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce together. The taste of the combination is mystical. The cooks at the restaurant are very generous giving me way more food than expected, as they completely packed the container to the brim. This place just opened about 2 days ago. I saw the grand opening sign from the Long Island Expressway so I decided to give it a try. I called in my order 10 minutes before their closing time and they still took it. I got a chicken and lamb over rice and they made my rice fresh even though they were going to close in 10 minutes, what a nice gesture! The combo platter which was $6.99 came with salad, fries or hummus but they gave me both. The platter was hot, fresh and scrumptious. They can improve their hummus recipe but it's only been 2 days so they have plenty of time. This place is a cleaner version of street meat. I also got a cheeseburger combo. The cheeseburger was made well with fresh ingredients. Over all I recommended this new business in town. It's a convenient place to go. You can stay on the highway and don't have to go out of your way to Hillside Ave to grab your late night grub. This will be the new spot for kids who eat Halal. read more

It's 11:46 pm on July 6, 2021 I just visited this establishment which I frequent and they basically treated me like shit. I'm not sure why I don't make their jobs harder, I always order the same order. But this visit was a fucking nightmare. I'm waiting for my order for 15 mins after waiting 5-10 mins just for them to take the order and it wasn't even busy in terms of people in the restaurant. After I asked if they were working on was mine they told me no it was an Uber order and that I would have to wait five minutes extra for them to finish my meal and I'm a bit confused because I'm like I've just been waiting 15 minutes for a grilled chicken salad already how long is it gonna take if you're making everybody else's order but mine and they just got really belligerent and told me that I'm talking a lot of shit and I'm just like what are you guys talking about I come here every day like this is a treat your customers and the guy that is usually at the cash register and he was just like you're not my customer I don't know you and basically just dismiss me and I'm just like what the fuck this is not how you treat people I didn't even do anything you guys I was just curious as to when my order was gonna be ready either way i'm never visiting this place again that was a terrible experience you guys definitely need to learn how to treat people because I come there frequently you just lost a lot of money and that's something you're just gonna have to live with I just hope you guys treat your customers better and find some type of happiness because that shit was ass read more

The staff was a little disorganized during the lunch rush but the restaurant has only been open for a month so some slack has to be given due to growing pains. The food is extremely good. A place where people can get a decent meal. Food is not bad, I've had better, or worst. Upon arrival, the place was not even 20% filled, roughly 10 people tops... as I walked to the counter to place my order, I've noticed a few tables had already been waiting, but I paid no mind, I was excited to try the new joint in the neighborhood. There was no line, I was next, but saw the "boys" were busy grilling, the cashier was busy packing an order, so I left him alone and waited for him, no biggie, it gave me a chance to gaze at their menu for the time being. I placed an order for the chicken and lamb tikka, French fries and humus with bread, total $16 and change. I was told my order would be ready in 15 - 20 mins., not a problem, my best friend lives around the corner, so I visited him for 20 mins. I returned to pick up my food in 25 mins., upon arrival, the cashier looked at me with some recollection of who I was, which was not a a good sign... My order was not ready. It took another 15 mins., I did not want to rate their performance before the food was tasted, so I was still hopeful, until I arrived home and found out they forgot the sauce! Not bad, could have tasted better with the sauce... maybe. Halal boys have some tasteful talent, but need improvement in their micro management and customer service. read more
