I called and spoke with SABRINA and requested the changes. Sabrina was so empathetic and sweet - she made the entire process as easy as possible and assured me the corrections would be done. I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.

He was accidental nicked on his genitals. I have records of a doctor visit, calls to store and emails. Our dogs are groomed every 8-10 weeks, so we take care of them. The owner Debbie is very irresponsible and the groomer lied about the situation. Just be aware. If you've had a great experience, I'm glad, but we did not. I asked for the vet bill to covered not for a refund, which is very reasonable.

I placed my order super late on Saturday night (we're talking around 11pm), scheduled it for Sunday, and everything showed up perfectly and right on time. The delivery person was so sweet and made sure everything was packed up nicely. I even snapped a few pics of my delivery because it looked that good! It's the same great quality my Goldendoodle, Phoebe, loves fresh, long-lasting bones that keep her busy for days. Honestly, I'm officially spoiled. Whether I go in person or order online, Ruff Life just delivers (literally and figuratively). If you're a dog parent, seriously, give them a try, you'll see why I'm obsessed!

When I picked her up, her coat looked okay at first, but once I got her home, I realized she was still dirty in the most sensitive areas. What exactly did I just pay for? Dylan at the front desk confirmed Sally did great and nothing was missed. I have never felt the need to double check their work. I have been taking Sally here for 3 years and quality has clearly gone down. I will never bring my dog back here, and if you actually care about your pet, you shouldn't either. Total waste of time and money. Do better.
