Can't go wrong with Hana Sushi. Sometimes feels overpriced for what you get, but the food is always great. Sometimes service is slow but they do get crowded and unless you're in a hurry did bother us too much as you can see the staff working hard to get the orders out. read more

This place had a good menu and the food was pretty delicious. However, I have to say the prices are a bit outrageous. And the rolls were pretty small as well. If anything this place is good for a first date night. But I know of a lot of other places with bigger rolls and better prices. They still charge the national debt of Singapore for just about everything on the menu compared to other sushi establishments but they have increased the size of the portions considerably. However, they have a ways to go before they get the price and proportions to make sense. Until then, wait for coupons and bring your credit card with maximum credit available. read more

We have eaten here twice! Our first experience was absolutely wonderful! Our waiter was Roger. He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is so very lucky to have him! (No we are not friends of the family!) He should be training the rest of the wait staff. Our 2nd visit was utterly horrid. We had called to see if Roger was working but he wasn't on shift for a couple more hours. (We should have waited!) It was my daughters 21st birthday. Our waitress did not speak English. This was a bit of a challenge. We stressed to her about making sure she saw we had ordered Cucumber Rolls. All of our other food items ordered were on the right hand side of the ordering sheet and the Cucumber rolls on the left. She shook her head yes. We double checked and repeated ourselves. She again shook her head yes and circled them. Well guess what! The Cucumber Rolls were never ordered and even worse they were for the birthday girl! The management tried to make up for it, but I am sorry to say a celebration dinner was ruined! We will give them another shot! Sashimi salad is the BEST in the west. With the possible exception of Sapparo Sushi in Temecula, who makes a very good sashimi salad, I have to rate these guys at the top fo this list. They also remember reg- ular customers. But a sashimi salad here is $17.95 & Sapparo is $14.95. Just too far for me to drive. I shudder to think of what I'll find when I move to Hemet. I tried a place in the Wal-Mart shopping center & will never go back. Fish tasted like it was frozen defrosted. Yech! This is worth the trip. Only reason it didn't get 5 **** & got 4 is because the rolls are just "very good" and not outstanding!!!! LOL That is the only reason. Highway 79 is similar. Next to Stater's Redhawk. Haven't been to Murietta or other locations. read more
