We had a great dinner here! This place doesn't have a parking lot, but there's i free garage across the street. Park on the bottom level, because more people park on the second level to use the walkway into Nordstrom. I really liked the decor in this place. There are aqua colored wooden panels in the walls with a metal cow head in the middle is each--love it! The outdoor patio has great furniture--bright green vinyl wing chairs. Our server came right away to take our order. There was a small Christmas cocktail menu, I'm addition to the regular cocktail menu. We both got the peppermint espresso martini from the Christmas cocktail menu. They were very yummy! I ordered the chopped wedge salad with a side of grilled salmon. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly with really delicious crispy skin. The salad was kind of the best of both worlds - - a white salad that's already cut for you. The bacon was delicious and so was dressing. It was a winner! Hubby ordered a burger. I had a taste of it and it was absolutely delicious. The toppings did not overpower the burger, they just complimented it. It was a 10 out of 10! Oh wow this place was a winner! The atmosphere was great, our server was fantastic, and the food was delish.

Saturday date night! We've driven by this place so many times and finally decided to stop in. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and feels really open and comfy. We ordered the ribeye, truffle burger, truffle fries, salt & vinegar fries, a mojito, and a blackberry mojito mocktail. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, medium rare, just how my husband likes it. The truffle fries had that nice truffle smell but weren't too strong. My truffle burger was juicy and cooked medium, though I wish it had a bit more truffle flavor. The salt & vinegar fries were really sour, definitely not for everyone, but kind of fun to try! The drinks were light, refreshing, and went perfectly with our food. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was chill, great for a casual date night.

Vibes are amazing . I love the open kitchen concept. Not busy around 6pm but close to 7pm it got a little busier. It's not loud at all. It's dim enough to make it intimate, but not dark enough where you can't see the menu. The spinach dip was to die for! I will be thinking about that for days. The salt and vinegar fries were soooo delicious. You can't go wrong with anything here. The drinks are a perfect pour and lots of options to choose from. Would definitely visit again.

I had a very nice experience at Hand Cut. We went out with some friends and had a great evening with fantastic food and drinks. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer (which was not my favorite, but still good), and for entrees, we got the Cesar Steak and the Smash Burger. In my opinion, given the creativity, I thought the steak was one of the better dishes I've had recently. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a delicious flavor in the sauce. My wife enjoyed the burger as well. It had flavorful toppings and seasoning on top, which made for a great-tasting sandwich. I thought the service was a little lackluster. We were seated immediately and greeted, but there wasn't really much after that. I felt like there could have been more opportunities for service to be provided. It's hard to compete in Fashion Square, but overall, I thought Hand-Cut was a solid experience and I'd definitely be back for the steak!

Came in for our NYE dinner! typically we go to Bourbon and Bones each year and decided to switch it up due to lack of reservations and us booking last minute -- oops! lol. We were able to make our reservation the day of and from start to finish we were taken care of and happy thanks to our waiter, Cade. To start we had the truffle fries which were to die for!!! and I had their holiday peppermint espresso while my husband had a glass of whiskey. To drink with dinner I ordered a cocktail which was really good and to eat I ordered the Filet with truffle mash and 3 cheese mac, and my honey got the western bacon burger. The sides are a la cart so we shared and loved both. Cade made sure we had everything we needed at all times, as well as the other bartender on staff! Will definitely be making this our new go to steak house!

Stopped in at Hand Cut Burgers and Chop House for a solo happy hour and took a seat at the bar. The ambiance had a polished rustic charm, and the staff were friendly but not particularly attentive--it took a little longer than expected to get settled and served. I ordered the Truffle Cheeseburger, California Fries, and a glass of rosé from the happy hour menu. The burger had promise: the truffle came through, the cheese was melty, and the bun held up well--but it felt like it was missing a wow factor, especially at this price point. I didn't care for the California Fries they were ok, nothing spectacular. The rosé was light and refreshing, a solid happy hour pour, I enjoyed it. Overall, it was good enough for a casual stop, but not quite memorable. I'd come back if I was nearby and craving fries, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

My recent visit was nothing like the past time. I had a taste for a burger while doing a staycation in Old Town Scottsdale so I told my sister we should go to Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse. It aas around 4:30pm and we walked from our hotel to get there. I was happy to make Happy Hour. We made it in and were greeted immediately. We decided to sit at the bar and was welcomed by the bartender. I ordered a glass of Rose' off the happy hour menu which was very refreshing. We placed our food order and it came out not too long after. The Western burger and onion rings I ordered looked so delicious. My mouth was watering to dig into them. I started with the onion rings which were cooked perfectly and were hot, fresh out the fryer. My burger on the other hand was very disappointing. I took a couple of bites and the bun, patty, and bacon were room temperature. I tried to eat it but I do not care for food to be lukewarm or cold when it should be hot. I stopped eating it and waited to get the bartenders attention and asked if they had a microwave to warm my burger up becaise nothing about it was hot. She said they didn't, but offered to have it remade for me. I was very grateful for the offer and accepted. When the remade burger came out the patty was hot off the grill but the bun was cold. I was left to think that the first patty compared to the remade one was pre-cooked or something. I'm not sure if the buns are pre-toastsd to get the toast marks on them and then placed to the side to have available for orders but I ended up taking the top bun off and ate the burger. Needless to say I was expecting to receive the same food quality from the time before but that did not happen.

Delicious Scottsdale eatery! The interior decor was very nice and our server was attentive and sweet. I started with the espresso martini and it was genuinely the best one I have ever had. It was perfectly foamy and I honestly really loved the glass it was served in. For our appetizer we shared the tempura zucchini, and it was yummy! The tempura was crispy and the zucchini wasn't soggy at all. It came with a house ranch, and as a ranch lover, it was great. For my meal I ordered the California Burger, and it was great. It was cooked perfect and it wasn't too heavy on the bun. I really liked the smashed avocado on it, I think it really enhanced the flavor. I also thought that the sweet potato strings were a sweet and unique touch. We ordered a few a la carte sides (which we loved) including the asparagus, onion rings, hand cut fries, and (my favorite) the three cheese mac. Overally it was a great dining experience and will return on my next trip to Scottsdale!

I like random details that make a place unique. Check out the door handles when you come. I didn't post a pic so you gotta see for yourself. Service was fast and friendly. They were a bit busy when we were there but said that if we could finish in an hour and a half that we could be seated immediately, since they had a later reservation for the table. So, no wait! Yay! We went with Wagyu French onion sliders for an appetizer. It was legit. The Parmesan brioche buns were beautifully fluffy and buttery. The beef was tender and flavorful. The caramelized onions were done nicely, with a delicious herb Mayo, and the Brie really made it. You get 2 in an order. Super tasty. We wanted to try 2 different items and shared them. Black Truffle culotte, 10 oz of meaty truffle deliciousness. So, I'm pretty obsessed with truffle, I like how loud it is. There was no mistaking the truffle presence. It had a black truffle sauce, with a truffle butter and herb salt. It made me think of the movie Ratatouille where Anton Ego took a bite and his eyes got wide. Bc I'm fairly certain I had that same moment only it didn't bring me back to my childhood bc my childhood meals were bereft of black truffle. Like whoa. It was cooked exactly how we wanted. As I'm writing this I wish I lived closer bc I want it again. Now the other dish we had was very good, but different. It was the crab mac and cheese. The sauce was rich and luxurious. The spiced bread crumbs added some nice texture and the tomato in the herb cream sauce brought a nice acidity to cut some of the richness. It didn't end up too heavy, and the crab was incorporated into the sauce instead of sitting on top, so basically each bite had bits of crab. Would I eat this again too? Yes, definitely. Vibes are laid back. Food is fantastic without the atmosphere being too stuffy. It was pretty busy, so if you go at a busy time, you may want to have a reservation put in to save you a table. I didn't have any cocktails but next time I'll try not to skip the drinks. Come here hungry, and leave happy. Yassss.

The food was not good. Like not worth it. The service was amazing Ben was great, but like me and bestie are not comin back lol. Classic burger was medium. could've went to five guys . the sweet potato fries was not good. and i always finish them. i don't know if the oil was old or what. my bestie liked the zucchini but she said her quinoa burger was super mushy. we were not amused.

The spritz and margarita. Very good.

Bartender from another pub recommended the salt and vinegar fries here. They were great. Great service at the bar and great ambiance. Recommend.

Delicious food and fun decor. I gave it 4 stars because the AC didn't seem to be working & it was a very warm night! If you're making food and hosting human bodies, the AC should be on and working. We live in Phoenix, AZ after all.

Now I realize that the 2026 was a Summer Olympics and Curling is part of the Winter Olympics, but we didn't care Upon entry to go to the host stand and tell them what you're looking to do (activities vs bar/waiting). The space is relatively open and you can immediately see the fully stocked bar, the bowling area, the back axe throwing lanes, and the enclosed curling lanes. We opted for a package that got us unlimited games (any) for an hour. We started with curling and we didn't need any special clothes or shoes. We were lead to a lane and it's set up like shuffleboard (you can stand on either side and there's two separate color stones). There's ice where you glide your stones and you stand on rubber for traction. You can glide by hand or use a piece of equipment that is essentially a stick to help push and guide your stone. There's an attendant on duty to help any stones that are stuck or that don't make it down the lane The experience was awesome. We've always wanted to try curling, but it's difficult to find somewhere that is set up to let you do that. We were amazed that we finally tried it in a desert of all places. There are no brushes like in typical curling, but you still get a sense of the Olympic activity. The bowling was fun too, but it's a smaller version like you might see in some novelty bars. Axe throwing was that of typical ax throwing. You had a couple different sizes of axes, there's lanes and you throw at a wooden target. They had computers to input your name and keep track of points. It was sometimes difficult to stick the wooden target, but it was fun We didn't try the food or drink, but everything looked good. The staff were very helpful. It was a weekend, and it wasn't overly crowded which was nice. Overall it was a fun experience Some tips: If your stones seem to be getting stuck down the lane, ask the attendant to move you to another lane. That's what we did and it made all the difference Explore the rest of bustling Old Town Scottsdale. There's literally something for everyone, and definitely check out the Frybread Lounge for some great Native American fusion cuisine Chee

The sauce was fantastic not too salty and not too sweet it was great. The beef carpaccio was also amazing. Not a huge fan of the mushrooms but they were good and the shaved parm and toasted pine nuts were a great added touch. We ordered a bunch of stuff and shared. The chicken parm yes was awesome. Filling! It is their staple and it should be ordered. $68 for it was a little high IMO for chicken, but it was a double breasted. We got two pastas the lobster fettuccine and the Vodka pasta. Both were great you can see the pics. I personally loved the Vodka pasta mixed in with the burrata. The place was remolded nicely. We sat toward the back but go the whole view of the restaurant. Even though the exterior and bathroom areas of the W Hotel are under construction, the ambiance within the restaurant is beautiful and unaffected. I also appreciated their waiting area with seating and TVs so we could catch the very end of the World Cup game! The food and drinks were amazing. I had a delicious mocktail with elderflower - dare I say one of the best I've ever had...I'd go back for just that! Everyone else at our table loved their martinis as well. Often when you dine at these new aesthetic spots in Phoenix/Scottsdale the food disappoints - but not here. Only dish we didn't love was the chicken piccata which was a bit plain. My vodka pasta and the braised beef pasta were delicious and flavorful. And let's not forget the dessert offerings: gelato, affogato, and tiramisu were all so good! I'll definitely return here it was top tier all around!

During our time here, there was a large party taking about half the dining area so the service times were impacted. We came in as a party of 5 with a wait time of about 20 minutes. This was totally fine since we did not have a reservation. During the wait, we partook in their game area which helped us pass the time. All the games were fun, free, and open! Our food was pretty good. I ordered the wings, Caesar salad, and broccolini. The wings were of good size and flavor. The Caesar salad was pretty decent, but the amount of lemon in the dressing was a bit overpowering. I was making pucker faces as I was eating and let my girlfriend finish the salad. She agreed that the lemon was much stronger than other salads, but she enjoys lemon so she was okay with it. I tried her Wagyu cheeseburger (happy hour meal) and unfortunately both of us felt like the meat itself was lacking lots of flavor. My sister ordered the OG chicken sandwich and she said it needed more sauce for flavor. I will confidently say my favorite food of the night was broccolini. The cook was perfect and the flavor was great! I would recommend that side to everyone! As I stated before, there was a large party during our meal, so service time was admittedly slower than expected and we had to remind our server to bring us spoons for our desert, for a to go box, and for a water refill. Since it was busy and packed, I understand it could be difficult so I won't judge it too harshly. I will say one of the food runners, Shaye, supported our table and was very kind and understanding when we flagged her down for something. She really made our experience that much better with her attitude and speed! Given all of the information above, 4/5. Improvements on the food would make it 5 stars for me.

They were able to accommodate us although the hostess was a little rude as we could've just went somewhere else if there was no room. All of us ordered the steak frites and a lot of ours had really big fat pieces so there actually wasn't much "meat." In comparison to the first time we went here, the steak the first time was much better. They also changed the chimichurri recipe which was needed and was really good this time. A few people got the dole whip boozy marg. They said it was a 3/5 as it was inconsistent drink to drink, ex: one got cherry, one didn't; one was more watery than another one. They said they wouldn't get it again. Overall it was a little disappointing compared to my first visit, especially with most of us only being able to eat half our steak. They also changed the plating to the wooden boards which were kind of warped so when we were cutting our steaks, it was shaking the table a lot.
