Jay was fantastic!! I could not have chosen a better installer for my Pilates studio: 7 ft mirrors, Tilt/Pivot mirrors, art pieces, a 7 ft Pilates Wall ladder and a Ballet barre. Jay is an expert at hanging an assortment of pieces to the wall, with precision and care! Not sure what happened, but the last time Jay came, he drilled a hole for a cabinet knob on the wrong side of the cabinet door and mistakenly tossed one of the knobs (that had been in the store's paper bag) in the trash. As we recycle, I took the bag out to put in the recycling container and found the missing knob. He also left sawdust in the cabinets from the holes drilled and claimed he could not clean the cabinets because of "the dirty dishes" on the countertops. I managed to vacuum up the sawdust despite my dirty dishes. This visit was an odd occurrence for Jay who has previously done meticulous work. Jay works fast, but sometimes more care is needed. read more
