I've been going there for many years before it changed ownership. The new owners (husband and wife) seem really nice. I've been going for for awhile (for a year now) for oil changes and such. The prices are reasonable with the only exception for tire rotations, which they charged $25 for the 5 minute it took. I was little disappointed to say the least they just added the charge without telling me. I guess it's partially my fault since I didn't ask how much they were going to charge me (Martin only charged $10 for the tire rotations). read more

The shop manager, Martin Saenz, is amazing. He's patient, explains things well and is very fair in pricing. I purchased a used car from a friend and have had to fix the engine twice + other random fixes. Despite my obvious frustrations, Martin always manages to calm me down. Martin had to send me to the dealer the second time but the first service was so good that I vowed to go back for the next fix. The dealer charged me almost double the price of my first service and it should have been a cheaper service. This is my third visit (second service) and I know that as long as I live in the LA area, I'll be coming here for all my car needs :-). read more

My 2002 Toyota had the Check Engine light on and then I got my car registration requiring that I have Smog Check. I took it to one mechanic and he told me the sensor was going to be difficult to remove. At first he said it would cost $250, then he called and said $450 and in the third call he said $1500 as the Catalytic Converter would have to be replaced because removing the sensor would destroy it. He also charged $125 just to check it. So I took my car to Hanri's and he did not charge anything to check my car. He said it was the sensor and he was able to remove it and only charged me $250. He is an HONEST mechanic!! Very polite and got the job done well and quickly. So glad I got a second opinion or I would be out of $1,375.00!! Found Premier via a yelp search. They are close to where I live and obviously had great ratings/reviews. As a former mechanic I tend not to be too trust worthy of other car repair guys but my girlfriends Mazda needed a repair that was beyond my technical means. I spoke with the owner over the phone and he quoted me a price that was less than half of what the dealership wanted for the repair. He seems knowledgable, friendly and willing to help. I dropped the car off on a Friday morning and he called me an hour later with the diagnosis (which is what I knew the car needed). He called me every step along the way, keeping me abreast of the additional needed parts for the repair. When I picked the car up on Monday it worked perfectly, he also kept the bad parts so that I could inspect them, and the price was right in line with what I was expecting it to be even with the added parts. I would trust these guys for any mechanical repair that I was not able to take care of myself. read more

If you're in the West Valley, this is the place to go. Its rare to find a mechanic anymore who's honest and does great work. The owner here is very honest, does great work and in a timely manner. My family has been taking their cars here for many years and always have had great service at a good honest price. The owner will keep you filled in on what he's going to do, and what needs to be done. My engine was having problems and a few parts had to be ordered for it. I still got it back in a few hours and at a reasonable price for the work that was done.
