Food: The Braised Beef Noodle Soup was decent. Both the broth and meat were flavorful, and the noodles had a thickness reminiscent of udon, but were cooked nicely, with a chewiness I tend to look for. Not a dock, but would have been nice to adjust the spice level. The Pork and Shrimp Shumai was OK--it was very meaty, almost void of any shrimp, and the flavor was alright. Service: OK. Was the only one in the restaurant, so would have appreciated being checked on. Also, there were two people at the front who were chatting on the phone with someone rather loudly. Ambiance: Casual, modern. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

Amazing! Seated immediately on a Sunday morning. The food exceeded my expectations. The salt and pepper crispy chicken lives up the name and the little salty Thai basil leaves were a delight. The traditional juicy steamed pork dumpling (soup dumpling) was the first one that I didn't burn my mouth when I ate it. I liked dipping everything in the spicy wonton chili oil. Very different sauce than what I usually taste but it was very good. Pork and shrimp shumai were solid. I would definitely come back. The restaurant is a bit small so it can get crowded pretty quickly. The bathroom is shared with another restaurant in the back.

This place is a little smaller than I expected so I wouldn't come with large groups but I liked the food overall. Stir fried noodles were good and bouncy, scallion pancake was slightly oily and would skip. The veggie dumplings were pleasantly surprising, they were really flavorful and had a good texture, would get again and want to order the xiao long bao next time.

It's Chinese/Lunar New Year time and I was on the hunt for dumplings and noodles and wouldn't you believe it, this place sells both. I'm seriously glad that Carrollton is stepping up their Chinese game because while Korean food is obviously supreme in this city, Chinese food is lacking and a bit of a hit or miss. But Han's is all hit in my book. The wait is going to be long you guys. Just know that going in and you'll be fine. It's not a huge restaurant and I could tell they probably do a lot of online orders, although you should definitely go in person to eat dumplings and freshly made noodles if possible. I hate when noodles get bloated if you wait too long to eat them. The emotional support human and I ordered beef noodle soup (clear and soy sauce version) and an order of the XLB and another of the pork and shrimp shumai. No notes on anything. Truly very yummy. Perfect noodle texture, meat was tender, lots of flavor, not overly salty, good meat to noodle ratio, filling on dumplings were nice and thin and XLB was actually soupy. Well, I guess that's a lot of notes so I lied. The only negatives were that the XLB didn't come with any ginger and that this place is a bit pricey. Well worth the price, especially during the holiday, but keep that in mind as well.

My boyfriend and I went to try out this new restaurant. The food was great, I loved the spice of the green beans. The sesame oil noodles were very well balanced. The scallion pancakes were my favorite thing on the menu, a great side dish to anything you order. The service was wonderful and attentive. The server refilled our waters as soon as they start getting low. The ambience was calm, even though there was a lot of customers coming through and enjoying the food.

Being my last outing meal for the year, Han's Noodles did that for me. Not opened too long ago, this place was packed. I got lucky because wave of people were leaving the store, but immediately was filled with more people even waiting to be seated. Two guys were working very busy, but they were attentive and serving as best and fast as they could. The restaurant is fairly small; so, not the best spot for large group. I tried Beef Wraps, XLB, Pork Pan Fry Buns, and Braised Beef Noodle. They were all great, but star of the show was pan fry buns. Probably the best I've had in DFW. Outside was crispy and inside was juicy! Be careful bc you could burn your tongue. XLB was really great as well! I will definitely return! Great to have this spot in Carrollton!

The Beef noodles is pretty good. They give you the flank cut and it's super tender. The service was ok and the chef speaks really loud on the phone and the waitress has a sorta annoyed attitude. I guess it makes the place extra authentic. What you expect from a Chinese restaurant though? Food is good, I am happy. Will be back for some noodles and dumplings again next time.

The noodles and dumplings are excellent. I recommend the Xiaolongbao and popcorn chicken. The noodles in the beef noodle soup and ground pork noodle dish were . The pork noodle dish was a bit bitter with a ginger forward flavor, I'd pass on this one in the future. Try not to use the restrooms, they're not well kept.

This is a small spot located in the plaza just behind ranch 99 (close to volcano hotpot, ten second yunnan rice noodle, etc.). We came here on a Sunday at lunch and every single table was taken. The staff was overwhelmed, but all super nice. The cooks/makers of the dumplings even helped us out because they were so overloaded with people. What we got: - Beef pancake roll: Fried crispy onion pancake wrapped around some beef and onions. Delicious and not overly greasy. Great for sharing - Pork soup dumplings: Large amounts of soup, skin was nice and chewy, also solid. - Beef noodle soup: Noodles tasted homemade and the soup had great flavor. Tons of noodles in here, so also good for sharing - Pan fried buns: These aren't the shanghai style where they look like a big ball, these are more flat-ish but carry the same juicyness and crispyness - Beef and onion fried dumplings: Deliciously fried and full of flavor Overall, would highly recommend this spot. It's a no-frills place with delicious food, good prices, and great staff!

Stopped by here for quick lunch with my mom. The restaurant is on the smaller size but they make great use of the space. Service was fast, menu was simple and had one side in English and one side in Chinese. Everything was made fresh to order and very flavorful, but what I highly recommend is the beef wraps! It was a house made scallion pancake, sliced beef, green onions, and a sweet sauce (very similar to peking duck sauce). It was my favorite bite and if you like the flavor or peking duck buns you'll really like the beef wrap. Overall good experience. I would come back if in the area, especially for the beef wrap and Pork Pan-Fry buns!

We were there early on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant is small. Our first time. We were seated quickly and given a menu and waters. We selected a rice, noodle, chicken dish and dumplings. Every thing was fresh and made to order. Delicious. Our server was nice. We would recommend the steamed dumplings.

I was craving some dumplings so I looked up a few places and decided to give Hans a try based on other reviews. The location is in the backside plaza of 99 ranch area. Our server was nice and attentive. We ended up ordering the pork soup dumplings, the pork pan fried buns, and the braised beef noodle soup. The soup dumplings were good and had soup in them. However, I thought the dumplings and buns both lacked enough filling. The beef noodle soup was good and the beef was tender. But the noodles were a bit over-cooked and there were a few strands that were cooked into a clump together.

I got the beef noodles. I loved the noodle texture on my dish! The soup dumplings were packed with flavor and were juicy. The chocolate dumplings were great as well. Workers here are nice and restaurant is very clean and modern!
