Told d girl about it and she said, "yes it's like that cos they blend d whole lemon", so basically, it's like saying, it is what it is, just take yr drink n go. Yes, the lemon is blended but never once had it such an awful aftertaste. Too much lemon rind?? Shouldn't she have at least offered to redo the drink especially after a customer tells u it taste horrible??? Anyways, disappointing. Not doing this again. read more

My most favorite boba place "Happy lemon"!! Indeed happy especially their salted cheese Milk tea and Oreo. My family always goes here twice a week. The staff are very friendly and nice. First time to try the Mango cheese its good but a little bit small portion. I hope they make it a little bit bigger. Overall its really good The bobas are really soft which I really loved. The ppl here are super helpful and I'm the kind to be super indecisive when it comes to choosing a drink. Came in and ordered the milk tea with extra puff cream and egg pudding, as well as the milk tea with salted cheese cream and egg pudding. It wasn't until I got home though that I noticed they forgot to add the salted cheese foam on one of my drinks, which was extremely disappointing. I will say though, their drinks are delicious(highly recommend the milk tea with puff cream!) and definitely worth it, I'll just be sure to double check the drinks next time before heading out with them. read more

First impression of the place: good amount of parking and fancy design outside compared to other Happy Lemons. There's a huge doll statue blocking one of the doors. The cashier was quick to take our orders, and listened to our special request of no matcha powder--saw him wrote it on the cups, great job. What bothered me the most was one of the workers. Waiting for what seems like a long while for two drinks, I noticed how he dropped items onto the ground and not bothered picking it up. I also noticed how, not only did he mess up on one drink but two other drinks. I listened to how he was in debates with a customer about how they ordered three drinks, but the customer only ordered one drink. In actuality-- the worker was confused about what may have been my two drinks. There's labels for a reason, read it. To overall explain about how upset I was about the wait and experience, when receiving the drinks, I was in line waiting to get a refund. So, I could go to a better location and order the same thing. New location in the western most side of the Westgate West plaza (the one with Trader Joe's & AAA). Located right next to Ike's. Plenty of parking and not as much foot traffic as some other locations. Staff was very friendly and service was super fast. Had some trouble hearing them call my number since the pick up counter is on the side (not where you order), but the drinks were great and they offer the large size for their signature salted cheese series :) I'm glad to see that it seems they are making that available at all their locations! read more

Do note that during the current COVID period, you are required to wear masks and also wait outside as there is a maximum of 2 customers in the store at a time. So you would walk in, place your order, then come out to wait for your order to finish. When you do visit Happy Lemon, I recommend you get the boba team with cream filling and also a side waffle cake. The waffle cake is extremely tasty, and my favorite flavor is the original. Came here for my first time a few weeks ago, and now I am hooked! The staff here is super nice, they are super friendly and patient with any questions you might have. They have a special cream puff drink called "Milk Tea with Puff Cream" IT IS SO GOOD!!! It tastes very creamy and milky. They spread it around the cup before they pour the milk tea inside. My favorite drinks: salted cheese with black tea oreo milk tea (comes with puff cream mixed with oreos-tastes like cookies and cream!!) squeezed lemon green tea taro milk mango green tea!!! I feel they give you a little more salted cheese than other locations (I like that ). I think I mostly love the customer service. (Jasmine is my favorite ) FYI. Happy Lemon is a very overrated tea place. Warning: their tea is not tea!! So watery! Boba also stuck together -- not at all good quality nor cooked well. It's very sweet for the amount of sugar you request --- I asked for zero percent sugar and it still was sweet. The drinks were small and boba pieces very view for the amount you pay for. One star for the sunny and vibrant color theme. Sadly, after getting our drinks here, it definitely was not worth my money and time. I had very high expectations coming here.
