Instead of responding or acknowledging my greeting, he just said, "Pick up?" It came across as rude and dismissive, as though he didn't want to be there. The experience only got worse. Rather than helping me next, even though I had been waiting, he attempted to skip over me and help two other customers. When I pointed out that I had been waiting, he told me I needed to stand on the other side. That made no sense because he had already seen me waiting there first. I've rarely experienced customer service this poor. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this employee showed neither. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

I love their fruit teas but find them too sweet. In fact, they are so sweet I can't buy them. For example, the Passion Fruit Tea is either 100 percent sweet or 80 percent sweet. Everyone has their own taste. Why not allow more levels of Sweetness? I am very health conscious, and this is No Bueno for me. More levels of sweetness on your drinks would mean a lot more sales for TP Tea.
