My favorite place ever. I have my birthday here every year! The even know my regular order! The food is amazing. The tea is delicious.

Service is always quick and friendly, and that's saying a lot since we have 5 kids! I like that their chicken is all white meat with no gristle or fat. Maybe that's not extremely authentic, but then, I'm not Chinese. Our favorites would be the General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Happy Family, and Broccoli Beef. The staff are rude and speak little english. Getting you water refilled must be requested. Their food quality has taken a nose dive from 5 years ago when it was actually good. They use frozen peas and carrots in their food such as kung pao chicken and other entrees. I can make better chinese food from the frozen food section at the grocery store. DONT EAT HERE! read more

From my one experience here, the food felt very safe and pedestrian. Not bad, just nothing that raised my eyebrows. I was getting bored with the meal by the end. And the soft rock on the radio didn't really sell for me. Very nice staff. read more

My coworkers and I order from here about once a week. The food is pretty tasty and the delivery is pretty fast. It is American style Chinese food so keep that in mind when ordering, otherwise you may be disappointed. The downfall here is their website. I wish I could give this a lower review. I placed and order at 1130 for delivery. At 1 I decided to call since I still did not get my order. They said the order was delayed in them recieving it and they dont deliver until 5 so they could deliver it at 5 if I would like. Are you freaking kidding me!! We will not be going back. The waiters and front desk VERY nice, friendy, and prompt with requests. It is the lack in the quality of the food. My kids could tell that the pieces of meat were the frozen type, from Costco. Just heated up with the sauces poured over it. read more

I got the mongolian beef tonight and it's usually pretty good and I usually have to wait for it longer than I would like when I get take out. Well tonight was not the case, it took them less than ten minutes to walk out with the order. While I would love to rant and rave about how speedy they were the food however was very bland no flavor whatsoever. Highly disappointed about that. the food here is great, the service and business management leaves much to be desired. I have on multiple occasions been denied delivery to my home, and work (I'm at intel!) from this restaurant for being more than 3 miles away! that is ridiculous for being denied at 3.8 miles (Hawthorn farms Intel) and 5.3 miles from the restaurant (my Home). this place ALWAYS has 3 or more people standing around at the front desk when i go into the restaurant and 2 or more delivery cars parked outside it seems! I would think this means losing a LOT of business from Intel Employees, they just don't care, but they did email me to let me know i wasn't going to receive my online order along with a voicemail. I like giving tips, but mostly I give them because it's customary rather than because the server deserved it. If I was a wealthier person, I'd have left more. But tonight my wife and I had the best server and the food was terrific. The restaurant is not fancy, but comfortable sit-down. A dinner will cost you about $12. The lighting by our table was Very good, in other areas it seemed a bit dim, but younger people kinda like that. All in all, I would go there again without thinking twice. This is only the 2nd time we've been there since for us it's kind of out of the way. But I would now put this on our place to go for lunch or dinner choices. I'm sorry to say this restaurant has gone downhill in the 20 years we've ordered from them. After a long hiatus we tried again and it was worse than before. The Sesame Chicken was cold. Everything lacked flavor. The Won Ton soup had won tons that were over cooked and falling apart. The flavor was off, almost repulsive. Broccoli beef was bland. BBQ pork was dry and flavorless. Quite possibly thw worst Chinese I've had in the US. Their menu is largely Mandarin ... lots of white sauces, even on their "Szechuan" dishes ... along with Thai dishes, lemongrass, Pad Thai, coconut milk, lemongrass ... yuk! Their Szechuan dishes aren't even close, and they have no Hunan. The owner told me the only difference between their KungPao Chicken and their Cashew Chicken is one has cashews and the other peanuts. He was right ... their KungPao is a flavorless mild sauce. Unfortunately they are 4 blocks away, and the nearest good Chinese is 4 miles away, so I eat here every couple of months for the past 4 years .... when I am desperate for Chinese and don't want to drive for 45 minutes. They do get points for consistency; the food has been tastless, undercooked, and soggy for 4 years. read more

Way over priced! We ordered egg fried rice, generals chicken, chicken chow main, and fried pot stickers and when the food arrived our order was wrong, we had won tons instead of pot stickers. We called to have them correct the order and said they would send the correct food then called back and said we had to pay for their mistake. Food was bland and greasy. Ironically the fried won tons (which we did not order) were the best thing we ate. Customer service was awful and needless to say we will not be back! read more

I've been going to HP for lunch for the past 10 years. If we had to work late HP was on the top of the list to order from. The food has always been consistently good. We liked it a lot. I was kind of surprised it was a sit down and wait restaurant, with waiters and all, but everyone was very nice and accommodating, especially our waiter. So I'd never tried the Thai noodles here and just had some delivered for lunch. Frankly, with some doctoring from the fridge (chili paste and/or sriracha), this is as good as any local thai place. No question that it will be way too mildly seasoned for most Thai food fans without the homemade enhancements and no question this is that quintessential 'Americanized' Thai food, but sometimes that's what you crave. I'm pleasantly surprised. Online ordering is confusing at first, but then it's super easy. I'll update this review if they let me down, but so far, I'm impressed with my re-acquaintance with this blast from my past. read more

I ordered twice from this restaurant. I ordered a General Tso chicken with fried rice combo and a large hot and sour soup. I originally order a small then changed to a large. When I arrived home, had a small soup but was billed for a large. I went back a week later, and ordered the small, but asked to be comped a large for the billing error. The server checked with the manager, but apparently was not approved because another small soup in the bag. Granted, I should have called as soon as I saw the missed order the first time, but gave a reasonable opportunity to make it up. Could have been a simple fix on the restaurant's behalf. The food was okay, nothing spectacular, so would say 3 stars. Giving 2 stars for the poor customer relations. read more

Anyways the delivery person showed up at 4:28 anyways when we tried to lay with card the restaurant kept hanging up on our driver. So my sister in law's birthday was tonight. I had a very limited time frame in which I had to grab dinner, eat, then pick up my daughter from the movies. I called in at 15 minutes before 6. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived at 6:30. They said my order would be out in a few minutes. After 4 other pickups go out the door a lady asks me if I am waiting for pick up. I say yes and then see the boy up front hand her my ticket. I WAS ALLREADY waiting there 15minutes before asked. Then I waited, and waited and was finally handed a bag of "Chinese" food that tastes worse than the crap at a mall that has set out all day. Absolutely terrible in every department.
