The Cashew Tofu was perfectly cooked with crisp vegetables in a savory, slightly sweet sauce that had great depth of flavor. The Chicken Satay was incredibly tender, lightly charred, and paired perfectly with the rich, creamy peanut sauce. The Spring Rolls were golden and crispy with a fresh, flavorful filling that made for the perfect appetizer.
