Probably the best new vehicle purchase experience in my entire life. Mike Casalengo was our sales consultant. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, and very good at listening to the clients. We took home a 2018 Santa Fe 2.0T Ultimate - Twilight black with cream / brown two-tone leather interior... Truly the best vehicle we've ever purchased. It is as meticulously built, technologically advanced, feature-packed, luxurious, stable, and refined as any luxury CUV of similar size class. The one difference is that it can be as much as $10,000 less than those luxury makes... And it has more cargo and passenger room than most of them. To top it off, it is just beautifully designed. The whole transaction was smooth and to the point. We had options ready for ourselves, as far as how we'd do the purchase. Mike and I had already negotiated over the phone on price, which didn't take long, as what he came up with for us was very, very good from the start. The guys are very polite at explaining bad policy whether from Hyundai or the dealership it doesn't matter it's garbage. Fine the deal was good I just want the car , They then told me they have to hold my brand new vehicle for 3 days after verifying my identity through my license, credit check, and social security number.....cool so after writing a check for the full price of the car and sitting there for 4 hours they sent me packing without my new vehicle and said 3 days maybe to see if check clears ....to top it off they politely explained how their system only can do hard pulling of my credit and hit my credit with a hard inquiry to verify my identity for a car I wasn't even financing and I can't take home......so after paying for my car filling out paperwork I don't get my car and they go the laziest route and tell me to wait till check clears.....never in my life have I had to deal with such bull$hit, there's ways to verify but like a person who had a toxic ex girlfriend they projected their past issues onto a new cash paying customer because in the past they were burned . Not happy with anything there but the price which to be honest I could have got elsewhere. I should have walked when they said they would have to hold car . I could barley wait till the check cleared to write this review . The gravy train for the automotive sales market is coming to an end. I only gave this place two stars for the 1 or two redeemable employees at that dealership. One of the reasons I left the auto industry is because they didn't want to pay qualified, good employees who have been in the industry a long time and it shows now ....just replace all these guys with AI and walk up kiosks and man the whole dealership with 10 people you would have less issues . I'm actually surprised (and horrified at the same time) that this dealership has good reviews. It has been one of the worst dealership/car buying experience I've had. It's such a small dealership that it almost didn't look like one when my family and I went. Prior to this, I had been communicating with Mike (not sure of his last name, but there are two Mikes). I let him know I'd be around and even let him know when we got there. He didn't message back (when he finally messaged back, he asked me why I didn't let him know and that I was with the wrong Mike! Not my problem, if you had wanted my business, you would have messaged me when I said I was there). We were greeted with a Mike (not the same one). He didn't introduce himself, I actually had to ask for his name. My husband found a car he liked and we test drove it. I checked their website for its price and also asked Mike how much it was. He was way off on the price and I believe he said it was $11k. We weren't going for anything fancy so we went for it. When we sat down to fill out paperwork, I had put my name first on the application and my husband as the joint applicant. Mike asked if I was sure I wanted to be the first on the application. I asked why not? He said that my name would be first on everything instead of my husband's. So what? Then it just went downhill from there. The $11k was the incorrect price. It ended up being $13k which was a big jump. I told him that I wanted the $11k as that's what he quoted after asking multiple times. He got the finance manager involved (which is another story) and he questions us as to why we think the car is 11k. We told him Mike quoted us $11k. No apologies from both parties. Didn't even work out a price whatsoever and just said that whatever is listed on the website, that's what they're selling it for. So we shifted our attention to a brand new vehicle. My husband ended up choosing a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Keep in mind that this dealership will sell warranty and GAP for such ridiculous prices. If you finance with your bank, they can sell GAP for less than $500, but this dealership was selling it for over $800!! When it came to signing papers, they had all the wrong info on our warranty and I had to keep telling the finance manager to fix his errors. They also couldn't find the 2nd key which is another story! So when we called back to ask about it and my husband had asked for the finance manager we dealt with, he didn't want to deal with us and even said he didn't know us! No surprise there! I had a problem on a drive. My car revved when I put it in reverse, and then didn't respond to the gas pedal when I came to a complete stop. Also revving really high when not in ev. Service guy told me I needed to keep my plug in hybrid charged with electric all the time. Like, if I went on a long drive I have to stop after 30 miles and charge it for 4 hours. Um... the HYBRID part of the plug in hybrid is why I don't have to do that. So, after explaining to a man-splainer that I knew more than him, they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Did anyone actually get any grease on their hands, or did they just use a little calibration computer looking at codes? Seriously. They will not be getting any more of my business. read more

I bought a certified pre-owned car here recently, and before driving it off the lot, Ryan, the salesman, had to fill one of the tires with air. I thought nothing of this until a week passed and my low tire pressure warning came on. After having to fill the tire up on a weekly basis, I finally checked the tire and there was a nail in it. After reaching out to Ryan and the dealership about the issue, they told me that I did not buy the tire coverage for my "certified" vehicle and that they would not replace the tire for me even though it is obvious they sold me the vehicle with the nail in the tire. After following up with Ryan on the issue, he never responded to my message and I have heard nothing from the dealership regarding the issue. I thought that they had handled the sale of the car very well and seemed like good guys, but the lack of customer service for an issue that they could easily resolve has shown their true colors. read more

Really satisfied with my experience here! My trunk suddenly wouldn't latch closed on Tuesday afternoon so I drove over to Harbor Hyundai to see if they could fix the problem. By the time I got there, with no prior call or appointment, 3 guys looked at my car and figured out the latch would need to be replaced. They luckily had the part on hand, but their mechanic had already left for the day, otherwise they would have fixed it right there. They were able to get my trunk closed until I could come back in for the actual repair. I returned the next day and was back out on the road in less than 45 minutes. There was no drama, I waited while Automotive Repair, Parts & Service contacted Enterprise down the street to verify if the vouchers I received in 2012 for the leasing of my 2013 were good, and they were, so good that I was given a loner car free of charge on said vouchers for 21 days, even if the car was finished, I had that loner car until l returned. I was picked up by Enterprise (who works closely with Harbor Hyundai), filled out some paper work, got my Sonata (which ironically is the vehicle I'm leasing when I turn my Elantra next July). I got home on the 15th, had made an appointment to pick up my vehicle on the 16th, went down to Enterprise, and they took me to Harbor Hyundai, picked up my car after I was assisted in inspecting that all was well, and I was off! This review is for the service department only. I brought my car here for service because I had a bad experience at another dealership. This is quite a nice change of pace from the nasty, giant dealership I used to go. It has a much more personal feel and is not as hectic as the other place. I am usually able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and always deal with the same service advisor. My service advisor has been with the company for 12 years so it's nice to know there isn't a huge turnover here. I never feel rushed nor feel like just another number. My car has been washed with every service, no matter how small, and the service advisor always walks me to my car and opens the door for me. Very nice touch. Shuttle service is available if you live or work nearby. I don't know the exact distance but I believe they can accommodate as long as they are not too busy. I think they can even pick you up later in the day for you to pick up your car, if you make arrangements ahead of time. I only had two service work done here but it's been good so far. read more

And only because of what looked like a decent vehicle and of an attractive quote emailed to me by Leonard Fisher on that new Equus with 5 miles on it. I was contacted by Doug Van Dyck who as I understood took over. I value my time and before taking Uber to pick up this new Equus I multiple times confirmed lease numbers as well as fact what car I am getting. Took care of credit application and other paperwork prior to arrival . To my great surprise Doug Van Dyck was trying to slip me paperwork to sign on some used Equus , pretending that he is surprised that I didn't know I am getting used car not new. No respect to dirty little liar Van Dyck I filed complaint with Hyundai USA And that's what I got texted to me by Van Dyck: "I was not the one who misinformed you that the car was a demo unit.
