Chef Erza and her team are very creative, she is always coming up with new and exciting lunch offerings. She is a brilliant chef and her love is definitely felt in each bite. Pam, the cafe manager does an outstanding job, running the cafe and catering. She never misses a beat with our catering orders for the executive briefing center, she is extremely thorough, offering suggestions or tips to elevate the experience for our guest and employees. Above and beyond service, I can always depend on Pam and the team to save the day! The Cafe interior is always extremely clean, serving areas are well organized, the layout of cafe flows very well, even during a rush you will be served very quickly. The cafe offers indoor and outdoor seating areas with a view of the walking paths and water ways along the near businesses.

For my first meal I had the Butter Chicken which had rice, corn, chicken and naan bread. It tasted absolutely delicious, but the only problem is that the portion wasn't large enough. Initially I was going to grab another meal to go and save it f or dinner, but I ended up eating the next meal there. My coworker had Beef Asparagus which had beef, asparagus, rice, onions, and some other veggies that I couldn't figure it out. Definitely the best meal I've had since I've been there. It's unfortunate that the meals rotate every day otherwise I would buy that meal at least once a week. I'm glad I found one of my new favorite meals for work lunch!

Good experience overall but fries are unsalted so bring your own sauce. Long wait times, expect 15-20 min for food during peak lunch and dinner hours. I noticed a lot of retired folks eat here, but I see families as well sometimes. I'm pushing 50 and have two young kids, I work in the morning most days but every now and then I have a day off where I can have breakfast with my wife and this is always our go to spot. I'll be frank. There are a lot of breakfast spots that seem to be frequented by retired folks and most of them to be honest or not that good but are reasonably priced. This place is not that. The food is not cheap, but it is excellent and you get a lot. Cannot recommend this place enough and I hope it never ever goes away. For specifics, they have the most amazing oatmeal which I always get with skillet potatoes which are delicious. Everything here is just really good, even the coffee, and tea, and lattes.

For the amount of people working they could probably have servers take your order. Still not a problem as this is much quicker than having to wait. This place has a large seating area inside and a decent size outdoor patio. Everything is self serve, get your own water, napkins, condiments. The only thing missing was silverware. I had to ask the counter where the silverware was. She stated that when they bring out the food, they will bring out the utensils. Kinda confusing since everything else was already out at stations. We got the French toast combo and the blueberry pancakes that were on special. The French toast had a great flavor. Orange zest, cinnamon, mixed with butter. Bacon was crispy but not burnt. The pancakes tasted fine,it said it came with bananas and blueberries. I could see the blueberries, but not the bananas. Thought I could taste banana. Not sure how they cook the pancakes, but they stayed hot and took a while to cool down. Normally most pancakes come out luke warm at best. Food was good but the vibe was off.

After watching a review on social media, I decided to try something new. I had to try the cracklin' chicken bites. I ordered the southern fried fish, added the brisket, and the collard greens. After I ordered, I went to the bar to order a gin and tonic. I asked for the Bombay Sapphire gin. Then, it turned into an unreal experience. When I got my drink, I asked the female bartender if she added lemon or lime. She gave me "the look" and said I did not ask for lemon or lime. Taken aback, I told her that I've never had a gin and tonic without lemon or lime. She then replied, "rude". I proceeded to apologize, and then she acquiesced and gave me a garnish. I thanked her and again apologized. She was having none of it. I was in a great mood because I still tipped her. However, it has been bugging me ever since July 25. Hence, my review. Back to the food. My food was delicious, flavorful, and portion sizes were great. In fact, I am taking my parents there today. However, we are going to go to the one on South of Market--just in case I want a gin and tonic. I will be sure to ask for lime this time. :)
