This was our 3rd time eating here!! Food is good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will say the music was extremely loud during this visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was fairly hard to have a real conversation unless you were leaning in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food - no complaints.

3 words "Bloody Mary Bar", [[HIGHLIGHT]]This bougie brunch place was great, modern hip design, combined with creative breakfast recipes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We started with Bougie Biscuits. Followed by chilaquiles and a Mexicans omelette. The service was energetic and polite. Overall, very pleased, we'll definitely be back!

Do you like music? This place is a whole vibe! You have to join the waitlist by going online to their website. Just make sure you choose the right location: Fort Worth alliance!! Im combining 2 recent visits for this review. You must be ok with a very loud atmosphere to go here. I love music and so I was cool with the DJ. For my august 3rd visit: our waitress only works a few days per week so she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu or offerings. She was very nice though. Our food and drinks were good but the only thing worth raving about this visit was the Bloody Mary. This was a top notch drink! Previous visit: Jalen a great waiter. Hash Kitchen needed to organize the wait times better for this visit. Many empty tables inside and out but couldn't be seated. The hostess manager was quite stressed. Has a DJ and we were right next to the Dj booth. I enjoyed the music but if you're going for a conversation then you might want to go outside. Patio outside is not covered though. All the drinks on the menu are cute, but sweet. If you like sweet you will like them! Got the birria hash. The dipping sauce was good, the beef birria was good, it did have a hint of cinnamon, but good. Their ranch dressing I did not care for. Coffee was good. Overall if you like loud music and sweet drinks this is your place. Be prepared to spend good money if you're eating and drinking. Great place to celebrate if you're trying to party. Hash, I'll see you again but I'm just not in any rush.

I ordered the chicken wings and waffles -- the wings were undercooked and the waffles were very dry. The birria tacos lacked flavor and needed more seasoning. The power bowl was the standout and the best dish we tried. We dined with a party of 15, and a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill.

As others have said, this is a trendy, upscale breakfast type place. I've never seen a breakfast place with a DJ stand and Bloody Mary bar, and lots of spirits. It's got a cool interior, a nice looking outside patio. So why not five stars? It's just me, I'm a pretty basic, Waffle House breakfast kind of guy. This is definitely not Waffle House or Dennys. So I'm going with 4 stars but if I could I'd give them 4.5 stars because they do a good job with being an upscale breakfast place.

We finally made it to Hash Kitchen today! Celebrating our15 year anniversary this weekend, we made it a top priority on our list of things to do. We look up all the incoming restaurants before they open. When the sign goes up, we start scoping out the menu. So, we knew what we were walking into and I will say it did not disappoint! We had a little bit of a wait (expected) when we arrived, about 15 minutes. Patio was seating quicker. But we wanted to sit inside. This place is a VIBE! Ironically, they were playing the same song we had playing in the car by MC Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock. It was loud-ish. But it wasn't because of the music. It was all the people having fun and enjoying themselves! Everyone was talking to each other: tables to tables, strangers to strangers! There was a lot of "What is that?!" "Wow! That looks awesome!" "You gotta try this." It was great! Ok. Drinks. Well, we had to come home and take a nap immediately after. Hubby had the bomb pop cocktail to start and got a brain freeze from drinking it too fast. Be careful. I had the follower with its super cute souvenir cup and the roller skate souvenir cup with the bubble gum drink! Hubby also had the Bad Decision. All tasted ridiculously good! Food: Birria Hash....OMG! But the winner of today was the strawberry pancake with fruity pebbles. We were sharing both of these...or so I thought as the pancakes spent most of their time on my husband's side of the table. The portions are huge and can definitely be shared. Everything was perfection and we can't wait to go back. Also, we had no issue holding a conversation with each other. The only time we did was because our mouths were busy enjoying all the delicious flavors. But we prefer lively environments to quiet, boring places. We love music, we love food and we love meeting new people. Hash Kitchen is more than just a brunch restaurant. It's artistic culinary expressionism sprinkled with GenX & Millennial nostalgia that evokes emotions, delights your taste buds and sparks some friendly conversation with your neighbors. It's an experience and we are beyond happy it's in Alliance! But if you do prefer the more quiet experience, the patio is available. read more

If you don't like an upbeat brunch experience I can see why the music bothers some... given the area.. but this is more laid back compared to the bunch places in Dallas forsure. Either way the music was of great variety and didn't bother us. The food was just OK to me. The portions are huge! And i really enjoyed the coffee. The birria fries were ok, the egg was supposed to be over easy but was fried hard so no yolk to cover the fries was disappointing, The birria hash was bland to me and wasn't really cohesive like you'd expect. My husbands biscuits and gravy was cold... only his egg on top was hot. My kid loved her chicken and waffles! The service was GREAT! And place is nice, we were seated fast but it was still packed for a Monday! Overall, focusing on food... Maybe I'd have to try something else on the menu because i wasn't impressed with anything. But I'm also an aviddddd bruncher with high expectations lol. Might come back... might not.. but I'd def try it out. read more

Awesome spot to have brunch! Very cool vibe, did I mention they have a live DJ with great music? Oh and a build your own Bloody Mary bar. Pretty much everything on the menu sounds amazing. Never again. Saturday morning seemed crowed, told it would be a 20 minute wait, seated in under 3 minutes. Nice waitress who was very personable. Now, drink order made received 30 minutes later, food order taken, received it 1:10 minutes later. Cautioned that the plates were hot. First bite of food, barely warm. Touched plate, luke warm. Worse restaurant experience in this area I've ever had, not to mention that the tables are crowded with umbrella stands in the isle (fire code concern). In fact, each person walking past my table had to lean over to my table to get by. My food was removed from my bill which was good, however, it took 37 minutes to get my bill so I could leave. Interesting place for brunch with a really edgy vibe.....disco balls, a DJ - all that's missing is a smoke machine. Great concept but needs some refinement - because the music was SO LOUD. I have nothing against the music, it was great! But the ability to converse with the wait staff or with your friends is next to impossible. Turn it down just a bit. It's a restaurant. Not a club. We waited about 39 minutes and were seated. Our waitress was outstanding, making sure all of our needs were taken care of. Please tip them well. I'm not sure how I would feel after working an 8 hour shift in all the noise! I was wiped out after being there for an hour! The food was pretty good. We started with some spicy bloody Mary's which were really good. We ordered the Benedict Fires and the Avocado Hash. First the Benedict fries. They were done well, crispy with a single perfectly cooked over easy egg on top. They were garnished with brown sugar ham and bacon, as well as a nicely done hollandaise sauce. They were a bit overly salty, but still pretty enjoyable. Unfortunately, the portion size was very small for the price. Not a good value whatsoever. The avocado toast hash style was good served in super thick brioche (really a bit too thick) and was more than enough for 2 people. They were covered with smashed avocado, braised pork, perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. While good, they were pretty salty (hollandaise and pork), to the point where you could not taste the avocado. Overall the food was pretty good. However, if you are going to have a hash place, I think it should have a classic corned beef hash. But that's me. I'm give it an overall 4, and take a star off for the noise. But - I won't go back if the music volume doesn't get toned down........I know the saying.....if it's too loud, you're too old. I'd normally agree. But not for brunch. read more

Such a fun restaurant. Went there for brunch with my girlfriends and we had the best time. The music is on point, the food was delicious (had the sexy toast) and the mimosas were great! Definitely get the cotton candy glitter bomb addition! The Bloody Mary bar was so fun and is a meal in itself! Great end to an awesome Weekend! Oh, and the service was good too. I didn't like how they don't give you a check but just make you pay at the table with a price. Will ask for the bill next time but the mimosas were kickin! lol read more

First time was great tasting food, that was like 4 months ago, the waitress needs more attention to customers for sure and ambience its More cater for younger generations. Now I just visited the restaurant again yesterday and the waitress with red hair was rude did not have any manners or care to be kind to her customers. We left there feeling disappointed with the service and the food does not taste the same it was missing something. For the price of each plate they should have more consistency on their plates. Again 4 months ago they food taste better. Ask for over medium eggs and they brought runny eggs. Total fail we will not ever go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. First watch its way better. read more

My wife and I recently had brunch here. Having the online wait list was a definite plus as we were able to get seated quickly after we arrived. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively thanks to the DJ and staff. This is definitely not your average quiet brunch spot and I mean that in a good way. Service was definitely the downside of our visit. We sat for almost 10 minutes before our server finally came over and got us water and took our orders. I had ordered a tiramisu latte but the server upcharged me for the Alitalia without telling me. So that was an unpleasant surprise when the bill finally came. Our server was also rather infrequent when it came to checking on us. Other tables in our section had servers check in on them 2-3 times more than our server did. The restaurant appeared to be quite well staffed with servers and food runners so I'm not sure what was going on with our server. Our coffee orders also took quite a while to come out and tasted very different despite being the same drink. They appeared to only have one person manning the espresso machine and bloody Mary bar. It seems like having one person manning the bar would be a good idea since that's a highlight feature and it would leave another person open to make espresso orders as they came in. The food was actually quite good. My wife had the banana split French toast and it was fantastic; not overly sweet with a light and crispy exterior but a perfectly soft and chewy interior. The fruit and the mascarpone made nice additions and helped brightened up the flavors. I had the carnitas hash. It was an ample serving but the carnitas were a bit on the bland side. I was expecting them to have more flavor. The other elements of the dish were all very good. They potatoes were crispy and well seasoned, the salsa added nice acidity, the eggs were perfectly over easy and the fried onions gave a nice contrasting crunch. Overall, it was an enjoyable brunch. I'm not sure what was going on with our server but the rest of the place seemed to be running well. We might wait a bit and give it another try. read more

We didn't check the reviews prior to going today. That's on me. We went to the door and could hear and feel the loud base from outside. Once inside... this place is a freakin club that also serves food. Extremely loud! So loud that you have to lean into the persons ear to speak with them. Not exaggerating... watched the hostesses do it multiple times just to find out what table we were supposed to sit at. Well, that is where our experience ended. I'm too old for that mess. I actually want to hear my wife. So we won't be trying it. read more

Went for our 10 year anniversary. 1st time experience. Will most definitely be back. Build your own Bloody Mary was awesome, the restaurant was very clean and had some fun music playing in the background (that wasn't too loud) Birria hash & tamale cake Benedict's were outstanding, and our server Sandy Sue was exceptional. The chicken cutlet used was thin compared to the thick fried version it had before, everything was a bit beige, and a rather small serving of hash browns accompanied it. I had a standard black coffee alongside it which tasted a bit watered down and my partner has commented that the speciality coffees are not as good as they used to be. Other new additions to the menu aren't exactly what you would expect, for example the Monte Cristo is more a deconstructed version of the Bennigan's classic but it's not obvious unless your waiter tells you. The price is typical of downtown but the food doesn't rise to the occasion and the value proposition for me isn't enough to come back unless something changes. Thats not to say the food is all bad, but seeing what it was prior to their menu change, it's just uninspiring for the price. The service however has remained top tier and every time I have gone I've had fantastic service regardless of if it's a Sunday morning with a hour long wait or a quiet weekday lunch.

The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.

I can't believe I'm writing a review about bathroom sinks...but here we are. The hotel itself is…read morenice and fairly new. Very industrial/loft feel, which I like. However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here. Choose another property just simply so you don't have to deal with the hassle.

The swank, Art Deco atmosphere matches the hotel perfectly, but the food is the real star. For lunch, the Wicked Burger was phenomenal. Built with cheddar, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and a rich sauce on a toasted sesame brioche bun, it hits every savory note perfectly. The rest of the table was equally thrilled with their choices, including the French Dip (loaded with caramelized onions, provolone, and horseradish-garlic aioli on a baguette with a stellar au jus) and the crisp Steak Cobb salad. The truffle fries were a massive hit and a frequent topic of conversation around the table, and even the fountain Diet Coke was perfectly calibrated. I'd be completely remiss if I didn't mention the monster rolls brought out for the table--they are giant, incredibly airy, golden popovers served with a spectacular rosemary honey butter that steals the show before the main course even arrives. For breakfast, I wanted to stay on the healthier side and ordered the Sinclair Breakfast with chicken sausage. The sausage delivered incredible flavor with a perfect, distinct peppery bite. The plate was beautifully balanced with delicate microgreens, and the breakfast potatoes were a total standout--perfectly executed with a great outer char and deep flavor. Paired with excellent, robust Lavazza drip coffee, it was a flawless start to the morning. Across both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly attentive with beverage refills. Top-tier service, great quality, and an absolute must-visit in Fort Worth.

The staff allowed the dog's water bowl to be placed on the table, and while the dog remained on a leash, several employees stopped to pet it before returning to refill drinks, deliver food, or check on guests. That wasn't something I was comfortable with and took away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Visited Hash Kitchen on a busy Saturday noon, and while the place itself was bustling with a lively atmosphere, getting there was a bit of a challenge. Parking was a nightmare, likely due to the lots of restaurants and a H‑E‑B nearby. It took us about 15 minutes to find a spot. Once inside, we were greeted with a line, but being a group of three, we managed to get a table fairly quickly. The interior is definitely Instagrammable--perfect for anyone who loves a good brunch photo-op. We started with the Mimosa Flight, which looked too good to pass up. It came with four different flavors, but to think of it now...our server didn't mention what they were. Nonetheless, the drinks were fun, with the red one (which I suspect was blueberry) being my favorite, and the regular orange Mimosa also hitting the spot. However, the wait for food was long--around 45 minutes. We were hungry, so we ended up ordering a second round of Mimosas. By the time the food arrived, we were quite tipsy, which may have made the wait more bearable. For food, we had the Herb Fried Chicken Benedict, which was really good. Zoe coffee was well cooked and herby! The Carnitas Hash was the standout dish for me, with a perfect blend of spicy salsa and flavors that really popped. The only disappointment was the Lox Salmon Benedict--the salmon was broken into tiny pieces and lacked flavor, making it a major letdown! For dessert, we had the Banana Split Brioche French Toast, which was delicious and huge serving. We originally wanted to try the cannoli donuts, but after waiting so long for our food, we decided to skip. So yea if you're planning to visit Hass Kitchen, be prepared for a wait, especially during peak hours. read more

Hash Kitchen is my go-to spot for a Sunday Funday! This was my second visit, and once again, I was impressed by the lively atmosphere and delicious food. This time around, I opted for the chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the fried onions on top were a revelation - crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. The waffle itself, however, was a tad on the harder side. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it could have been a bit fluffier. The real highlight was the mimosa flight! It was a fun way to sample different flavors, and each one was delicious. The live DJ added to the energetic vibe, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, Hash Kitchen is a great place to enjoy brunch with friends, listen to some good music, and soak up the Sunday Funday atmosphere. Memorial Day brunch started exactly how brunch should--with a mimosa flight (strawberry, peach, white cranberry, and blueberry), an awesome ginger wellness "glow up" shot, and what has become my go-to guilty pleasure: the Banana Split French Toast. Let's be honest--this thing is not breakfast pretending to be healthy. It's full-send brunch perfection. Over-the-top presentation, ridiculously good flavor, and somehow worth every questionable carb decision. Add perfectly crisp bacon on the side, and it was game over. Had a great experience at Hash Kitchen! The food was excellent really enjoyed the chicken tinga, which was better than most I've had. The potato tacos with egg were also a standout. One thing I really appreciated was that they leave the coffee at the table, so you don't have to wait for refills you can just pour it yourself.
