**Updated review** I came back to this restaurant during the week and it was a much better experience. There's no DJ/live music going on during the week so you can actually have a conversation with your party. Service and food was better as well. If you're looking for a party/lively scene, go on the weekends. If that's not your thing, going during the week is the move!

Fun place! Highly recommend you go for brunch or a girl's "trip." The mimosas are cute and yummy! The food was pretty good, nothing crazy amazing, but there are plenty of savory and sweet brunch options.

Location: The interior itself matches the sunday funday mimosa atmosphere with disco balls, DJ, and modern/chic esthetic. I have only been here on the weekends so it's always been vibe. Service (4/5): I go on the weekends so its always busy so waitstaff seems to be stretched a bit thin but they make it work. Besides a few wait times I have good service when visiting. Food (5/5): Everything I have tried here has been great along with the drinks being on point. Definitly has it covered for a boozy brunch with creative drinks, build your own bloody mary bar, few beer options, and ofcourse mimosas.

Do you like music? This place is a whole vibe! You have to join the waitlist by going online to their website. Just make sure you choose the right location: Fort Worth alliance!! Im combining 2 recent visits for this review. You must be ok with a very loud atmosphere to go here. I love music and so I was cool with the DJ. For my august 3rd visit: our waitress only works a few days per week so she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu or offerings. She was very nice though. Our food and drinks were good but the only thing worth raving about this visit was the Bloody Mary. This was a top notch drink! Previous visit: Jalen a great waiter. Hash Kitchen needed to organize the wait times better for this visit. Many empty tables inside and out but couldn't be seated. The hostess manager was quite stressed. Has a DJ and we were right next to the Dj booth. I enjoyed the music but if you're going for a conversation then you might want to go outside. Patio outside is not covered though. All the drinks on the menu are cute, but sweet. If you like sweet you will like them! Got the birria hash. The dipping sauce was good, the beef birria was good, it did have a hint of cinnamon, but good. Their ranch dressing I did not care for. Coffee was good. Overall if you like loud music and sweet drinks this is your place. Be prepared to spend good money if you're eating and drinking. Great place to celebrate if you're trying to party. Hash, I'll see you again but I'm just not in any rush.

Beautiful space with a fun vibe and an excellent drink selection. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. I ordered the chicken wings and waffles -- the wings were undercooked and the waffles were very dry. The birria tacos lacked flavor and needed more seasoning. The power bowl was the standout and the best dish we tried. We dined with a party of 15, and a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill.

Couldn't decide everything looked so good whole experience was great, live DJ music food drinks all great will definitely be back ordered so much had the mimosa flight & numb in rind drinks, chilaciles, strawberry Matcha pancakes, the best F***in bites hash & the bougie biscuits all 10/10 all staff was great but shout out to Ayanna who was great wait staff.

I met up with some girlfriends for brunch. We decided to sit outside on the patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful.

As others have said, this is a trendy, upscale breakfast type place. I've never seen a breakfast place with a DJ stand and Bloody Mary bar, and lots of spirits. It's got a cool interior, a nice looking outside patio. So why not five stars? It's just me, I'm a pretty basic, Waffle House breakfast kind of guy. This is definitely not Waffle House or Dennys. So I'm going with 4 stars but if I could I'd give them 4.5 stars because they do a good job with being an upscale breakfast place.

Visited here with family. Although there was several issues with my food the server was great and handled it with grace. Love the restaurant and the DJ. Will return.

This restaurant has a great vibe, the service is good, and I really enjoyed the food. I especially liked the wings with waffles. I definitely recommend the wings, though I found the waffles a little dry.

Brought my sister in law for brunch. Ordered bloody Mary's. My guest ordered the free me baby (love some of the names made me smile). I ordered the Brunchrito Benedict, think this is my new favorite here.

Upon walking in it felt like i stepped into a Las Vegas breakfast spot. The DJ has the whole place dancing in their seats running on fun vibes. The servers are pumped to be there, the food is declious and they have a ton of options. My favorite part has to be the make-your-own Bloody Mary Bar. The options are everything you'd want and them seem. The giant hot meatballs are a must!

Walk into this restaurant is pretty cool. The host was super friendly to us. Food came out quick and hot. My carnitas hash was pretty good. Had decent flavor and the portion size was big. The chilaquiles on the other hand. No eatable! The chips were beyond old I wasn't even able to chew through them. The chicken tasted old. It was just a poor dish. Both dishes were plated beautifully.

We opened with a cocktail from the bar, which set a high bar for what followed -- unfortunately, not everything cleared it. The Deviled Eggs with Spicy Best Maid Pickles arrived looking the part, four to an order, but tasted like they'd forgotten to show up to their own party. Bland, flat, and in desperate need of seasoning, we reached for the salt shaker, which helped, but shouldn't have been necessary. The pickles, to their credit, were doing their absolute best and were genuinely the only flavor happening on that plate. Skip these. The pickles deserve better supporting cast. The Cheeseburger with Wasp Sauce on a potato bun, however, is a different story entirely. We ordered it medium, half expecting the kitchen to interpret that however it pleased, but it arrived cooked exactly as requested, which felt like a small victory worth celebrating. The Wasp Sauce is a mystery worth solving, and the house-made chips that come alongside are fresh, crisp, and dangerously snackable. Pro tip: order a side of ranch for dipping. You're welcome. We also added a side of fries, which were equally excellent. No notes. Little Red Wasp has real charm, great energy, a fun bar, and a cheeseburger worth crossing Main Street for. Just steer clear of the deviled eggs and order the chips with abandon.

Went for the biscuits, but our very wise waitress, Adriana, warned us that the biscuits were made with lard. Well that knocked out a bunch or breakfast options. For the table, we had the pollo frito biscuit w/duck fat potatoes, Brisket Benedict w/okra and the Fixe Breakfast entree w/maple sausage and potatoes. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt. The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy.
