Such a cool brunch spot! We stopped by on a Tuesday around 10:00am for some food. It wasn't very busy, which was nice with a baby. Our server did say the weekends can get kind of wild with a live DJ. I'd probably only come here kid free if it was a busier time. The music is up pretty loud, but it wasn't to the point it was annoying. Plus, it was good music. Our server was great. I believe his name was Keegan. He was very helpful, and made suggestions from the menu. He even brought our baby a toy when he spotted her getting a little antsy. There was a ton of staff, and they were all on top of refilling drinks and cleaning. The only downside from what I experienced that really isn't a big deal for our visit (it could be obnoxious on a busy day-especially brunch tipsy). I only saw two single bathrooms. In a large busy place like this, especially drinking, you may have to wait a bit to use one. When I went inside it was very clean though. My husband thought the 'smoke' on the hash tasted fake. He does have pretty high expectations for food. The menu is on the pricier end, but I thought the portions are a good size, and you're paying for the experience as well. Food was delicious and you definitely get what you pay for! Each entree is big enough for two and we haven't even started on the drinks. We tried the bump & rind (in the bag), the house Bloody Mary and the Bloody Mary bar. All were top notch! Be prepared; it is not like a typical brunch spot. Love Love Love Hash! Now if loud music and big crowds isn't really your vibe I would suggest going during the week because on the weekends there is a live dj inside. I went before 11 and sat on the patio just because I was catching up with a friend. Our server was amazing. Loved all the different fun drinks from spiked coffee, bloody Mary's , to adult caprisuns, to mimosas. The menu has a great variety and all the food we tried was so good. My only complaint would be all of the bacon is sweet there which I'm not a fan of but there are so many other options it's really not a big deal. After we were seated it was 10 minutes (or more) before someone took our order. We had a server give us water & say our server would be right with us. In the meantime, tables sat after us were being waited on. My husband finally spoke to a host who was able to get the original server to take care of us. No idea why our assigned server couldn't/wouldn't take care of us. They never even came by to apologize for the delay. We ordered the billionaire's bacon. Take note that it is a single piece of bacon for $8. Didn't know it was only 1 piece. And it was just ok. Very novel with the gold leaf, but not worth the money. I got the Hammer Time sandwich. It was good. Egg was cooked perfectly. The French fries as my side were great. They were seasoned so well. My husband got the Hash Grand Slam. He enjoyed all of it and cleared his plate. I stopped by this morning, after being told by a friend that this I just had to try this new place and let me tell you.... I was thoroughly surprised and impressed by my experience. The Million Dollar Bacon was Texas Thick, wonderfully plated, and well deserving of its name. The Pork Chop Hash skillet put me in a trance giving me hometown southern vibes. And this place is the first I have been to in a while that actually knows how to make a biscuit. Jayla was my server. She was amazing from her recommendations to her overall service was top tier. I was even visited by the manager Hernan. He told me about all the great things that Hash Kitchen offers from the bloody mary bar to the DJ on the weekends. We love Hash Kitchen and have never had one bad thing to say about it, until today. We were sat right away but it took 30 minutes to get our order taken. The young lady who was tending the Bloody Mary bar/espresso bar was our waitress. She was more invested in talking to people than taking our order. We had to wave her down to get our order taken. Drinks were never refilled and nobody came to check on us during our meal. Again, had to wave her down for our bill. I'm thinking that on a busy Sunday morning, she would be better off just doing one area or another. The wait was not appreciated. read more

The service was impolite, and when I voiced my concerns to the management, their dismissive reply was what I quoted above, verbatim. Not by the store manager by the DISTRICT manager. Who also said there was nobody above her to even speak about her attitude to. This level of indifference and poor treatment left a bad taste in my mouth, overshadowing whatever potential the food might have had. Didn't know what to expect but wow this place was amazing. Food was great. All kinds of different takes on breakfast and brunch. The service was friendly and very helpful. The place was like no other. They had a DJ and the place had a all kinds of decor that made the place very comfortable. I gave it a two stars because the staff was nice and helpful and the DJ was playing nice music for the vibe. However, the kitchen staff was horrible. I had my 50th birthday brunch at this location and before my family got back on the road to head back home (out of town) we came here. My plate had hair on it, the bowl with my potatoes were in had hair on it. I just stopped eating once I saw it. Another family member had hair in there good, she just stopped eating hers as well. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito and requested no onion due to an allergy and he got a burrito with onions. Not the best choice for people with noise sensitivities or easily overwhelmed with visual stimulation. Fridays there is a DJ and the music is so loud it's impossible to have a conversation with your table mate. When asked to accommodate and turn the music down, we were told "We don't do that here". Dj, very loud for brunch, our server was sent home sick, but no one came to help us until we went up and got somebody. Food: the regular corn beef hash said it had gravy. I didn't get any gravy. A really fun place to have brunch! A party of 3 of us were sat immediately on a Saturday & got our drinks very quickly as well. The food took a little more time, but they were busy & it was definitely worth the wait. I had the avocado toast to be healthy, but there is no chance of that! It is loaded with deliciousness and not at all the light breakfast people usually expect. One person got the banana split French toast and it was so decadent. Husband got one of the hashes and ate every bite. Being 9 months pregnant, I also really, really appreciated that they had a mocktail menu. I hope they expand it as I plan to breast feed haha.
