This is my second time coming to Hash kitchen the food is good the service is nice . However I came here for my birthday party and I had made reservations for 15 . They only do reservations on the weekends for parties more than ten and it's only two slots open on the weekend. I called Nov 7th for a reservation for he 16th at one pm. They send a text message a day before your reservation to confirm your plans. I get there at 1 and they said they are gonna get us seated ... Then 1:30 comes along I go in and check ...they said oh is all 15 people are here then we can seat you . I said well I have a lot of people coming from different places but I have 7 now and 5 is on their way and I wasn't told on the 7th when I called or at 1 when I showed up for me reservation that all my guest had to be here . She then said yes they do but we will check on your seats....1:45 comes I tell them all my people are here and they said " oh we are really waiting for this table to leave because they have been here for 3 hours .... And I'm like why didn't you just lead with that instead of telling me I can't get seated until all my guest gets here . My reservation was at 1 and I did not get seated until 2:05 at this time the DJ is gone . I still had good time , but if your gonna do reservations it's important that you prepare and keep your commitments to the guest because we didn't leave until 3:45 and I had other birthday stuff and it had to get pushed back. read more

We've seen this area growing up massively and noticed this restaurant. We tried it on a Sunday. The Yelp! pictures looked good and the pictures too. It is a really nice, new space with a fun atmosphere and a really cool bloody mary bar. Our server was not great, but we enjoyed the experience and would probably try it again. My Wife and I were already big fans of this place. We had gone here for breakfast and brunch a couple of times in the past and enjoyed the food, drinks, and environment consistently. Recently we had been looking for places to host a Brunch Party for our Daughter's 13th birthday with several of her friends. We found and compared multiple places but were finding downsides that caused us hesitation on booking. We walked into Hash Kitchen and spoke with Baylee who was able to explain everything that they offer as well as gather all of our requirements and preferences. They had a reasonable price and a much simpler approach to hosting such an event for us. They included a lot of personal touches that we weren't expecting but very much appreciated like a personalized menu. Baylee kept in contact with my Wife and got everything pre-organized to our liking. We were very happy with the process to set the event up, and this was all great in theory, but when we actually had the event, we quickly became even more impressed. Kris met us at the start of the event and helped us get all situated and finalized, and also checked in with us throughout the whole duration, making sure everything was going great. We ended up having around 18 13 year old girls at this brunch. Our server Amelia was a total Rockstar and was so great at keeping all of the teens organized and happy. She interacted with them in the perfect ways to keep everything on track. She checked in with us adults to ensure we were good with what the teens were ordering and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall we could not have been happier with the event and experience, including the cost. It is unheard of ((now a days), a place that checks even 1 or 2 of the boxes for great food, prices, environment, customer focus, but Hash Kitchen checks them all in our eyes! read more

My niece and I went here on a Friday morning around 10. Music was definitely loud, but that was to be expected. Comfy booth and great decor. My niece ordered the Sexy Toast and didn't like it, the lemon oil was overpowering and left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered the birria hash and it was SO good. The portion would have fed 2 people easily. We also got the cannoli donuts - good but not my fave. The true test of any breakfast spot is the coffee and sadly their coffee was mediocre at best, not flavorful or strong. Service was friendly and efficient, no complaints there at all. My husband was off work for the day for Juneteenth so we decided to pop in since it was a weekday and not so crowded. I was immediately taken aback by the VERY loud music, DJ, strobe lights and disco balls. It was like a Saturday night atmosphere. I'm 55 but am hip and fun. It just wasn't the vibe I was looking for. The dance music was great - Bruno Mars, Prince, Michael Jackson, etc., just not what I want in a brunch environment. We had to yell in order to hear each other. The pictures don't pick up on the flashing lights and of course club music volume. The food was ok. Very expensive IMO. The drinks and mimosa flights looked fun. The pancakes themselves appeared fluffy but turned out to be tough and semi-chewy. The chili relleno was bland but the cheese was good. The hash was cubed potatoes with minimal red onion, cilantro and dry beans, all of which lacked flavor. We asked if she would recommend the chicken sandwich and she said no, its awful, appreciate the honesty. Short and sweet, we will not be going back. My grandkids asked for a side of fries, they were out, I ordered the Maso tacos, out of the green salsa, its OK they had red. The chicken and waffles, fried leeks were just piled on top and the chicken was so dry couldn't be cut with a knife. Eggs were not cooked all the way. The pancakes and French toast were good, yeah. The worst service I have had in years and on a Wednesday non busy morning. We sat for almost 30 mins waiting for server to come back to take our order and I mean not even our drink order. I had to go to the hostess to find out if she was lost. We waited longer for her to take our order and at the end to bring the check than it took to get food and eat it. We finally made it to Hash Kitchen today! Celebrating our15 year anniversary this weekend, we made it a top priority on our list of things to do. We look up all the incoming restaurants before they open. When the sign goes up, we start scoping out the menu. So, we knew what we were walking into and I will say it did not disappoint! We had a little bit of a wait (expected) when we arrived, about 15 minutes. Patio was seating quicker. But we wanted to sit inside. This place is a VIBE! Ironically, they were playing the same song we had playing in the car by MC Rob Base & DJ E-Z Rock. It was loud-ish. But it wasn't because of the music. It was all the people having fun and enjoying themselves! Everyone was talking to each other: tables to tables, strangers to strangers! There was a lot of "What is that?!" "Wow! That looks awesome!" "You gotta try this." It was great! Ok. Drinks. Well, we had to come home and take a nap immediately after. Hubby had the bomb pop cocktail to start and got a brain freeze from drinking it too fast. Be careful. I had the follower with its super cute souvenir cup and the roller skate souvenir cup with the bubble gum drink! Hubby also had the Bad Decision. All tasted ridiculously good! Food: Birria Hash....OMG! But the winner of today was the strawberry pancake with fruity pebbles. We were sharing both of these...or so I thought as the pancakes spent most of their time on my husband's side of the table. The portions are huge and can definitely be shared.
