I have been to Hash before but this was my first time at this location. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday there were 8 of us. It was easy to join the waitlist, and for a little tip scan the barcode for $1. Mimosas. We were seated outside and there was heating above so it wasn't too cold. I ordered the chilaquiles, I had to send my plate back as it was cold, but I received another and it was perfect. Great flavor! Our waiter did his best to keep up with his tables inside and us, at times we did feel like service could be better but Cesar made it right and we appreciated it. They do get pretty busy and I'm not sure if they were short handed but it did seem like it, or maybe because there weren't too many people seated outside that we were out of sight out of mind.. this wouldn't stop me from going back, like I said Cesar made it right and all and all the food was good and we had a great time! read more

First of all, I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles were good. The chicken patty wasn't very good and the leeks they toasted or something which ended up being very plastic like and I choked on them. Pulled it out of my mouth and it felt like the plastic band the grocery store bundles vegetables up with. That's what I thought it was at first. It literally felt like chewing on a plastic shoelace or something Waitress actually told me the leeks were probably overcooked and looked too thin. I couldn't even eat it with the leeks on it. I sent it back and ordered the Banana Split BriocheFrench Toast. That was very good. Didn't even have to use syrup. It wasn't that busy it was Thursday morning at about 11 o'clock I had a big problem with the waitress. She was always over there standing by the bar talking to two other couple obviously, she knew them and didn't spend enough time coming over to my table. I had to get somebody else to get my food back and get something else. I had to actually walk over to the bar to cash out because she was still talking to those people she obviously knew. Hey Yelpers!!! This place is as great as ever! Get here early though if you want to try the tamale Benedict. When they are out, that's all she wrote! Was super excited to try the Frosty Hopper drink on the winter special menu. It's a twist on the Grasshopper drink and it is tasty! If you can get here in time, try one. Came here for a work breakfast and was very impressed! We sat out on the patio which was cold, but they have heaters above you so temperature wise was comfortable! I had never been here before, so I studied the menu online the night before and had an idea of what I was going to get. I went with the Huevos Rancheros Hash, a side order of biscuits, a piece of Billionaire Bacon, and had coffee to drink. How was everything? Huevos Rancheros Hash- Bomb! Potatoes and black beans covered with braised beef, 2 eggs, a fried tortilla shell, onion straws, guacamole, queso fresco etc. It was awesome! All the flavors melded well together! I was sad when it was done. Would definitely order this again! Biscuits- 2 fluffy biscuits with soft whipped butter. They were great! Not too crumbly, and they had a flavor I couldn't pinpoint, but was noticeable. Some of the better biscuits I have had at a restaurant. Billionaire Bacon- This was a huge slab of bacon, almost like a ham steak. Reminded me of Peter Luger's bacon in Brooklyn. It had a glaze on it and some chile rub. It was delicious! Not sure about the $8.00 per slice price tag, but it was definitely good! Coffee- They leave carafes on your table so you can refill them yourself. Overall, I was very happy with the food! Everything was delicious! Work paid for this breakfast, so that was even better! If I had to pay for it on my own, my portion would have been $40 or so with tip. A little high for my thin wallet, but could definitely see myself coming back for a special occasion. We came for breakfast in a Friday morning to celebrate a graduation. It took a little bit to get seated and service was a bit slow. The food was decent and they seem to have an extensive cocktail menu including mimosa flights. We had a hiccup where my order did not get out in so my order had to be resubmitted meaning I started eating and finished after everyone else. Our waitress was great about it, rushing my order and even discounting my brunch sandwich for the mix up. It was nice that she made up for the mistake. Lets start off by saying you are you into loud music and a social ambiance? Because if this is what you are looking for, its a great place to hangout with friends and have a good time. (We didn't know that when we brought our two young children. They have a kid friendly menu but its just not the ambiance we were looking for to catch up on our week and chat with our kids) This place is lively with music and a customizable bloody Mary bar! Its a fun spot but it just depends on the mood/vibe you are in. Definitely a great place for birthdays & celebrations. Now lets talk food. The Chile Relleno Benedicts were superb, and the kids French toast with the custard Crème brûlée top were delicious. We devoured all of it. Now the #ash waffles and chicken was bit of a let down. Nothing special about the waffle and the chicken was dry. It had to be eaten with syrup but even then that didn't help much with moisture. This is Avery busy place! Even so, the service was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. I had a half order of avocado toast which was delicious. I loved the fact that I could get a half order. Usually you get an order that's huge and you wind up taking it home which does not work well with avocado toast. It was just enough. My wife enjoyed the Plain AF breakfast which is perfect for those who don't want to explore their palate. I on the other hand, dug into their Greek Goddess Hash which was amazing! Two over-easy eggs laid in top of a generous mound of gyro meat and grilled potatoes. The taziki-hollandaise sauce just took it to the goddess-level! Of course you can't enjoy all this without a Hash-crafted cocktail. The Bloody Mary's are always on point, but today I tried the Peppercini Martini which was the perfect blend of peppercini spice and smooth with the mixture of olive juice and vodka. Service is always excellent and today was no different. We were happily surprised with the gift of some Billionaire's Bacon, which, besides the golden plate with gold flakes, was so savory with a little sweet. Such a fun morning at Hash! We ordered extra hollandaise & had to remind the server that it initially did not come with the order. The dining room was steady but not swamped. Empty tables were used as bus stations and additional dirty plates & glass ware were added to make bigger piles. Younger manager present on the floor. Silverware on the floor and 8 different people/ servers walked by no one picked it up. My dining partner in crime got off her hi top chair and put it on the table. Bridal party next to us had a great time it seemed. Your manger did not touch or interact with any guests, but had chatted with servers & bus persons. The service and atmosphere was both upbeat and very on point! Our server was given a 40% tip due to his exceptional service and the food was bomb!! A friend who lives a bit far away suggested this place as it would be a halfway meeting point for us. I had never been and she had been once before and loved it. She was smart enough to do call ahead seating and we only waited maybe 5minutes. This place is beautiful to look at as well as eating at. After perusing the menu with so many fantastic choices to pick from, we both decided to go with the make your own frittata. Neither of us familiar with what that is, our waitress told is it's like a baked omelet. Once served we were thrilled with the taste, texture and even the potatoes it came with (a bit small on the portion side for the potatoes) had flavor to them. I had the greatest experience for brunch. My server Josh was attentive, suggested my whole meal which was excellent, and he was super funny and friendly. The managers all stopped by to check in on me and were also extremely friendly. I sat on the patio which is dog friendly (thank you!) and it was really nice. Had delicious brunch here today. My friend ordered the Hash Grand Slam and she really enjoyed it. I had a bite of her bacon and it was crispy and yummy. The pancakes were perfect size. I wanted to try something different and our waiter recommended the carnitas hash. It was absolutely delicious. It had lot of flavor without being salty. It came with two tortillas; a perfect pairing. Came here after checking out of the Hotel. We came here last year and remembered it was good. They didn't disappoint. My wife has the Acai bowl and I had the Fried Pork chop hash. My pork chop was very moist and the outer crust was very crispy, well except for once the gravy soaked in, but that was also delicious. We got here at 7:30am (they opened at 7:00 am).
