I contacted this company on Monday in regards to some issues with water bugs that we were having in our home. The gentleman on the phone that helped me was awesome. He explained to me how everything was going to was very kind and professional and quick too! He was able to give me a discount because I saw the price online and even though the promotion was over, he honored it because the ad was still up! The very next day I was contacted by Raul, who was right on time at the beginning of the four hour time window that I was given! He was so polite he treated my home as if it was his own and explained to me what he was doing today. He did not rush to hurry up and get the job done. He took the time to talk to me about the issues that we've been having. Figure out target areas that he needed to hit. He also walked around the home and knocked down spiders and spiderwebs and sprayed the perimeter where I'm having issues with lots of spiders and yellow jackets! Wanted to let everyone know how Awesome MAGGIE is!!! We have had an ongoing issue with Fleas outside and inside our home that has been going on about 3 weeks now. Mr. Lewis called prior to reaching the premises and that he would arrive within 30 minutes. Upon arrival he knocked on the door and introduced himself, with his badge displayed. He mentioned the details of the service to be performed. A through job was done cleaning the entire circumference of the siding. Granules were applied to both front and back to eliminate the infestation of bugs and ant hills. The interior/ garage was treated for bugs. Service was value for money, Mr. Lewis was very respectful and professional, he explained what the treatment was for as it was applied. Today Gavin came out to inspect the home and to also give me his professional expertise. I signed the contract for 1 year and I am aware that there will still be a charge regardless if I decide to cancel which is similar to most gym memberships. The contracted date started today and they are to come once a month because of my pest concerns. I have high hopes for Gavin and his team, I am hoping that the results pay off. I will revisit Yelp and post additional information in regards to my experience. They are coming out soon and I am hoping that they take good care of not only their salesmen experts but also their employees that are doing dangerous jobs that not everyone is willing to do or can do. read more

This is our first season with Hawx and the process was smooth and seamless to get started. Oliver was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the details of all of the services they offer. Very satisfied with our care plan and the price for what all is included. Field tech Elijah came out this morning and I was informed when he was on the way. My mom was here when he serviced the property and she said he was very kind and did a thorough job. We had 2 paper wasp nests in one of our outdoor fixtures and he got both of them out! He treated the foundation, entry points, windows, cracks, and crevices with both granular and liquid barrier treatments, removed spider webs, and placed rodent bait boxes outside along with glue boards in the attic. I just signed up yesterday and received my first visit today for pest control outside. So far the communication has been wonderful. I mostly love that they take pictures of what they do so that I know it has been done. I do not need to stand out there and supervise. I am a busy person always on the go and I don't have time to double check to make sure a job is getting done. I am looking forward to all the months to come to see how well their product pesticide is going to work out for me. So far they have been so awesome. This company consistently took my money without delivering the promised service. Signing up for a contract with credit card details required added complications when trying to cancel after the contract ended. Despite attempts to contact them through calls, texts, and emails, the process was challenging. Cancelling my credit card didn't prevent them from charging my new card. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to refund three months of no service, revealing a lack of integrity. In conclusion, the service is not worth the hassle, and their overall performance was unsatisfactory. read more

We have a yearly contract with Hawx, and one of the great benefits is that they will come anytime there is a bug outbreak. We had ants show up in our bathroom and our local tech Alex came by and took care of us right away! He is very knowledgeable and took special care treating our house with a pet friendly application because we have a dog and birds, and he also explained everything he was doing for us. Brian arrived timely to treat the box elder beetle invasion we were experiencing. He sprayed the outside, especially the deck/bricks and around the patio on the back of the house where we're seeing the bugs. He sprayed in our sunroom as well. He advised to keep the cat out of the room until the chemicals dried as well as to keep his food/water bowls out of that area. Very pleased with Brian's service and professionalism. Jaylen was able to knock down 2 more big wasps nests that I missed and he got down several spider webs. While he was working, he spotted a snake in my front yard. He asked that I quickly close my garage door, so it doesn't enter. I got my Snake-a-way granules about to sprinkle them in my yard when he offered to do it for me while he was checking for wasps and spiders (even though it's not a service they offer).
