From start to finish, the experience we had with FUSE has been outstanding. At all times, the team were professional and punctual. Vlad and his team worked tirelessly from early until late in very hot weather. Our crawl space is tight and I know it would have been very uncomfortable for them with a complete re-install of all ducting, new heat pump and fans. They were good humoured throughout and respectful of our property, wearing shoe covers in the house and always keeping the door closed. They cleaned up any mess made and worked hard to ensure all the tests ran and everything was working as expected. He was very courteous, punctual and made quick work of disconnecting my condenser. I was happy to hire Promax again a few weeks later to come back and reconnect the condenser. This time it was a different tech (Kostas), but he was also very friendly and professional. He reconnected the condenser and it's been working perfectly since. I just wanted to exchange information and be on my way as I had another shift later that night. Your driver continued to look at the vehicles (see video) and refused to give me his information. His reason was because there isn't much damage he doesn't need to give any information. He then tried to get back into his car and leave. But since his vehicle was literally still kissing the tail of my car and we were in the fast lane with a gaggle of cars, trying to get a round us,, he could not do so. Your employee then gets out of the car and proceeded to attempt to gaslight me and tell me that he did not hit my vehicle after all . Not sure where the change of story came from but since he was on the phone the whole time I'm hoping this wasn't a directive given from his supervisor at your company , but I reminded him that we were not holding up traffic in the fast lane during morning rush-hour just to hang out and that his vehicle was literally still less than an inch away from the back of my vehicle. Your employee then continued to let me know that he was not going to give me any information and if I wanted it, I would need to call the cops. Which I did! I would hope that when you are hiring employees that enter the homes of hard-working class, people like myself, you would take the time to ensure that they are good people. People who take responsibility for their actions and are apologetic when things go wrong. Your employee did not show that he was a good person with good values and good morals. When you accidentally rea-rend someone, you apologize and give your information. You don't try to gaslight them and to believing that they bumped into themselves in the fast lane during rush-hour traffic on a freeway nor do you refuse to give any information to them. You do your due-diligence as a good person and handle it respectfully and honestly. It's unfortunate for you that when your worker attempts to do a hit-and-run, he is in your uniform and in your work truck! Hire better employees
