Since it was our first time, we asked for his opinion whether or not we ordered too much or too little. He helped us tweak some items on our order and it ended up being the perfect amount of food with no leftovers and almost cleaned out plates. Each dish came out almost exactly as we finished the previous dish. Food: -Crudo (MP): 5 pieces topped with pepper and onion -Grilled Vietnamese Steak ($19): about 5 pieces on a skewers. Meat was tender and went perfectly with the sauce. The "not so sticky rice" didn't have much flavor by itself. Had to eat it with the sauce and meat. -Mushroom eggroll ($12): 3 pieces of egg rolls. Loved the duck sauce and truffle hot mustard sauce -Kimchi Noodles ($20) + add chicken ($8): the chicken served was the Pollo A La Brasa which tasted well with the dish. I enjoyed the crunch of water chestnuts. It was a unique dish with fresh noodles. For someone who likes spicy food, this didn't have much kick for me. Would order this again! I decided to get the kimchi noodles based on all the rave reviews, but thought it was only fine and a bit too oily. Perhaps I'm spoiled by Chinese noodle shops that I think do this kind of wide noodle better. I added chicken to the noodles, which is the same chicken from the pollo à la brasa dish, and it was solid. Quite crunchy and blackened but still very tender. My partner got the famed chicken tenders, which were not bad, but he found the ratio of breading to chicken a bit off (too much breading for his taste). I also really liked the fries.

We have been to the Healdsburger 2 times in the past 2 wks. First time the garlic fries were to die for....shaved parmesan on top was great. Burger was great. Second time we were not asked if we wanted any parmesan and the fries were just ok...nothing like the first time. We asked for the burger medium and it came out almost raw, but still tasty. My only major complaint about the place, and I feel it needs to be addressed soon, is that the food does not come out at the same time. The first time we got our burger, and the fries about 5 minutes later. The second time, the fries came out, and it was a good 15 minutes later that the burger arrived. We ended up putting napkins over the fries to try and keep them warm. I believe we are like most people and want to eat our fries and burger at the same time when both are warm. We most likely will not be back because of this issue. read more

was in healdsburg waiting for some friends to get ready and i thought id swing by for a lunch. as a burger lover i was pleasantly supersede with a juicy good quality and thick burger for the money. Sonoma county is loaded with gems like this due to the closeness to the cows themselves. what really impressed me was the giant mound of fries that came with the meal. a large fries really means LARGE. the fries were as big as the burger. service was ok, it did take a while, but the food quality made up for it and then some. next time I'm up here i will definitely swing by for a bite. Food was horrible and the staff was very rude and didn't care about helping the customers. The lobby was filled with flies. Order a chili/cheese dog and the chili was old and crunchy and the hot dog was burnt! Onion rings were ok but bland. Also two feet away from where I was eating the workers decided it was a good time to change the old filthy a/c filter so all the dirt and debris was flying all over me and my food!!!. Amazing!!! I'm in garlic heaven!! This is why Acme burger is the best! Didn't even realize how much garlic they put until I got home but check out the pic! My girlfriend is not gonna kiss me for a minute but it's okay, it's worth it. Service is always exceptional, burgers are always juicy, and flavor is always on point! Great job guys!! Made you feel welcomed, based off the acme cartoons, very cool indeed to check out, got a burger joint vibe to it. Also ask for extra garlic cause that smacks with the burger n fries!

But…read morewhen I go I always walk away with an evil grin on my face as they completely satisfy my cravings. I recently stopped in to checkout their much hyped classic clubhouse sandwich. Just so that you know, I consider myself to be a club sandwich connoisseur and wanted to confirm of Ozzie's could enter my golden circle of club sandwiches. First - the service. Super friendly people who have no problem with accommodating special requests. For example I asked if they could add a slice of cheese and was asked "Swiss, Cheddar, American"? . That's music to my ears! Second- the ingredients. I love that they feature locally sourced bread products. Mine was prepared with Franco-American sourdough. And it's always fantastic! Third- Unlike a lot of club sandwiches, you don't have to decide between turkey or ham, they include both! And if you aren't a fan of either, they do offer a chicken club option. The final verdict! Five star awesome! The sandwich was perfectly stacked with tons of meat products. And extra credit for the extra large slice of cheddar cheese which covered the entire sandwich. And a huge shoutout to the crinkle fries (included with your order). I'm a huge crinkle fries fan and these were awesome!
