No notice no one answering the phone which goes straight to voicemail only to hear a message that the mailbox is full,no one answering emails either. Went here yesterday after buying a Groupon and making an appointment. That wasnt the issue for me but i just think if a request is made and if theres an available staff then you should really listen to your customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Additionally, come the massage. The masseur was extremely rough and i felt like i was getting beat up the whole time. He was going waaay too fast, which i did not understand why. They were nice and i wish i had a better experience but i woke up this morning and i cant even lift my head. My back is in severe amount of pain right now and i think that the masseur dislocated something in my back. Im extremely disappointed as i really wanted to like this place... Additionally, i would recommend that the staff be told to please please close the door all the way. It is common courtesy and protects the clients privacy. Just went in for a 60 minute couple's massage for the second time with my husband. First experience was great. I wish I remembered my girls name. I had such a bad experience the second time, it was almost a joke. Judy was just rubbing my skin with no oil to the point it was uncomfortable. She only used oil on my back, it was a bit much. Not only placing hot stones immediately on my back without waiting for it to cool down a bit. It was the worst "massage" I've ever had. I have knots on my upper body that were never addressed. I felt like that I got ripped off because last time I did 90 min I paid 90.00 along side with facial and I went through Groupon I had not known the facial wasn't with it. The sheet was so short it didn't even cover my entire back and legs, my calf's and feet were exposed - so it was very cold. He also kept saying how cold his hands were (true). The massage lacked symmetry and technique. Rather, it felt like I was just getting rapidly rubbed with an insane amount of oil. It didn't feel like an actual massage at all. Mid massage someone actually entered my room, and spoke to him and then he opened the door and they had a conversation that lasted about a minute - which is so weird and uncomfortable considering you're undressed. Would not return; and would not recommend. A random funny note, when I was getting dressed I noticed the towels in the rooms were mix matched and some of them said thunder valley casino. This spa had fantastic service. BRAND NEW facility and you can tell! I was skeptical at first, I don't always trust these kinds of places as my last relationship had a falling out when my significant other met a "male masseuse" through his services and began a relationship together. However, I'm happy to report that there are only female masseuses here and Tina is very skilled and I repeatedly go to her for my full body massage now. It is also in a convenient location surrounded by food and restaurants. I usually get filled up on a nice big meal and a couple drinks before my massage sessions with Tina. The ambiance is very nice, and I love the Chinese/Asian people. Tinas hands are very soft but firm. The place has a welcoming environment and beautiful decor.
